<![CDATA[PT Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan is one of Indonesia's largest coconut product manufacturers. The issue around PT Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan revolves around transformational leadership and the lack of employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the decline in employee performance. The company acknowledges the importance of job satisfaction from leadership, understanding that high performance contributes to achieving corporate goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction at PT Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan. This research employs a quantitative approach and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data for this study were obtained from the questionnaire administered to 153 employees at PT Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan, utilizing SPSS 27 software. The findings of this research support the proposed hypothesis that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction at PT Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan. The implications of this study suggest that leaders at PT Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan should value each employee's contribution, maintain a positive attitude toward employee performance achievements, and prioritize well-being to assist employees in achieving and sustaining job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions on Indomaret services in the South Tangerang region. Respondents in this study are individuals who have made transactions in Indomaret. Data analysis was performed through multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 25 software. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. Sampling using the non-probability sampling method is the selection of samples based on certain criteria or considerations. The results showed that the quality of service and price each have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the impact of dividend policy on the stock performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk with a case study covering the years 2018-2023. The proxy for dividend policy in this research is the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The main objective is to understand how the projection of dividend policy, represented by DPR, influences the company's stock price. A quantitative research method is employed by collecting and analyzing data, including samples from the annual financial reports of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Through multiple linear regression analysis, this research plans to use data from the company's stock prices to understand the extent to which dividend policy impacts stock performance. Involving 50 samples of companies, including public companies in Indonesia, this study is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the impact of dividend policy, particularly within the telecommunications sector.]]>

<![CDATA[A This study aims to investigate the role of social media influencers in the stock investment decision-making process of the Sandwich Generation and its impact on their investment interest. The Sandwich Generation consists of individuals who are responsible for both aging parents and young children, resulting in complex financial responsibilities. The primary focus of the research is on how social media influencers, with a large following, provide insights, recommendations, and investment information through social media platforms. This study adopts both qualitative and quantitative approaches, collecting data from members of the Sandwich Generation involved in stock investments. The data encompasses the influence of social media influencers on investment decision-making, their investment interest, and factors influencing investment decisions. The hope is that the results of this research can provide in-depth insights into how the role of social media influencers affects the stock investment decisions of the Sandwich Generation and shapes their investment interests. Furthermore, this research is expected to offer valuable understanding for influencers, stakeholders in the investment world, and contribute to the development of better financial literacy strategies for the Sandwich Generation.]]>

The aim of this research is to find out the basis of the judge's considerations in sentencing children as perpetrators of persuading and committing sexual intercourse and to find out the factors that influence the judge's considerations in sentencing children as perpetrators of persuading and committing sexual intercourse. The method used is normative juridical with a case approach. Result of study This base judge 's consideration dropping criminal in a way juridical that the judge's decision is considered contrary to the Principle of Legality And in a way nonjuridical consequence from deed perpetrator give rise to trauma to the victim, even loss to the victim. Factors who influence according to law enforcers in the decision 00/PID.SUS-Anak/2022/PT BBL do not agree if The crime is imposed entirely on the child. <![CDATA[In an effort to meet the needs of the general public and implement legal and regulatory requirements, public service providers carry out all service-related operations under the umbrella of public services. Fair distribution of rights and obligations, requirements, participativeness, openness, accountability and non-discrimination are factors that contribute to good service. At Anugrah Hospital, Sidrap Regency, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction with users of social security administering institutions. The questionnaire served as the primary data source for this quantitative research design. A total of 19 samples from 23 populations were used in this research. The data analysis method uses the SPSS version 21 application for descriptive statistical analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, and basic linear regression analysis. Research findings show that the level of satisfaction of patients using the Social Security Administration is influenced by the quality of health services. Quality is in the "Good" category with a percentage of 78% out of 100%, and regarding patient satisfaction the service is categorized as "Good" with a total percentage of 79% out of 100%. And Hypothesis H0 is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[Mathematical communication skills are an important aspect in mathematics learning that enable students to articulate their understanding effectively. Learning independence, on the other hand, plays a key role in facilitating students' learning process. In this study, we explored the relationship between learning independence and students' mathematical communication abilities. Quantitative research methods are used by collecting data from middle school students through questionnaires that measure the level of learning independence and mathematical communication tests. Statistical analysis shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the level of learning independence and students' mathematical communication abilities. These results highlight the importance of paying attention to independent learning in an effort to improve students' mathematical communication skills. Pedagogical implications and future research directions are discussed. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that there was a significant positive influence of learning independence on the mathematical communication skills of class VIII students at Fajar Indah High School, West Pademangan, as shown by the contribution value of learning independence to mathematical communication skills of 12.8%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-control,adversity quotient, andcyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia Bandar Lampung branch. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. The sample in the research was 115 respondents with a sampling technique, namelyconvenient sampling. This research uses 3 independent variables, namely self-control,adversity quotient, andcyberloafing and 1 dependent variable, namely employee performance. Hypothesis testing uses the partial test (t) and data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis (partial). This research supports the proposed hypothesis with the self-control variable having a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Adversity quotient positive and significant effect on employee performance.Cyberloafing positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions from this research are that management is advised to provide understanding to employees to do lots of fun things at work even though they are high risk, provide support to employees who make mistakes so that they can easily get up and work as usual, provide understanding when they don't get the appropriate vacation allowance, provide concerns whose opinions differ from those of superiors. Employees are also advised to reduce the intensity of downloading music/films/videos during working hours, so that behaviorcyberloafing can be prevented and routinely record performance achievements after completing a job.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of internet technology has led to an increased need for data security in web communications. HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) and HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) protocols are the two main protocols used to access information on the web. This article comprehensively discusses the benefits and challenges in implementing HTTPS compared to HTTP, focusing on the aspects of security, performance, and user trust. HTTPS provides significant data encryption to protect sensitive information from cyber threats such as man-in-the-middle attacks and data interception. In addition, the use of HTTPS can improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) rankings and build user trust through security indications such as the padlock icon in the browser. However, HTTPS implementation also faces challenges, including the need for SSL/TLS certificates, increased server computing load, and potential compatibility issues with legacy systems. Through literature analysis and case studies, this research found that despite the barriers to HTTPS adoption, the benefits gained in terms of security and user trust far outweigh the cost and effort required.]]>
