Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of service quality, product quality, and customer trust on purchasing decisions. This research uses qualitative analysis methods, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research is consumers who buy products or services from e-commerce or online from the five most frequently used e-commerce platforms. The research results show that service quality and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies need to improve service quality and customer trust to maintain purchasing decisions and continue to increase.

Abstract

Divorced husbands and wives have equal rights to property gono-gini namely assets obtained since they lived together in a legal marriage. Ideally, treasure gono-gini divided between husband and wife who have divorced. In reality, after a divorce, property gono-gini tends to only be controlled by the husband, and on the other hand the wife does not contest her rights to the property gono-gini the. Of course, this is very detrimental to the ex-wife and the children born from the marriage. The research results show that the reason or reasons why wives do not sue their husbands in dividing assets gono-gini as follows: (1) The wife has a job or her own income, (2) The prestige of the wife and her family, (3) The wife is resigned because she does not know how to sue, and (4) The husband's income is small and the husband does not have a job. The government needs to improve the quality and quantity of legal education, including property law gono-gini, both the benefits and the impact if not become the main concern in every marriage. Interference by other parties, including the family, which is too far involved in the household affairs of husband and wife in order to avoid decisions that will actually destroy the existing household. In order for marriage legal counseling to be more effective and efficient, it is necessary to involve religious figures (pastors, ministers, imams and others) in the counseling, including regarding property matters gono-gini. The involvement of religious leaders is believed to be "more effective" in increasing public awareness to better comply with existing social norms. Apart from that, in order to better guarantee the rights and obligations of the parties, especially the rights of the wife, the parties (husband and wife) need to make a marriage agreement which contains, among other things, property issues gono-gini. The marriage agreement in question must be in written form, and not just an oral agreement.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using the Talking Stick learning model assisted by image media in the PJOK subject for class XI Economics at SMA Negeri 8 North Penajam Paser for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is classroom action research. The research results show an increase in student learning outcomes after using the Talking Stick learning model. Based on research results, the average score of learning outcomes for class Seeing that the scores obtained by students from cycle I to cycle II have increased, it can be stated that the application of the Talking Stick model can improve the learning outcomes of XI Economics students at SMA Negeri 8 Penajam Paser Utara and students' responses to learning activities through cooperative learning type Talking Stick class Economics at SMA Negeri 8 Penajam Paser Utara, most students responded positively.

Abstract

Women and children are individuals who are most vulnerable to violent behavior in social life. Violence against women and children is not only physical violence but can also take the form of sexual, economic and psychological violence. Therefore, it is important for families to implement good and correct parenting patterns and always supervise children when playing, because perpetrators of crimes do not look at age and gender. Based on Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, the author has the impression that this policy is not working well. This can be seen from the discussion of problems that often occur, namely: Acts of violence against women and children are still very high in social life, especially in Kupang City.

Abstract

The novel Matahari by Tere Liye is a literary work that describes emotional stories and the main character's journey through various events. However, it is not only the story and characters that attract attention, but also the technological devices used in this novel. This journal aims to analyze the use of technological devices used in stories. The method used uses a hermeneutical approach. The results of the analysis show that the hermeneutic approach provides deeper insight into how technology is used as a narrative tool in the novel. With this approach, research can explore the deeper meaning of each scene involving technology, as well as how the use of technology affects character development and storyline. In this way, we can gain a deeper understanding of the role of technology in the story and how it reflects broader social and cultural aspects of modern society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penulis mendapatkan hasil bahwasannya strategi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di Bank Syariah Indonesia yaitu melalui kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk. Hal ini dikarenakan kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu tindakan untuk memuaskan pelanggan dengan cara memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Kualitas produk juga menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan karena ketika sebuah produk sesuai dengan harapan dan keinginan maka konsumen akan merasakan kepuasan.

Abstract

In today's daily life, technology is an element that cannot be separated from humans. Rapid developments in digital technology have had a major impact on the way we work, interact and participate in society. In this research, technology will be analyzed science fiction technology that we usually only see and read about in films, novels or so on. The aim of this research is to analyze and understand the science fiction technologies contained in the novel Rain by Tere Liye. What are the advances in technology like in the novel, how the characters in the novel respond to technological developments and how technology influences the story narrative in the novel. In the novel used entitled Rain by Tere Liye, data about technology which has elements of science fiction is found from direct descriptions or dialogue between characters in the novel. The research method used in this novel is a hermeneutic approach. In this novel there are 4 elements of important discoveries related to science fiction technology in the form of memory modification machines, medical robots, chip devices, and hologram screens.

Abstract

Layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung perkembangan positif peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Miftahul Huda untuk mengungkapkan peran dan manfaat layanan tersebut dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan prestasi akademik siswa. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan tekanan sosial, layanan ini diharapkan dapat meredakan dampak negatifnya. Faktor-faktor seperti perbedaan pola pikir antara orang tua dan anak, tekanan ekonomi, dan tantangan pendidikan memerlukan pendekatan holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan penelitian lapangan, melibatkan observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Guru Bimbingan Konseling di MA Miftahul Huda berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan akademis, panduan karir, dan konseling pribadi. Tujuh jenis layanan konseling diterapkan sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman diri, keaktifan, dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Siswa kelas XII khususnya merasakan dampak positif layanan informasi karir, membantu merencanakan langkah setelah lulus. Layanan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi bagi siswa dengan masalah, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Dengan pemahaman peran penting layanan ini, diharapkan kerja sama semua pihak dapat memaksimalkan manfaatnya bagi siswa secara pribadi, emosional, dan akademik. Penelitian ini menggambarkan dampak positif dan tantangan layanan bimbingan konseling, menekankan perlunya dukungan yang kuat untuk memastikan keberlanjutan layanan tersebut.

Abstract

The novel entitled Romance is Not For IT Folks by Ayu Welirang is a literary work that discusses romance and social problems with the background of an IT employee. Therefore, this novel uses various terms in the world of information technology in assembling the narrative and supporting the story. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the use of these terms in the presentation of story narratives in the novel entitled Romance is Not For IT Folks by Ayu Welirang. The formulation of the problem in this research is how terms are used in the world of information technology in story development in the novel Romance is Not For IT Folks by Ayu Welirang. The method used in the analysis of the novel uses a hermeneutic approach to enable a deep understanding of the meaning and context of these terms. In this research the author explores several things related to the use of terms in the world of information technology in the novel Romance is Not For IT Folks by Ayu Welirang, including 1) Android and iOS, 2) API, 3) Bugs, 4) Fintech, 5) Full-stack Engineer, 6) Interface, 7) Server, 8) Start-up, and 9) Unicorn.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly dynamic and competitive business environments, the issue of employee turnover has become a primary concern for companies. High turnover rates play a critical role in the success and growth of a company and have disproportionate impacts on its overall performance. Employees who experience an imbalance between work and life satisfaction may encounter job dissatisfaction, contributing to their intention to switch jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention among the sales force of PT Telkom Witel Bogor mediated by job satisfaction. This study is a causal research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is regression analysis and Booststrapping with Macro PROCESS. This study uses primary data from the results of a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a research sample of 256 respondents. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance negatively and significantly affects turnover intention, work-life balance positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction negatively and significantly affects turnover intention, and work-life balance negatively and significantly affects turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction.
