Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) merupakan instansi pemerintah yang mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam mewujudkan keamanan nasional dan mendorong peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional melalui pemanfaatan, pengembangan dan konsolidasi semua unsur terkait dengan keamanan siber. Dalam menjalankan visinya, BSSN mempunyai misi dalam menyediakan dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya keamanan siber dan sandi melalui proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan kualitas yang berkelanjutan dengan didukung manajemen perkantoran secara transparan dan akuntabel. Kondisi saat ini BSSN belum mengoptimalkan layanan bantuan otomatisasi dan konsultasi kepegawaian berbasis teknologi informasi (TI) menggunakan aplikasi mobile yang merupakan tuntutan kebutuhan teknologi saat ini. Sehingga BSSN perlu mengembangkan aplikasi mobile yang dapat digunakan untuk layanan bantuan otomatisasi dan konsultasi dapat memaksimalkan layanan kepegawaian. Sistem layananan ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi messenger Telegram dengan fitur botnya. Pegawai dapat berkomunikasi dengan Bot Telegram yang sudah dibuat dan ditambahkan fitur tambahan untuk dapat melayanani secara otomatis informasi yang bersifat umum dan dapat meneruskan pertanyaan yang bersifat khusus berupa konsultasi ke pengelola layanan kepegawaian di Biro Organisasi dan Sumber Daya Manusia (OSDM). Semua aktifitas sistem layanan kepegawaian melalui bot akan secara otomatis terekam ke ke dalam database untuk dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi layanan kepegawaian.

This study analyzes the accuracy of the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method in predicting diesel oil (HSD) sales. The SES method is used in the oil and gas industry for inventory management, strategic decision making, financial planning, and market analysis. Historical diesel sales data is used to train and test the SES model in predicting future sales. The accuracy of the method is measured using metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The forecasting method used is Single Exponential Smoothing, which uses the average value of past data to estimate future values. Three constant values of α (0.1, 0.6, and 0.9) were used, and the prediction results were evaluated using MAD, MSE, and MAPE. The results show that α = 0.1 gives the smallest MAPE, signifying higher accuracy in predicting HSD oil sales.

The history of the concept of a decision support system was first introduced in the early 1970s by Michael S. Scott Morton with the term Management Decision System (Tampubolon, 2010). The system is a computer-based system that aims to assist decision making by utilizing existing data and models. The main task of the teacher is to educate, teach, guide; direct, train, assess; and assess students. Outstanding teachers are teachers who have the ability to carry out tasks, are successful in carrying out tasks, have a personality that is in accordance with the teaching profession and have educational insights. A decision support system or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist in making decisions in an organization or company by applying a method that is appropriate to the field of decision taken; Making decisions manually without the help of SPK will result in an assessment that is not or less objective. The process of selecting outstanding teachers at the school level has so far been carried out conventionally, namely based on the personal observations of the teacher concerned, and only based on certain criteria. So that in this way, not all criteria and sub criteria can be accommodated in the assessment. Therefore, it is necessary to apply information technology in the form of a Decision Support System, especially in the process of selecting issuing teachers so that the process becomes effective so that the criteria and sub-criteria can be accommodated in the assessment. One method of decision support that is quite popular and reliable in overcoming the problem of selecting objects according to the criteria measured qualitatively and quantitatively is the weighted product (WP) method. The weighted product (WP) method is one of the methods commonly used in election systems, the advantage of this method is the concept of improving the weights used for each criterion. Based on the problems and problem-solving plans above, in this writing the author takes the title "Method of Implementation of the Weighted Product (WP) Method of Decision Support Systems in Determining Teacher Achievement".

In today's digital era, insurance software is needed to help the operational process of insurance companies. Moreover, for life insurance companies that have a relatively large number of group customers, the claim module group life system software is a must. Insurance software can help support operational processes. Software quality is very important. Software quality is defined in two ways qualified requirements and user requirements. Many models can be used to evaluate software quality. One of them is to use the McCall model. Evaluation of software quality using the McCall model can be carried out in the product operation area, production revision area, and product transition area. Based on the evaluation results in this study, the quality of claim module group life system software in the product operation area is good with score 6,98 in the production revision area is good with score 7,47 in the product transition area is good with score 7,78.

This research describes the application of the K-means Clustering method to analyze e-learning user data. E-learning is a form of learning that uses electronic-based media. The main objective of this research is to cluster e-learning users based on the similarity of certain attributes and find patterns in the data. The research steps include collecting e-learning user data from keaglee website, from January 2004 to October 2021, cleaning the data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and applying clustering algorithm. This algorithm divides data into groups based on similarities. In this study, the data was divided into three groups using a value of k = 3. Through testing with the davies bouldin method, the best results were found in the 9th cluster with a centroid of 1,279. This cluster has similar e-learning user characteristics. K-means Clustering method successfully analyzes e-learning user data simply, efficiently, and easily interpreted. Grouping e-learning users based on similar attributes can be done using this method. This research can be the basis for further development in the use of clustering methods in e-learning.

Cafe Kitorato is a cafe business aimed at providing customers with a unique culinary experience. However, a common problem that occurs is the lack of efficiency in income recording and data management, which can have a negative impact on the overall performance of the business. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design a web-based income recording system using the Waterfall method, with the hope of improving the performance of Cafe Kitorato. The research begins with an in-depth analysis of Cafe Kitorato's business needs and requirements in terms of income recording. The Waterfall method is chosen as the approach for structured and well-documented system development. The stages in the Waterfall method, namely requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, are followed systematically. In the requirement analysis phase, the data needed for cafe income recording is collected and analyzed. Next, the system design is carried out by designing an intuitive and user-friendly website interface to facilitate its usage by cafe staff. The system is implemented by building a website capable of real-time income recording and generating accurate financial reports. The test results show that the web-based income recording system using the Waterfall method has been successfully implemented at Cafe Kitorato. The use of this system helps expedite the income recording process, reduce human errors, and improve data accuracy. In field testing, the system successfully generated faster financial reports that can be accessed online by cafe management.in conclusion, the use of a web-based income recording system with the Waterfall method can enhance the business performance at Cafe Kitorato. This system helps improve efficiency in income recording and data management, which, in turn, has a positive impact on business decision-making. This research provides an important contribution to the development of information systems to enhance business performance in the culinary industry, particularly in the cafe business.

The futsal court reservation application is an application that allows users and futsal court owners to more easily access without having to install additional applications that reduce the memory capacity on their smartphone. Before being used, this futsal field reservation application needs to be tested. Testing is a verification process for assessing the quality of a device software and see whether the software meets the expected processes and valid or not. The process that is not optimal can cause inequality of data to be stored in the database .. Testing is done by the Black Box Testing method. In black box testing there are several testing techniques, one of them is Boundary Value Analysis. The Boundary Value Analysis technique performs testing based on the maximum and minimum number of digits to produce valid and invalid values. The first stage carried out in this research is to identify the form functionality to be processed, ensuring the maximum and minimum number of characters entered. The results of testing the futsal field reservation application with the black box testing method with the Boundary Value Analysis technique are the quality of the software is in accordance with the function, and can be utilized properly by the user.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of management information systems to improve strategic decision making in business organizations. This study discusses sentiment analysis on social media using Naïve Bayes artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. This study aims to provide a literature review on AI techniques used in sentiment analysis on social media. The data collection used in this study was to search for related articles from various literary sources using the Publish or Perish application (https://harzing.com/resources/publish-or-perish). There are 8 articles used in this study, which relate to sentiment analysis on social media with the use of artificial intelligence techniques. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting information from relevant journal articles. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that the use of artificial intelligence techniques in sentiment analysis on social media can provide great benefits in processing large amounts of data in a relatively short time, as well as recognizing certain patterns in the data. However, the use of artificial intelligence techniques in sentiment analysis on social media also has challenges, such as issues of accuracy, privacy and ethics. The implications of sentiment analysis on social media with AI techniques is a rapidly growing field of research and has various benefits for various sectors. Therefore, further research and development of AI technology is expected to help improve the quality of human life.

In the midst of the onslaught of technological advances, radio continues to grow listener growth. In Indonesia, Jakarta is the city with the most listeners in the past year. Radio is one of the media preferred by the Indonesian people for entertainment and information. Information is a basic element implied in the concept of planned use. The familiar characteristic of radio (emotional attachment) conveys a feeling of listening to information and entertainment. Apart from prioritizing entertainment broadcasts, radio in Jakarta is now continuing to work on journalistic programs in the form of inserts. With the times and the development of the arrival of television media, radio has slowly changed, but radio still has a place in the hearts of its audience. The audio nature of radio allows other activities of its viewers at the same time. Among the dozens of radio stations in Jakarta, there are eight major radio stations that regularly broadcast news and entertainment flashes. One of them is Prambros, a radio station that still exists and is popular today, namely Prambros Radio. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of mass media as student information data through Prambros Radio. It was concluded that Prambors Radio played a very important role in disseminating information to the public, "Apart from introducing something new, Prambors Radio can also fill wants or offer the satisfaction of the need to entertain fans, especially in their spare time," as Dasa said when participating in an interview. All sources admit that they enjoy radio as a means of information. "Such as when there is news about the introduction of learning information on social media that is nominated for a broadcast topic so that it adds listener knowledge and insight into the future." As one journalism student said in his statement as a listener to Prambors Radio.
