Abstract

Smartphones are no longer just a means of communication, but a tool for banking, shopping and education. You can also use your smartphone for currency, temperature, calendar, and other conversions. In this final project, the author converts the Gregorian calendar to the Roman calendar. The Roman calendar is sometimes called the Gregorian calendar or an earlier version of the Gregorian calendar. What makes it stand out, though, is the reference to the calendar. Where the Gregorian calendar uses prime numbers to indicate dates, the Roman calendar uses word-level numbers. The Gregorian to Roman (Fasti Romani) conversion in this study uses a fuzzy string matching method and uses a brute force algorithm implemented in an Android based application. This Android-based application can be used without an Internet network connection, so you can use it anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this study is to help Latin learners who are struggling to convert from the Gregorian calendar to the Roman calendar due to very few Latin textbooks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Monitoring system is a system that functions to monitor, supervise and control an activity in a job. The monitoring system plays an important role for a company in processing data such as client data, employee data, project data, task data that includes deadlines and report data to optimize supervision of the company. Data processing system at PT. Cakra Abadi still uses conventional or Microsoft Excel so that the data has not been archived optimally. To handle this, a special application was made to monitor and manage production data in the company. The monitoring system can generate and manage data such as client data, employee data, project data, deadlines, task data and report data. This application is made using the waterfall method. In this monitoring system, it is very necessary to monitor the work of previous employees with the current one. The results of this monitoring system application design indicate that the role of computer applications in information systems is very important as a support in improving the quality of work in managing data. To improve work effectiveness and provide information quickly and accurately, this application was built using the PHP programming language and MySql as a database, with Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools.

Abstract

Cashier service is an important part of every sales transaction process that deals directly with consumers. Where Services A cashier must be able to serve consumers feel comfortable. Although the main task is to receive transactions, it cannot be separated from service. As is the case with PT.HDI Center Bintaro's stockist, where greeting services for consumers still have to be spoken directly by a cashier based on the statement above, the application of the Arduino Uno-based Ir Obstacle sensor at PT. HDI Center Bintaro can speed up the greeting service process to visitors, besides that it can record visitors who arrive accurately and quickly. In the results of the trial system that has been completed and successfully created, the system will soon be implemented at PT.HDI Center Bintaro.

Abstract

Chekeres is a type of board game, which in this type of game relies on strategy as its main element. This game of checkers is generally played by two people with the objective being to spend the opponent's pieces. A checkers game made using a certain AI (Artificial Intelligence) implements the minimax algorithm. This minimax algorithm is used to make choices in order to minimize the possibility of losing the maximum value, which will describe where if a player experiences income, other players will experience a loss of that income. To reduce the scope of the search on the minimax algorithm, an algorithm called alpha-betha was developed as a solution to reduce the number of nodes in the search tree. In the checkers game, this algorithm will determine the steps taken by AI to generate maximum income by considering the possible steps that can be taken next. The application of the minimax algorithm in the game of checkers is made based on the Minimax procedure with the aim of getting the best move from the existing position. The minimax algorithm is based on a zero-sum game, which means that if one player wins, the other player loses, if one player gets 1 point then the other player gets -1 point.

Abstract

Cafe 86 is a coffee shop engaged in the beverage sector that sells a wide variety of drink menus by offering a varied menu, with good taste and quality of drinks and can meet customer tastes thereby increasing customer loyalty. Cafe 86 itself is located in the Tangerang city area, precisely on Jl. Bintang Sudimara Pinang Rt.03/04. The problem that is currently happening at Cafe 86 is that menu sales are done manually, cashiers are still doing the manual method by recording customer orders, so errors often occur in recording customer orders and resulting in data related to ordering data that is still very prone to being wrong or missing and requires long time. This resulted in less efficient employee work and slightly hampered customer service. The several research methods used include the following: Literature Study Literature study is the first step that researchers take in this study, Needs Analysis In conducting a sales system analysis, data is needed, as well as supporting tools for conducting a sales system analysis, Based on reports made by the author as explained in the previous chapter, the author draws the conclusion that, The resulting website-based application for ordering café 86 menus can make it easier to order drinks and food. because they have used a computerized system. With this web-based café 86 menu ordering application, employee performance becomes efficient because they no longer use the manual method.

Abstract

PT. Kreatifindo Jaya Bersama is a company engaged in manufacturing Plastic Pallets and also Trading for several products such as Container Boxes, Forklifts and Rack Systems. In carrying out stock control using a semi-computerized system with Microsoft Excel for data processing. The system used is felt to be quite slow in presenting stock reports per item owned by the company and the results are often inaccurate, causing a shortage of stock in the company when sales decline. This causes customer disappointment because the type of goods ordered does not exist, or losses to the company due to stockpiling in warehouses that are prone to damage. The application of internet technology can be used to manage information about seminar activities. Some of the steps needed to create system information are analysis of system requirements, system design, programming or system implementation and testing. The system was developed using the Codeigniter 3.0.6 framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL database as data storage.

Abstract

Phobia is a type of anxiety disorder that shows an expression of irrational fear and interferes with the life of an individual, personally or socially. Long-term phobia can cause its sufferers to experience stress and depression because of the things they fear. This research aims to make the medium of therapy by using virtual reality with systematic desensitization therapy for people with phobia of animals, and developed on an android platform. The use of the systematic desensitization therapy is to direct the subject into situations that raise their fears, under a very safe and controlled situation. The research method used here is qualitative method. Research data are collected by using observation, interviews and library research methods. The software development method used is the waterfall method, and the testing method used is Black Box and White Box testing. The output of this research is expected to assist people with phobia of animals in doing therapy, find out the level of fear of people with phobia of animals and reduce cases of phobia of animals as well.

Abstract

PT. Practicalindo Media Cipta is a business engaged in services, sales of hardware, software, maintenance and maintenance of computers. At present the company's data processing has implemented a computerized payroll system using Ms.Excel but for attendance at the company it is still not computerized, namely by using a paper attendance form provided by the administration every day so that the data processing experiences problems and the occurrence of process errors such as salary calculations, payroll deductions and payroll reports. Things that often happen mistakes that can harm employees. The designed information system is expected to make it easier for companies to calculate employee salaries and reduce calculation errors and data validation. This information system design method uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with the SDLC model which is able to create a system in stages so that it becomes an alternative method chosen in designing this application. The results of the research that has been done can facilitate the management of attendance data, record admin and payroll employees quickly and on time.

Abstract

Aquascaping is an aesthetic art technique with the concept of arranging aquatic plants, rocks and wood in an aquarium. One of the most important factors in the success of maintaining Aquascape plants is the provision of liquid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer is needed by plants as nutrients so they can grow properly. Sometimes aquascape owners often experience busy work or other things that make aquascape owners forget to apply fertilizer to their aquascape plants. The purpose of this research is to design a liquid fertilizer application tool that can fertilize automatically based on the schedule set by the aquascape owner. It is hoped that by making an automatic liquid fertilizer application tool using NodeMCU based on the Internet of Things, it can make it easier for owners to apply fertilizer to their aquascape plants. The method to be used in this research is descriptive method or development research. With an automatic aquascape liquid fertilizer application using NodeMCU based on the Internet of Things, aquascape owners don't have to worry anymore when the owner is busy or traveling because the aquascape plants lack nutrients, and the liquid fertilizer application process can be done automatically so it can save time and become more practical..

Abstract

Digital smart doorlocks and home automation still have weaknesses in the mobile app system, where users only need one button to open the door wirelessly which is considered too dangerous, if the user's smartphone is stolen, home security will also be threatened. The method used in the development of the smart doorlock system is a data collection method in the form of observation and literature studies, the data collection process is taken directly during the tool implementation process. The design of the mobile door lock system application uses a codular application while the door lock device uses an Arduino Uno board, fingerprint sensor and keypad. Fingerprint and PIN sensors are used as additional security for both smartphones and Arduino, to connect the device to a smartphone using the hc-05 Bluetooth module. This tool is also equipped with an LCD as a menu viewer that is accessed. The results of this research are that the Smart Dorlock application security system that is built already has additional security to open the door, namely in the form of a fingerprint sensor and PIN instead of a button to open the door, the application also has additional features in the form of App Lock to lock applications.
