Abstract

The automotive industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly from year to year, the automotive sector in Indonesia is still a mainstay for the Indonesian economy. Because the automotive sector has promising prospects, and one of them is Autostop Hankook Master. The problem of controlling goods is currently being faced by Autostop Hankook Master, where the transaction recording is still done manually and the irregularity of good control results in the difficulty of making decisions for the next period. Fuzzy logic is a technique or thinking framework that can be used in decision-making design. The choice of fuzzy logic itself is based on its adaptability to every condition and is also easy to understand because of its simple concept. The results obtained from implementing the Tsukamoto implementation on Autostop Hankook Master are 1219 sets of items that will be ordered for the next period. Fuzzy logic using the Tsukamoto method is able to answer the problems being faced by Autostop Hankook Master in controlling goods with inference fuzzyfication, and defuzzification rules.

Abstract

An employee's personal character influences a person's attitude and behavior, including his work attitude and behavior. In other words, personality has an influence on employee performance, so it makes sense for a boss or management to first understand the condition or type of employee personality when trying to improve employee performance. At PT. Insan Pratama's vision is to add to the team and employees by conducting interviews and written tests, but these two methods are still not enough to know the personality of prospective employees specifically, so there are still many considerations in selecting new prospective employees. The C4.5 algorithm is one of the machine learning algorithms. By using this algorithm, a machine (computer) will be given a set of data to study, which is called a learning dataset. The Naive Bayes algorithm is one of the statistical classifiers that can predict the probability of data being owned by displaying classes from certain classes based on possible probabilities. This system can produce information on personality characteristics using the Decision Tree C4.5 and Naïve Bayes methods.

Abstract

The development of technology in this era of globalization has grown rapidly and can be seen from the use of assessment information systems in the form of portals in schools to facilitate access to assessment information to all students. One of them is SMK Paramarta South Tangerang, it is time to develop technology in information systems to increase efficiency and productivity for education management. Theprocessing of academic data in this school still uses the Ms. Excel application without a database. As a result, there are many obstacles faced by the school in its academic administrative affairs such as processing student data, teachers, subjects, to student grades. In addition, the presentation of information is still not fast, precise and accurate because the current storage media is still conventional / manual. Academic Information System Design Using Web-Based Laravel Framework is designed using PHP programming language and MySQL database which in the final stage can function to facilitate data processing, for the implementation stage using Unified Modelling Language (UML) which can analyze input data and output data. To ensure the application runs well, two stages of testing are carried out, namely testing white boxes and black boxes in the process of collecting user, student, teacher, subject and testing in the process of displaying student grade reports.

Abstract

Internet has become an important requirement for communication. Using the internet makes it easier for someone to get information anytime and anywhere. The Internet is also used in local networks. Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows devices outside of the local network to be connected to a public network anywhere, provided that the device is connected to the internet. Therefore, in this journal a VPN network is designed with the L2TP and SSTP methods using a MikroTik router. and increase data security in the network.

Abstract

Pisangan Jaya Village Office is a Government agency in Pisangan Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. Making correspondence is one of the services carried out by the Pisangan Jaya Village Government to the community. So far, the process of making letters is still carried out manually, people come to the Village Office to take care of the certificate and verification by officers. Many times people need to repeatedly go to the Village Office due to lack of some requirements. Limited office service hours, making this service less effective and efficient. The goal is to build a web-based correspondence service information system.  This information system design process will use prototyping methods to build and implement an administrative service information system at the Pisangan Jaya Village office. This system is able to facilitate village office officers in carrying out mail services, shortening work time, the community is able to make letters easily and.

Abstract

Decision support system is one of the information technologies used to assist decision making by utilizing available data and information. In this study, a decision support system was designed to predict inventory levels in heavy equipment spare part stores using the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method. The results of the study showed that the DES method can be used to predict inventory levels in heavy equipment spare part stores with high accuracy. In this study, it was found that the optimal alpha (α) and beta (β) values were 0.2 and 0.1, respectively. The predicted inventory level for the next period can be used to assist in decision making for inventory procurement in heavy equipment spare part stores. With this decision support system, it is expected to help the management of heavy equipment spare part stores optimize inventory and improve inventory procurement efficiency. As well as using several sistem support tools including the internet, web browser, XAMPP, MySQL and using the PHP programming languages.

Abstract

Technological developments that are developing rapidly at this time are very good when problems within the company use it to overcome problems related to improving the quality of the company in providing services. In overcoming problems related to ordering goods within a company so that it is orderly and fast, it is necessary to have a system that is provided to help employees and companies to be able to order and calculate the expenditure of goods properly. The designed information system is a web-based system with a database for data management and an information system developed using the PHP programming language, so that it can help employees and companies to use it. The information system developed uses the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method. Activity Based Costing method is a cost accounting method that is intended to produce cost information by activity that is useful for management. In the development of this information system there is a design analysis that is used, namely Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Flowcharts. In this information system, employees will place an order for the equipment to be used and the company management will receive the request through the goods ordering information system. After placing an order for goods and equipment, the system will automatically calculate expenses and manage order data in the goods ordering information system.

Abstract

SMP and SMK Bina Ikhwani are schools located on Jl. Cereme Rt.01 Rw.03 Sinarsari Hamlet, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. Currently the learning process at Bina Ikhwani Middle School and Vocational School uses conventional methods and E-Learning as an online learning method. The conventional method is by carrying out face-to-face activities between teachers and students with textbooks as material in the process of teaching and learning activities in class, while for Bina Ikhwani Middle School and Vocational High School E-Learning they still use available platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and email. SMP and SMK Bina Ikhwani need independent E-learning applications that are easier to condition. So in writing this thesis a website-based E-learning application was made to help the online learning process. The purpose of this study was to design and build an independent website-based E-Learning Application to improve online learning at Bina Ikhwani Vocational High School so that online learning can be maximized. This website was built using the Agile Extreme Programming method as a system development method. The PHP programming language, Laravel framework, MYSQL database as storage and software testing are carried out using the Blackbox Testing method. With the existence of a website-based E-learning application at Bina Ikhwani Middle School that has been built which is equipped with material management features, assignments, discussions, and grades can help make it easier for students and teachers in the online learning process.

Abstract

PT. Kayana Nusa Teknologi is a technology development company. Currently, the company is still manually processing reimbursements, which is deemed to be less effective for a company. Innovation is needed to streamline this process and maximize the use of time to improve work processes within the company. In designing this application, the Kanban method is used, which provides a sequential or ordered approach to the software lifecycle, starting with analysis, design, coding, testing, and supporting stages. In addition, the use of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is used, which can identify and convert text in image documents into text that can be read by computers. With the existence of this application, it is expected that the performance of employees will be more efficient, especially for Android users in the company.
