Abstract

Software that contains defects (errors) can cause harm. Losses caused can affect all stakeholders. Losses can take the form of financial, time, and others. So before the software is implemented it needs to be tested. Testing on an application aims to check whether a program is running properly or not. In testing this software will use Blackbox Testing. Black Box Testing Method consists of several techniques, including Equivalence Partitions, Boundary Value Analysis, Sample Testing, and so on. Among the many testing techniques, in this study the testing technique was chosen using Equivalence Partitions. Equivalence Partitions technique is a test based on data input on each form in the performance data application application system, each menu input will be tested and grouped according to function whether it is valid or invalid. Testing is done on 4 forms that will be filled with data form added jobdesk, form added work targets, form edit work targets, form approve work targets, and employee performance while in the company. The test results show that there are still many shortcomings when validating the data to be entered, so that it can cause the data stored in the database does not match the expected data. The results of this test can be used as input to improve the application of performance data for the future

Abstract

Today's software development is increasingly complex and requires development teams to use the right development methodology so that software development projects can be successful. One of the increasingly popular methodologies is Agile Project Management. Agile Project Management is a software development methodology that is adaptive, flexible and encourages collaboration between development teams and stakeholders in achieving project goals. This article discusses the application of Agile Project Management in software development. We start by explaining the basic concepts of Agile Project Management, such as the Agile development life cycle, basic principles, and Agile framework. Next, we describe the steps required to implement Agile Project Management in software development, including team building, planning, execution, testing, and evaluation.

Software and tools for project management can help project managers to optimize time, costs, and resources in managing projects. Some examples of software and tools for popular project management include Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet. Microsoft Project is the most popular and advanced project management software used worldwide. This software allows project managers to create project schedules, manage tasks and resources, and monitor project progress. Trello is a simple and easy-to-use project management tool that can help teams collaboratively organize and oversee projects. Trello allows users to create boards and move cards from one column to another to track project progress.

Abstract

In the age of globalization, the smartphone has become a very popular and important communication device for information. Yet, many smartphone users lack understanding of the upkeep, causing damage to the device, be it a software or hardware malfunction. This disrupts users and causes them to carry smartphones to mobile services, which takes considerable time and expense. Thus, in this study, the manufacture and development of a web-based software using forward chaining methods in experts' systems to detect smartphone damage. Forward chaining methods are suited for handling control and browsing problems. The website is designed to assist smartphone users in detecting damage, so they can repair their devices more quickly and efficiently. The case study used in this study is the plaza 08cell. Hopefully, with these webiste, smartphone users can easily and quickly solve their device's malfunction.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of international cultural diversity which has its own uniqueness and characteristics, a researcher wants to try different learning methods in AL-MUARIF Kindergarten by using RPG Maker MV to make an educational game about folklore. To create an educational game for the folklore of Wiro Sableng, the authors use the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method which is the right way and has good procedures for making games. Wiro Sableng's folklore was chosen because it has various types of education, simulation, and entertainment that can assist teachers in teaching children about folklore. This folklore educational game will be very useful in the child's learning process.

Abstract

Meanwhile, a project is a work plan with a certain achievement target that is completed within a certain time frame. Collectively, project management is an approach/method for managing a project effectively and efficiently. This system exists as a tool to help manage projectshaped activities, such as construction projects. Without it, a project will be difficult to execute in terms of cost, time, or even quality.

Abstract

The design of this questionnaire system utilizes the System Usability Scale (SUS) with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of the e-office on users' tracking of documents within the Electronic Official Correspondence Application of the Jakarta Provincial Government. The analysis of data obtained from the SUS questionnaire will provide valuable information regarding potential improvements required in the application to enhance its effectiveness.This qualitative method was conducted through the administration of a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to the active users of the aplikasi naskah dinas elektronik in the Provincial Government of Jakarta. The SUS questionnaire consists of ten questions with a five-point Likert scale, in which the respondents provide a rating based on the level of agreement ranging from "strongly agree", "agree", "uncertain", "disagree", to "strongly disagree". The research was conducted between May and July 2023 at the office of the Jakarta Provincial Government. The questionnaire was distributed to 105 intentionally selected respondents (purposive sampling) from within the environment of the Jakarta Provincial Government. The analysis of the SUS results shows that the score for the administrative staff or officers with Grade A is 83.00, while the score for the users of the letter trail feature with Grade C is 70.20. Hence, it is known that the website is accepted but with a low acceptance rate. Therefore, further improvements are required in the form of future solutions in order to develop the website.

Abstract

Toko Novi merupakan toko yang bergerak dibidang sembako yang menjual bahan-bahan sembakoyang terdiri dari minyak sayur, gula, beras, telur dan lainnya. Dalam transaksi penjualannya masihmenggunakan transaksi manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi di toko novi agarMengubah transaksi penjualan yang awalnya secara manual menjadi lebih otomatis. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Adapun metode pendekatan sistem yangdigunakan adalah Struktur dengan menggunakan Flowmap sebagai alat bantu untuk merancang sistem yangakan dibuat dengan metode pengembangan sistem ini adalah agile, dengan langkah-langkah meliputiperencanaan, implementasi, pengujian (test), dokumentasi, deployment dan pemeliharaan. PembangunanSistem Informasi Penjualan sembako ini menggunakan PHP sebagai Bahasa pemrograman dan XAMPPsebagai database. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah toko novi dapat melakukan transaksi penjualan serta mengeloladata dengan mudah dan terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi penjualan berbasis Websitediharapkan dapat menjadikan referensi untuk penelitian berikutnya.

Abstract

An abstract The performance of an Air Conditioner can be influenced by the refrigerant charge. The problem arising from this is a decrease in the performance of the unit being used. The method used is to vary the refrigerant pressure value to obtain an appropriate value for the space in use. The aim of the research is to determine the recommended type of refrigerant and pressure for the split AC inside the room, achieve electrical energy consumption efficiency, and attain maximum room cooling. This research also assists in providing practical guidance for owners of conventional Split Air Conditioners and technicians in maintaining the optimal performance of their systems. The results of the research indicate that the highest temperature for the R22 type is at 26˚C and for R410A at 25˚C in a 3 x 3-meter room. The measured current value for R22 is 2.6 Ampere and for R410, it is 2.2 Ampere, with the voltage for R22 at 222 V and R410A at 221 V.
