A satellite is simply defined as any moving object around another object (which is usually much larger) in a path which can be estimated mathematically called an orbit satellite) Satellite is an alternative communication technology that can be applied to meet communication needs in areas with archipelagic geographical conditions. One of the existing satellite communication systems is VSAT IP. VSAT IP applies TDM/TDMA technology with IP as the communication protocol. A hub station that is central in a telecommunications network with a star topology is connected to several remote stations using shared satellite bandwidth for several remote stations. Some of the parameters used to determine the reliability of VSAT IP include delay, data rate and service level. The reliability of PT Pertamina's VSAT IP communication system reaches an SLA of 99.95%. This value is the result of the calculation of the service level, and the result has exceeded the standard set by PT Pertamina, which is 99.5%. However, VSAT IP communication has a high delay. Transmission delay and latency are 250 milliseconds for one link (up and down link). The capacity on one satellite can reach 150 Gbps. The long process of sending data packets causes the processing time and data transmission between devices to also get longer. With such a delay value and data rate, VSAT IP can still serve data communication well, that's because in VSAT IP there are TCP spoofing and ACK Reduction features. A reliable network system will be able to serve all data traffic both in various situations of low and high traffic.

Abstract− Every company needs employees as workers who carry out every activity in the company organization, contract employees and permanent employees. Contract employees are employees who are only hired when the company needs additional workers who operate manually, while permanent employees are employees who have contracts or work agreements with the company for an indefinite period of time (permanent). Permanent employees usually tend to have far greater rights than non-permanent employees. PT. Semesta Citra Media (SCMedia) is a national private company that is engaged in the field of telecommunication networks with a focus on providing services and devices based on VSAT IP. SCMedia was founded in early 2003. The SAW method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The SAW method requires a process of normalizing the decision matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all existing alternative ratings. Assessment of data for hiring employees was successfully carried out with the following results, namely A8 by having the best alternative by having criteria, namely work experience: 4, discipline: 91, loyalty: 76, age: 24, and performance: 78, with these results then A8 (Anugrah Rafi) is entitled to be appointed as a permanent employee. To determine the feasibility of the criteria used in hiring employees, the authors use the following criteria: work experience, discipline, loyalty, age, and performance in determining employee appointments.Keywords: SPK, Simple Additive Weighting, Employee Recruitment

Tender is a series of bidding activities that aim to select, obtain, determine and show which company is the most appropriate and appropriate to work on a work package. The tender is divided into several parts. In the Selection of Tender Participants, it is carried out through Evaluation stages such as Administration, Technical, Price, Qualification and Final Value. The problem is that in carrying out the classification for this selection requires a system that can classify bidders who pass the selection and those who do not pass the tender selection, and the results of its implementation. The method currently used is still ineffective because it is prone to human error, such as inputting the results of recaps from each selection stage into the final evaluation result which causes differences in the results, and difficulties in classifying participants who pass the selection and do not pass the tender selection. To overcome this problem, the authors developed a classification system for tender selection using the Artificial Neural Network method which relies on neurons to carry out classification so that it can select participants who pass the tender and do not pass the tender. From the test results, the accuracy levels for Data Training and Data Testing were 99.15% and 98.04% and the evaluation results from the Accuracy metrics were 97.20%, Precision, Recall and F1-Score were 97.00%

The Bunga Cempaka Bogor Foundation is a foundation located in the Bojong Gede Village, Tajur Halang District, Bogor, which manages death contributions for residents of the Pura Arista Cluster. The fee is a mandatory monthly contribution paid by residents (per household) on the basis of a mutual agreement. This contribution aims to ease the burden on family members who are affected by the burden of death. In the management of death contributions, contributions are often uneven and data recording is not organized, resulting in difficulty finding data that has been previously inputted. So a web-based system was created as a tool in data processing and to support accountability in presenting effective and efficient reports and making it easier to produce quality information as needed. In developing this system, researchers used the Prototype methodology as a system development method. With this system, the process of managing death contributions between the foundation and the pillars of death becomes more well-organized and can improve the quality of service and effectiveness of the foundation's performance.

Savings and Loans Cooperative at Pt. Megariamas Sentosa is currently still experiencing some deficiencies in implementing this savings and loan cooperative system. In view of the process of applying for savings and loans, the submission process is carried out by coming to the cooperative management section at the PT. MEGARIAMAS SENTOSA with several requirements for submitting deposits and loans. Then a personal data entry form and savings and loan options are provided. and if there is a loan, the cooperative members submit loan application data to the cooperative operator. then the operator will issue a loan fee as well as the amount of the tenor and installments determined by the cooperative with the nominal amount of the loan proposed. Cooperatives still have several deficiencies in the internal control process, namely member data processing is still carried out using written media on the application form. and archiving is carried out so that the data search process must be carried out one by one or in pieces to find member data as well as information on savings and loans that have been carried out. Seeing this, we need an information system that can handle business processes in savings and loan cooperatives, especially in managing members and saving and loan transactions. This study aims to build a savings and loan cooperative information system through the application of the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This method can be run with small to medium scale teams.

Cilogram sub-district is a sub-district located at the southern end of Lebak Regency. With the condition of the distance that is far from the center of the district government, it results in less even distribution of health services to the community. In the world of health, we know that there are several diseases that have long been the concern of medics and health experts, because many people suffer from them and some even result in death, one of which is a disease of the digestive system. This disease is a dangerous disease because it is directly related to the organ system in the body such as the stomach, intestines, and other organs in the digestive system. Digestive diseases are one of the focus problems in the Cilograng sub-district because many people are affected due to lack of attention to food health and nutrition-related counseling to the community. With the following problems, a new breakthrough is needed to help people get information related to digestive diseases, namely the existence of an Expert System. Expert system is one of the sub-fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that adopts human knowledge to computers in order to solve problems as experts usually do (Suryadi, 1994). And to facilitate inference of symptoms so as to find new facts from the symptoms consulted, this expert system uses the forwerd chaining method which starts with a search for known facts, then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-THEN rules. If there is a fact that matches the IF part, then the rule is executed.

This study aims to develop a web-based employee leave application information system design at the Directorate of Sea and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) using PHP programming language and laravel framework as a framework, as well as adaptive and communicative Extreme Programming methods. Manual leave management causes several obstacles, such as employees not knowing the amount of leave remaining and applying for leave still using paper forms that require various stages until the leave report is validated. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed using triangulation techniques. In this case, a web-based employee leave application information system developed using PHP programming language and laravel framework as the framework, as well as the Extreme Programming method as the method, can be the right solution to overcome problems in managing employee leave that is still manual. With the developed information system, employees can easily find out the amount of leave remaining and apply for leave online, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of employee leave applications, and the security of leave data. This research is expected to provide benefits for companies and academics.

The development of information technology has progressed from time to time. Demand that each individual or group must keep up with the times so as not to be left behind. One of them is the Bojongsari Baru Village, which is a village government institution in the city of Depok, which really needs a fast, practical and structured information service system to serve its citizens. The information service system that runs in the Bojongsari Baru Village is still running manually, especially in terms of public complaints. The community still comes directly to the kelurahan to report complaints, it is not certain that the complaints submitted are immediately responded to by the lurah or kelurahan officials, because they are not present, so this service is not fast, practical and structured. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based public complaint system with real-time telegram notification features for Bojongsari Baru Village. By implementing the SDLC Waterfall method which consists of needs analysis, design, programming, system testing, and maintenance. The results of this study aim for both parties to obtain information and means of communication quickly, making it easier for people who want to submit complaints easily without having to come to the village and assist the village in handling complaints and managing information data.

Bots are software that is given orders to carry out tasks automatically via the internet, usually bots are given commands that are similar to activities or tasks performed by humans. The benefit of bots is to facilitate repetitive human tasks, such as sending emails to customers regularly, providing data reports to facilitate monitoring of servers or applications, and so on. In this study, bots are used as a solution to problems in the process of ordering buildings or products on the silungkang.id website. Bots are used by authors to have automatic conversations with customers and provide order notifications for admins to facilitate monitoring of the building or product ordering process. The author uses a bot system because it can reply to messages or send notifications in real time without having to wait for action from the admin.

Along with the development of technology, especially the Internet of Things (IoT) is currently encouraging people to continue to think creatively to develop systems that can provide security and convenience in carrying out daily activities. By incorporating the Internet of Things (IoT) concept into a tool, it will simplify our activities so that they are more effective (Rizky Abrar, Mariadi Kaharmen, and Nur Hakim 2020). To overcome the problems faced by the D2 Tech workshop in terms of preventing fires due to the large number of items and liquids that are flammable, therefore this study aims to design a tool that can detect, provide fire warning information and handle directly if a fire is detected so that the owner the workshop feels safe about its business. The method used for system development is to use the Prototype method. The prototype method is an initial model of a product designed to test a concept or description of our idea (Darnita, Discrise, and Toyib 2021). Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the design of a fire detection tool with Arduino with the internet of things concept can work well and provide the expected results according to its functionality. In conclusion 1. The design of the tool that has been made can be used properly for fire detection and monitoring smoke and room temperature via the Blynk app. 2. The design of this tool that has been built can extinguish the fire directly when a fire is detected. 3. The design of the tool that has been made can turn on the installed alarm and send notifications to Telegram.
