Abstract

Management and control in the field of pharmaceutical distribution requires planning and inventory control of pharmaceutical products, because the previous system had inaccurate stock management, the performance of the previous system was slow, and it was not structured to handle large amounts of data. Therefore this research was conducted to test the inventory information system at pharmaceutical distributor companies using the black box testing method. This method was chosen because it focuses on testing system functionality without regard to the internal structure or implementation details. The results of the study show that the black box testing method is effective in testing inventory information at pharmaceutical distributor companies. This test reveals several malfunctions and input errors that may occur in system usage. By using this method, companies can identify and fix these problems before the system is fully implemented.

Abstract

The Lagon Online Ojek Community has carried out its functions and roles in cash management. But they still need an information system because until now it is still conventional. So it is difficult to provide transparent information about cash management in community financial reporting. The design of this website-based system was created to make it easier for community treasurers to convey community financial information to members, to design a system that is easy to use and can carry out accurate data collection. This system is designed to contain position data, user data, member data, cash data, expenditure data, print reports, cash history, expenditure history. The tools used to build this system use the PHP programming language with a MySQL database

Abstract

The lack of a computerized administrative data management system at TPA and TPQ AN-NUR made administrative staff unable to do their job optimally, all students paid their dues and still used books, the researchers found during the research process. The objectives of this research include building work systems, developing information systems, testing and analyzing systems, and implementing more efficient administrative management. A grounded approach (also known as grounded research) is used in this study. With the intention of applying empiricism, constructing concepts, developing theories, and proving hypotheses, this method is based on facts and comparative analysis. Researchers can make it easier for administrative staff after conducting a study and planning of this system at TPA and TPQ AN-NUR. In addition, because everything is done via mobile phones or other devices, it's easier to monitor administration management. No need to pay bills manually with dues books.

Abstract

There are so many forms of information through websites that are interesting in writing and appearance so that the information spreads quickly and widely among the public. But there are still many blog or website writers who don't know how to write the right articles. In writing an article, you must pay attention to writing rules such as title tags, meta description tags, backlinks, meta keyword tags, keyword density, permalinks, outbound links, internal links, keyphrases, meta descriptions, and others. There needs to be an interesting article writing strategy so that it can be easily indexed by Google Search Robots and easy to find on the Search Engine Result Page ( SERP ). For that we need a touch of search engine optimization techniques or search engine optimization ( SEO ). With the YOAST SEO plugin in CMS Wordpress, it makes articles quality so Goggle will recommend everyone to type these keywords. YOAST SEO will analyze directly whether the words and sentences in the article are in accordance with SEO techniques or not. This research discusses SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) with Wordpress CMS and selects the configuration of supporting tools such as hosting and domains, templates, Elementor plugins, then monitors website ranking using Wincher and Google Search Console which will affect the position of the article on SERP ( Search ). Abstract

Citra Cafe's cafeteria is a business focused on food sales. Currently, the food ordering process is done with customers coming to the canteen cashier. However, this ordering method often encounters problems when there are many customers who want to order food, such as mixed-up orders due to the lack of order recording. The objective of this research is to create an Android-based food sales system that can transform the previously manual sales system into a computerized one. The food sales application at Citra Cafe's cafeteria is a system that provides convenience in ordering food and reduces errors such as mixed-up orders. For this research, a qualitative approach is implemented using the prototype method for system development. To gather data, this study utilizes interview techniques and observations to obtain processable data that can be used to design the system according to the requirements. Furthermore, this research also applies blackbox and whitebox testing methods to test the designed system. With the implementation of this food sales system, it will ease the cafeteria attendants' work in managing customer orders, eliminating mixed-up orders, and facilitating customers in ordering food as they no longer need to queue in front of the cashier to place their orders.

Abstract

One of the main problems that can arise in web-based inventory applications is the problem of application development, because if the system is inadequate or not protected properly, important data such as stock information, transactions, and customer details can be vulnerable to hacker attacks or data theft. To overcome problems that may arise in web-based inventory applications by conducting regular monitoring of the stock application system. Ensure monitoring includes system availability, performance, and data integrity. Also, back up data regularly to avoid losing important information due to hardware failure or hacker attacks. Make sure data backups are stored in a safe place and can be accessed if needed. The application of this method to the problem of web-based inventory applications can provide several positive results, including stock management efficiency: By using the right method, the application of stock items can help improve stock management efficiency. Methods such as the Just-in-Time (JIT) or EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) methods can help companies to manage purchasing and shipping goods more efficiently, avoiding overstock or stock shortages that can hinder operations.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology is growing rapidly, especially in the computer network sector. This makes information exchange happen very quickly, in minutes or even seconds. With the availability of the internet (interconnection network), the exchange and delivery of information is accelerating. An Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides internet services. Network administrator is the person responsible for managing the network. One of the network administrator's duties is to monitor network devices while in the office or outside the office. By using a webserver, the monitoring process can be done anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet and with network monitoring zabbix a network administrator can also monitor bandwidth usage in graphical form and generate data in real time. The zabbix server also uses realtime telegram notification alerts, making it easier for the technical team to handle troubleshooting.

Abstract

Functional testing is an important stage in aplikasi development cycle aimed at ensuring that the application works correctly and meets the specifications. However, manual functional testing can be a tiring task and prone to human errors. Therefore, this research attempts to improve aplikasi quality by using Robot Framework as an automated functional testing tool. Robot Framework is an open-source automated testing framework that can be used to test desktop and web applications easily. The research method used is an experiment comparing the results of manual and automated functional testing on the same application. The results show that automated functional testing with Robot Framework can reduce the time required for testing, improve testing efficiency, and produce more accurate testing reports. Therefore, the use of Robot Framework as a functional testing tool can improve aplikasi quality by reducing human errors and improving testing efficiency.

Abstract

Web-based, desktop or mobile applications before being used to the general public or certain companies must pass testing on the software. There are two methods in testing that we usually know, namely Black Box Testing and White Box Testing. For this time the testing method we chose was Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitions Technique which aims to test whether there are errors in: system functions, interfaces, data structures or data access, performance, initialization. The object carried out in this test is the Website-Based FTTH Material Forecasting application. The methods and techniques chosen in this test are techniques that are easy to do for novice testers. There are 4 forms tested, namely user and admin login forms, product forms, category forms, project forms. Each form will be tested by entering input data that is commonly found in existing tests. The results showed that software testing using the Black Box Testing method with the Equivalence Partitions Technique in the application there are still forms whose results or outputs do not match what is expected in the design of the application because an error occurs. The results of the calculation of system validity obtained a value of 100%.

Abstract

An employee is anyone who is able to do work to produce goods and services both to meet their own needs and those of the community, both inside and outside of work relations. In every company, agency, organization or business entity, they will provide a salary as compensation for an employee's work, in addition to providing a basic salary to their employees, each agency often provides a salary bonus. in determining bonuses for employees at PT Citra Prasasti Konsorindo, they still use Microsoft Excel assistance so that the process of determining bonuses that has occurred so far has not been accurate due to the large amount of data collected and the need for time to input data so that the company has difficulties in the process of determining employee bonuses. This causes delays for the company in providing an assessment. Given these problems, the researchers created a decision support system for determining employee bonuses at PT Citra Prasasti Konsorindo using the mabac method. The goal is to help the accuracy of the company in determining employee bonuses and make it easier for companies to input data and determine employee bonuses and provide time efficiency for companies in the process of determining employee bonuses. In this system there are employee data features, criteria, calculations and ranking as the final result which displays the ranking of employees who are entitled to receive bonuses. This research uses the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The design method used is waterfall and the testing technique used is blackbox. The final result of this system is the highest to lowest score and displays the recommendation ranking of employees who receive bonuses. Based on the test results, all existing pages and features are as expected and run according to their functions.
