Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using the Sales and Inventory module from Odoo at UV VORTEX, a digital printing business located in North Jakarta. UV VORTEX faces a number of challenges in recording and documenting sales as well as inventory management which still relies on physical records and Microsoft Excel. Comprehensive data collection methods involve literature study, interviews, and direct observation. The main focus is improving UV VORTEX business processes by integrating Odoo Sales and Inventory Modules. The implementation scope includes configuration without customization in Odoo version 16 community, with technical modifications including integrated recording in the Sales Module and separation of product types in the Inventory Module. The results of this research include recommendations for implementing system prototypes, involvement of more related parties, performance evaluation, training and skills development, post-implementation monitoring and support, evaluation of sustainability and flexibility, as well as potential for further research. With the implementation of Odoo, it is hoped that UV VORTEX can increase operational efficiency, improve service quality, and support growth and development in the digital printing industry. This abstract provides a brief overview of research steps to improve UV VORTEX business processes through the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

Abstract

Promotion of employees at the Center for Quality Testing for Veterinary Medicine Certification (BBPMSOH) is still done manually, so it is possible that decisions are made subjectively by only looking at certain aspects, in selecting employees who only look at their daily habits while working. is not effective. Seeing the existing problems, it is necessary to SPK that can help solve problems in decision making by adjusting the criteria and weights that have been determined by the company. The method used in decision making is the SMART-TOPSIS method, with this method we can find out which employees are included in the weights and criteria for promotion at the (BBPMSOH). The existence of problems at the (BBPMSOH) requires a Decision Support System in determining employee promotions. system development using systematic and sequential software that will be built using the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database. The final result in this study is the establishment of a Decision Support System for Employee Promotion at the (BBPMSOH) With the SMART-TOPSIS method based on this website, it can determine employees who are worthy of consideration and have not been selected to choose one of the best in occupying the position. office position. After the decisions obtained in the decision support system application, the system will display the results of the decisions that have been taken.

Abstract

On January 6, 2022, President Joko Widodo signed the Presidential Instruction (Inpres) to the public. One of the points of Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2022 concerning BPJS as a public service obligation, is a public discussion, concerning applicants for SIMs, STNK marks, and Police Certificates (SKCK) that must accompany BPJS Health membership. Due to the many public complaints about presidential education guidelines, this study was conducted to assess public perceptions using the Naive Bayes algorithm using TF-IDF feature selection. This study uses 362 data which is divided into two classes, positive and negative. The classification process gives the best accuracy results with a percentage of 88.89% using the selection of the TF-IDF function with 90% training data and 10% test data.

Abstract

The library is a collection of books and magazines. While a library can be defined as a person's personal collection, it is generally recognized as a large collection that is funded and managed by a city or institution. Secondary school library which serves as an informative function. This is because the system still uses a manual recorder. Most of the collections in the high school library can be borrowed by students, with a predetermined loan period. Restrictions on the length of the borrowing period are enforced, so that the limited number of copies of books can be used optimally by students, but not a few students are late in returning books, causing many books to be held up. This is a distinct loss for secondary schools, because books that are supposed to be learning aids are not used optimally. Besides that, it is also detrimental to students because they cannot borrow the book to study. Therefore an application is needed to maximize the use of books in the library that can send notifications/notifications of borrowing periods.

Abstract

Diseases in fish pose a serious threat to their quality and survival. This condition can cause a significant decline in fish quality, and if not addressed promptly, it can lead to mass mortality in the population of farmed fish. Early identification of symptoms of disease in fish is crucial in prevention and control efforts. One commonly used indicator is changes in the fish scales. Scales that undergo changes such as the presence of spots or unusual colors can serve as early signs of health issues in the fish. The process of identifying symptoms of disease in fish scales typically involves a series of analytical methods, ranging from image smoothing techniques using Gaussian smoothing to clarify important details, to edge detection using the Sobel algorithm to highlight structural changes in the scales. Additionally, morphological techniques such as dilation and erosion are used to improve and refine the shape and size of scales, facilitating the identification process. Subsequently, the closing process is used to fill in small holes that may form after dilation and erosion, ensuring the overall integrity of the fish scale structure is maintained.

Abstract

Application of an expert system for diagnosing diseases in rice plants using the forward chaining method (Case Study: Desa Sribantolo Belitang II) was created to find out the symptoms of rice diseases and solutions for handling rice plants, providing solutions to farmers to deal with rice plant diseases, to implement the forward chaining method in the process of diagnosing existing diseases in rice plants based on predetermined rules. The website-based expert system application for diagnosing rice diseases is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which in the final stage can function to facilitate data processing, for the implementation phase it uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which can analyze input data and output data. The forward chaining method is a conclusion based on existing facts that leads to that conclusion with the IF part of the IF-THEN rules. To ensure the system runs well, two stages of testing were carried out, namely white box and black box testing in the process of managing symptom data, managing rice disease data and testing showing the results of disease diagnosis reports in rice plants

Abstract

This research is research into the development of a triangle area calculator application using Java which aims to collect programming group assignments. This testing was carried out using an application built with the Java programming language and the NetBeans IDE development tool, Java programming is an important skill in the field of information technology. Therefore, build a simple application to calculate the area of ​​a triangle using the Java programming language. This research is to introduce the basic concept of how to develop a triangle area calculator application using Java in the Java programming language to make it easier for students or beginners who aim to solve this problem for beginners, to teach the steps in creating Java applications, and to provide practical experience in implementing programming concepts in real project. Data was collected using techniques for creating flowcharts into Java code, testing, debugging, and evaluating results, this application meets the criteria for good software quality.

Abstract

In this study, it aims to make it easier for farmers to do watering. here researchers use chili plants, because chili is one of the human food needs. The sensor components used in this plant watering prototype tool are soil moisture sensors, ESP 8266 modules, DHT 11 sensors, RTC (Real Time Clock) and buzzers. And for the microcontroller used by researchers is the Arduino Mega 2560. Researchers use Arduino Mega 2560 because it has more memory than Arduino Uno. This tool uses energy from solar power to power it. Researchers use solar panels to generate electricity from the heat of the sun. Solar energy absorbed by solar panels will be converted into electrical energy by the Solar Charge Controller (SCC), and the electrical energy will be stored in a special battery, namely a Lithium ion battery. From the basic testing of chili plant sprinklers that have been carried out as a whole, the pump waters the chili plants based on soil moisture with humidity (<50%) and a predetermined time. When the soil moisture (>70%) the pump will stop watering, and the specified watering time is 3x a day. To set the time of the watering schedule, researchers use the ESP 8266 module so that it can be set through the BLYNK application on a cellphone. Researchers also apply manual schedule settings on the panel box by pressing the switch button. With the creation of this Arduino-based Automatic Plant Sprinkler prototype with Solar Panel Resources to make it easier for chili farmers to produce a satisfying harvest, and save time when watering.

Abstract

Stroke is a leading cause of disability and mortality, requiring early prediction and diagnosis to improve patient care quality. One widely used algorithm in this classification is Random Forest, known for its advantages in processing complex data and yielding high accuracy. This study aims to conduct a comparative review of Random Forest applications for stroke classification based on medical features. A comparative analysis is performed across several scholarly journals to assess the algorithm’s effectiveness, accuracy, and performance under various parameter settings and data processing techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide insights into the different implementations of Random Forest in stroke classification and identify potential areas for further research to optimize this method.
