Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees at Pasir Belengkong District Paser District either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research is all employees of District Office Pasir Belengkong Paser Regency as many as 61 people. The sample is determined by saturated sample technique, with 61 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation method. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis F test showed F count = 23,461 with the significance value = 0,000 <0.05 This indicates that simultaneously stating That there is influence of motivation and work environment together to employee performance accepted. The result of t test hypothesis is obtained t count from motivation variable equal to 6,806 with significance niali 0.000 <0,05, this explains that there is influence of motivation to employee performance, while work environment variable equal to -, 0495 with significant value equal to 0,623> 0,05 , This explains that there is no effect of work environment on employee performance. Coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square equal to 0,432, this mean 43,2% employee performance at District Office of Pasir Belengkong District Paser Regency influenced by motivation and work environment, while the rest equal to 56,8% influenced by other variable which is outside of variable which researched in research this The conclusion that work motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at Pasir Belengkong District Office Paser District, with a contribution of 44.89%. Working Environment does not significantly affect the performance of Pasir Belengkong District Office employees Paser District, with a contribution of 0.042%. Work motivation and work environment together affect the performance of Pasir Belengkong District Office employees Paser Regency, with 43.2% contribution while the remaining 56.8% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Abundance of natural resources is a boon for the region that has them. However, there is a paradox that states that the abundance of natural resources can have a negative effect on economic growth, this phenomenon is called the Natural Resource Curse. Several studies have found that the abundance of natural resources can have a negative effect on economic growth. This study will examine whether the Natural Resource Curse phenomenon at the provincial level on Sumatra Island in the 2014-2019 period and examine the value of the Natural Resource Curse by using an index called the Regional Resource Curse Index (RRCI) with two indicators namely, the Natural Resource Curse Index (NRDI) and the Regional Sustainable Development Index (RSDI). The research uses panel data regression analysis, conducted by looking at the effect of the abundance of natural resources on economic growth. The results showed that the abundance of natural resources that used mining and oil and gas revenue-sharing had a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. This proves that the Natural Resource Curse phenomenon does not occur at the provincial level on the island of Sumatra in the 2014-2019 period. However, based on the RRCI value, it shows that provinces with richer natural mining resources tend to face a higher Natural Resource Curse phenomenon. As a result, Jambi Province is the region with the highest RRCI of 1.26, with an NRDI of 54.9 and an RSDI of 53.9.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba membawa dampak negatif bagi manusia. Penyalahguna narkoba cenderung mengalami gangguan kepribadian antara lain rasa cemas, emosional, depresi dan terganggunya kesehatan mental. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pula pada aspek sosial dalam pergaulan dan penerimaan masyarakat sekitarnya dan aspek ekonomi pada biaya pembelian narkoba illegal, pemulihan kesehatan serta ongkos sosial lainnya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba terhadap aspek sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta?”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data melalui nara sumber yakni praktisi di lingkungan Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) DKI Jakarta dan para mantan pecandu/penyalahguna narkoba serta berbagai dokumen terkait lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba terhadap aspek sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sehingga dapat dilakukan penanggulangannya dengan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi penyalahgunaan narkoba di DKI Jakarta cenderung rendah namun stabil peningkatannya. Penyalahguna narkoba menimbulkan dampak negatif pada aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Untuk penanggulangannya dibutuhkan strategi yang efektif melalui pencegahan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pemberantasan maupun rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada BNNP DKI untuk membuat inovasi strategi penanggulangan penyalahgunaan narkoba yang lebih efektif dan kepada warga masyarakat agar hidup sehat dan produktif tanpa narkoba.

Abstract

The existence of Prasty Mandiri Convection Home Industry which has a good impact on improving the economy of employees and the surrounding community. Initially, the community did not have a job with this business being able to provide job opportunities and could reduce the unemployment rate that occurred in the surrounding environment. The research method used in this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used went through three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As for checking the validity of the data using observation persistence, increasing persistence, and finally data triangulation. The results of the study show (1) With the role of Prasty Mandiri's Home Industry convection in Tangerang, it will increase the number of workers. In addition, it provides many opportunities for the community, especially in the surrounding villages, and will reduce the unemployment rate and can improve the welfare of the surrounding environment, 2) Efforts to improve the quality of CV services. Prasty Mandiri, able to provide a high economy. With the CV. Prasty Mandiri was able to improve their standard of living which was much better. 3) Constraints and solutions to Prasty Mandiri convection in Tangerang are the many business competitors, money constraints are often faced by these businessmen, usually the price of raw materials rises rapidly and raw materials become scarce, but Prasty Mandiri convection has a solution to overcome this by providing the same model of uniform and raw materials of the same quality or also provide an understanding of price increases to the buyer of the order.

Abstract

Increased nutritional literacy in the form of knowledge and practice of nutrition can stimulate action to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women. Nutrition counseling is the right strategy for increasing the nutritional literacy of pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the effect of nutritional counseling on increasing nutritional literacy in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative research using a quasi-experimental method. The design of this research is pre and post-test without control. The research population was all pregnant women in Buah Pala Village, Lawe Sumur District, Southeast Aceh Regency with a total sampling technique of 45 pregnant women. Data were analyzed bivariate using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of counseling on nutrition on nutritional literacy in pregnant women with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is worth 0.001. The conclusion is that maternal nutritional literacy increased after the provision of nutritional counseling. Therefore, it is expected that health workers will support pregnant women to consume a healthy diet during pregnancy, especially those with low economic status. .

Abstract

In its development in Indonesia, wrestling has been known by the public since pre-history. According to reliable sources, wrestling is also an original sport from Indonesia, although abroad it has existed and has grown since the golden age of ancient Greece and Rome. This wrestling sport has traditionally been known by the people of Indonesia, and currently the sport of wrestling is under the auspices of the Indonesian Whole Wrestling Association Organization (PGSI). Wrestling is a game of power struggles that bind themselves to each other and the other tries to beat or overthrow. The ability to perform good technique is a supporting factor in wrestling, including slamming. The slam is one of the important factors for adding points or points in wrestling and the shoulder slam is very often used in all championships. Therefore, in this study, researchers wanted to examine the contribution of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, back muscle strength and back flexibility at the time of shoulder slamming. This study aims to obtain information or data about the contribution between arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, back muscle strength and back flexibility with respect to time in shoulder slamming. In this study, descriptive and associative research was used, namely by testing the men's wrestling team at Puslatda Pon East Java, which was taken as many as 20 wrestlers. From the regression analysis and multiple correlations, it was found that: the magnitude of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) between the arm muscle strength variable (X1), abdominal muscle strength variable (X2), back muscle strength variable (X3) and back flexibility variable (x4) together 56.66% can be explained by the variables of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, back muscle strength and back flexibility. While the rest is influenced by other factors that are not included in this analysis. The results of the F test calculation state that the calculated F value is 4.9016 and the F table is 3.06. In accordance with the criteria that the calculated F value = 4.9016 is greater than F Table = 3.06, it can be said that the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is significant.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) appeared in Wuhan, China, and cases continue to increase in various countries. According to the WHO, the Corona Virus can cause illnesses ranging from mild flu to respiratory infections. This has an impact on various aspects of health services, one of which is maternal and child health services. During the pandemic, services at the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) had stopped. The posyandu implementation model is carried out independently and handed over to each region according to the COVID-19 zone. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of health cadres in managing posyandu during the COVID-19 pandemic in Arjuna Village. This type of qualitative research uses an exploratory approach. The population in this study were all health cadres at the posyandu in Arjuna Village. Participants in this study revealed that seven participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Collecting research data using interview guidelines and data analysis using verbatim transcripts. The results of the verbatim transcript have three themes, namely (1) knowledge and awareness, (2) the influence of the pandemic on posyandu services, and (3) supporting factors and based on barriers to posyandu services. The results of this study can be an important source of information for health cadres and policy makers in an effort to improve posyandu service activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are small independent business activities, do not require large capital and are in great demand by small traders. The development of MSMEs can have a positive impact on regional development and Indonesia's economic growth, expand job opportunities, play a role in the judicial process, improve people's welfare, and encourage national stability. However, to achieve this goal, we must make our best efforts to win the increasing global competition. So that MSMEs can be competitive in this modern era, MSME entrepreneurs can use social media for business development so that they can follow and always keep up with the times. that must be borne, especially by micro-entrepreneurs. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study is a micro-entrepreneur from Nazeera.id using social media and interviewing data collection technology. The results of this study indicate that Nazeera.id SMEs can achieve many benefits by adopting and utilizing social media, such as lower operating costs, easier market reach, and increased business. The development of small businesses can make them more competitive as evidenced by increased sales compared to businesses that do not use social media.

Abstract

Dear Editor, The use of artificial intelligence in surgery is expanding every day. In the past, there was a dearth of knowledge about the potential uses of robots in surgery, which was primarily based on the misconception that robots were taking the place of human surgeons while, in fact, their function was more like that of a supplement than a replacement [1-5]. A number of new directions in robotic and AI-enhanced surgery have emerged as a result of this attitude shift. Even if it took longer to examine its promising results, the steadily expanding research in this area has revolutionized how healthcare is provided over the past few years [6-10]. Robotic surgery is already very important since it has considerably decreased surgical problems brought on by trauma and has improved patient recovery, shortening hospital stays [11, 12]. AI has also shown some promise in terms of analyzing, storing, and analyzing patient records, and this has proven to be helpful in some cases. By transmitting the motions of the surgeon's hands to the surgical target through tremor-filtered movements of the surgical tools, conventional robots have complemented surgeons. The likelihood of a patient experiencing intraoperative trauma has considerably decreased as a result [13-15]. Further study in this area has shown encouraging results, including parts of machine learning like Learning from Demonstration and Reinforcement Learning that have opened up new possibilities for surgical robots to react to human activities [16]. This significant development is a result of recent developments in cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Robots with AI assistance have already been employed in a number of surgical procedures [17,18,19]. In laparoscopic procedures, surgical robots that operate depending on the movement of the surgeon's head are helping. Similar to this, there are literary examples of robots that operate depending on facial, gaze, and gesture movements [20,21]. Robots with AI assistance have been employed in heart surgery, hair transplant procedures, and blood vessel suturing. By the end of the twenty-first century, clinically useful surgical robots are probably a reality [22, 23, 24],. Artificial intelligence and surgical robotics can be combined to expand surgical capabilities, improve patient access to care, and improve surgical results. We concur with the authors and anticipate that the use of AI in surgery will grow in the future [25-28].
