Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak, kewajiban moral dan sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak bermotor di kantor SAMSAT Benculuk Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam peneliian ini adalah wajib pajak pada Kantor SAMSAT Benculuk sebanyak 425.670 wajib pajak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampek sebanyak 100 wajib pajak. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisoner. Hasil penelitian menunujikan bahwa secara Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Kewajiban Moral dan Sanksi Perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak bermotor di Kantor SAMSAT Benculuk.

Abstract

- This study aims to determine the ability of students and the effect of using the Pancasila quartet card game media to increase students' understanding of the application of Pancasila values ​​in everyday life. The research method used is classroom action research with research procedures in the form of cycles. In the technique of collecting data, tests were carried out. The test is carried out to measure the ability of students before the action is taken and after the action is taken. The research instrument used was a written test as a means by which students were given assignments. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis has characteristics that can be displayed in the form of numbers, in the form of initial learning outcomes and final learning outcomes. The result of this research is that the media of the Pancasila quartet card game is effective in increasing students' understanding of the application of Pancasila values ​​in everyday life. In the first cycle with the lecture method and power point media the percentage of students who got a complete score was 50%, when improvements were made in the second cycle with the quartet card game media, the percentage of students who got a complete score increased by 85%.

Abstract

Psikotest adalah test yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik seseorang. Psikotest dapat dilakukan dengan berkonsultasi ke psikolog atau mengikuti psikotest sederhana yang banyak disajikan dalam buku-buku psikologi, namun tentu akan memakan banyak waktu dan biaya. Pelaksanaan psikotest saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dimana peserta harus membaca dan menjawab psikotest di kertas, kemudian peserta menghitung dan melakukan analisa sendiri dengan mengacu pada pedoman cara penghitungan hasil yang tercantum di buku tersebut. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah dengan merancang aplikasi mini test psikologi berbasis komputer menggunakan Python dengan metode MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan ren’py. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model waterfall. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, peserta uji dapat dengan mudah dan cepat mengetahui tipe kepribadian dan jenjang karier yang sesuai dengan passionnya. Dan bisa mendapatkan hasil test secara langsung.

Abstract

Inersia uteri merupakan salah satu jenis kelainan his yang dapat menyebabkan persalinan lama, salah satu penyebab dari inersia uteri adalah rasa takut pada ibu dan rasa cemas ibu pada saat menghadapi persalinan. Asuhan yang diberikan yaitu pijat oksitosin untuk meningkatkan frekuensi his ibu dengan merangsang hormon yang dapat memperbanyak masuknya ion kalsium ke dalam intra sel. Pijat laktasi di berikan untuk membantu menyusui. Pijatan ini dilakukan pada area kepala atau leher untuk meningkatkan hormone prolaktin dan oksitosin. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny.”N” dengan pijat oksitosin dan pijat laktasi di PMB “N”. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi partisipatif, pengukuran dan pendokumentasian SOAP. Asuhan yang diberikan pada kasus ini adalah dengan pijat laktasi yang dilakukan 3 kali dalam satu minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada masa persalinan dengan inersia uteri terdapat peningkatan his setelah dilakukan asuhan pijat oksitosin dan pada masa nifas dengan kurangnya pengeluaran ASI terdapat peningkatan setelah diberikan asuhan pijat laktasi. Pijat oksitosin yang diberikan pada ibu dengan inersia uteri terdapat pengaruh peningkatan his saat persalinan dan hasil asuhan pijat laktasi pada masa nifas Ny.N didapatkan peningkatan pengeluaran ASI setelah dilakukan asuhan.

Abstract

Language is an important aspect of communication that is used to interact, speak, and express feelings. The aspects of speech acts that are usually used in communication are expressive speech acts. This study aims to identify and analyze the illocutionary acts of expressive categories by examining the dialogue in the movie. The results of the analysis show that the movie Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows uses several expressive types, namely; Thank, Compliment, Greet and Welcome, Apologize, Complaint, Congratulate and Boast. In addition to examining these categories, the purpose of this research is to study the types of expressive Illocutionary acts that are useful in communication. The meaning of expressive illocutionary acts in this film is thanking, giving praise and pride, expressing greeting and welcoming, apologizing, giving complaints, congratulating, and boasting.

Abstract

The research entitled "Formal and Casual Language Styles Used in Emily in Paris series season 1" was conducted to determine the formal and casual language styles used by all characters in Emily in Paris series season 1 by applying the theory from (Joos, 1967). The data was taken from the conversations of all the characters in Emily in the series Paris season 1. This study used qualitative methods in analyzing the data. The results showed that all characters used a more casual style than a formal style. The formal style was more dominantly found in the workplace while the casual style was more dominantly used in friendship circles.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the social criticism contained in the film In the East of the Sun by Ari Sihasale and its implications for the study of sastra in high school. Penelitian aims to interpretthesocial criticism contained in the film In the East of the Sun by Ari Sihasale and describe its implications for literature learning in high school. The research method is carried out by the literature method and the note-taking technique. In the data analysis method, qualitative descriptive methods are used. The results of this study found several social criticisms including (a) social criticism of educational problems (b) social criticism of the problem of poverty and (c) social criticism of inter-tribal wars. The results of this research are then used as literature teaching materials in high school. This teaching material is in accordance with basic competencies, namely finding values in short stories with a time allocation of 2 x 45 minutes. In addition to the short stories (based on the film In the East of the Sun) the teaching materials used by an audiovisual show are in the form of the film In the East of the Sun. The film contains a lot of life value and close educational value in everyday life.

Abstract

This study examines learning media based on animated PowToon videos on the material of giving and asking for information related to making reservations for students of class XI English Language and Literature at SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda in the 2021/2022 academic year and whether or not there is an increase in student learning outcomes. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) procedures. The research steps carried out include planning, implementation of the action, observation and reflection. This research is a classroom action research that does not consider the existence of a population and a sample because the impact of treatment only applies to subjects who are subject to action, so the research subjects in this study are all students of class XI consisting of 36 students. While the object of this research is the basic competence 3.6, namely understanding the provision of information related to reservations and others. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased and student activity in learning also increased. Student learning outcomes increased in each cycle from the initial condition the average daily test score of 66.05 to 78.05 in the final condition, an increase of 12.00. So the recommendation that can be given is that teachers should apply innovative learning models and use learning media. In order for learning outcomes to increase, the application of animated PowToon video media should be optimized, so that student learning outcomes are optimal.

Abstract

Happy is the need of every human being, so it is necessary to refresh so that humans can express their feelings, not be trapped in a rigid atmosphere so that values ​​as humans who have the right to be happy and appreciated can be realized. Through a field approach, the research results: that there are humanist values ​​in the Segawon community, namely brotherhood, kinship, solidarity, virtue, intimacy, dialogue, tolerance and tolerance. These values ​​support a harmonious atmosphere so that community members can be successful in life.

Abstract

Communication between public service staff of the Government Tourism Office sometimes does not rule out finding service-related conversations. The use of the term in the conversation may not be understood by the public and only the membership can understand the code suspended by the relevant staff. This article is intended to find the language styles expressed in the conversation of the Government Tourism Office and to vouch for the implied meaning of the style represented in the conversation. This study dealt with qualitative research. The data sources were informants who have worked at the Government Tourism Office and the data was the conversations uttered by the informants. Data were collected by using content analysis and applying an interpretivism model analysis. The findings showed that the style of utterances expressed in the conversation among staff at the government tourism office were frozen, formal, consultative, casual, and intimate. Some categories were used as a form of expression in informal situations and as more relaxed in communication, while others is used because it was determined and more formal. The implied meaning or intent conveyed by the staff was often implied or not stated directly in the conversation.
