Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sehari-hari diperlukan beberapa kegiatan penunjang agar dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan. Salah satunya adalah fasilitas. Fasilitas adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat memperlancar usaha dan memperlancar pekerjaan dalam rangka mencapai suatu tujuan. Untuk mengajukan pinjaman untuk fasilitas mahasiswa, Anda harus melakukannya dengan cara tradisional, yaitu datang ke pusat pinjaman. Solusi dari masalah layanan pinjaman fasilitas ini adalah untuk memudahkan administrator (admin) dan siswa (pengguna) untuk mengelola fasilitas pinjaman dalam bentuk penjadwalan, perizinan dan laporan kegiatan. Selain kegiatan pengendalian untuk mematuhi prosedur pemberian pinjaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang merupakan strategi pengembangan sistem yang menekankan pada kecepatan pengembangan melalui keterlibatan pengguna yang luas dalam konstruksi yang cepat, berulang dan meningkatkan serangkaian prototipe kerja suatu sistem yang pada akhirnya berkembang menjadi sistem final. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengelola fasilitas peminjaman/perizinan secara online sehingga informasi penjadwalan dapat diakses dan diperbarui setiap saat. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi layanan fasilitas perkreditan berbasis web. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengelolaan fasilitas pinjaman.

Abstract

In education, students’ English skill are indispensable in learning process. The teacher as facilitator will provide the best teaching and learning process for students. English is a subject that develops communication skill both orally and writing, understands and expresses some information. This subject is no longer that limited grammar but it can also develop students’ skill in communicating. For this reason, creative methods are needed that can make students more active and interesting in learning English. However, due to the covid-19 pandemic, English learning activities are now offline. Even though learning is done online, teachers must be able to provide knowledge in an interesting and creative way. One of the methods used in online learning is by using the Google Meet Video Conference application, where teachers and students can still meet face to face, even though virtually. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the online English learning plan using the Google Meet Video Conference application at SD Negeri Ciledug Barat, Pamulang, South Tangerang. (2) Knowing the implementation of online English learning by using the Google Meet Video Conference application at SD Negeri Ciledug Barat, Pamulang, South Tangerang. (3) Determine the evaluation of online English learning by using the Google Meet Video Conference application at SD Negeri Ciledug Barat, Pamulang, South Tangerang. (4) Knowing the obstacles faced and how to overcome them in learning English online by using the Google Meet Video Conference application at SD Negeri Ciledug Barat, Pamulang, South Tangerang. This research begins with conducting field studies, identifying and formulating problems, then proceeding with determining goals and collecting data and processing data. In the end, this research will produce scientific papers that are presented in seminars on the use of the Google Meet video conference application in online English learning for students at SD Negeri Ciledug Barat, Pamulang, South Tangerang.

Abstract

The illocutionary act is a component of a pragmatic study. Illocutionary acts are actions that a speaker performs while communicating (with the right intention and in the right context). This study aims to identify the form of illocutionary acts in Miracles from Heaven. The method used the qualitative method because the data is in the form of words from the characters and movie scripts in the movie Miracles from Heaven. There are several steps in the data collection: downloaded movie scripts, watched movies multiple times, and read and observed the dialogue in movies. All utterances were divided into several parts in the main illocutionary act. The research is focused on forms of illocutionary acts. The results of the data are 15 utterances of Declarative form, 20 utterances of Interrogative form, and 10 utterances of Imperative form.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Sales Growth, Capital Intensity, and Company Size against Tax Avoidance on retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2021 period, both partially and simultaneously. In this study, the independent variables used are Profitability proxied by the Return on Equity (ROE), Sales Growth, Capital Intensity, and Company Sizewith Ln (Total Assets) and the dependent variable Tax Avoidance. The population in this study are retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The research samples were 9 retail companies with a research period of 4 years to produce 36 samples obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that the variables of Profitability, Sales Growth, Capital Intensity, and Company Size influence on each other simultaneously. Partially, Profitability variables have effect on Tax Avoidance, partially Sales Growth, Capital Intensity, and Company size no effect on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) is a Community Institution under the Rukun Warga and Kelurahan or Village. As the smallest community institution, the RT assists the Lurah or Village Head in the field of government services, and provides population data and permits. These tasks should be carried out quickly, precisely, accurately, accompanied by a complete report at the end of the month or the end of the quarter. For this, information technology can significantly assist the RT's tasks by making data on residents and families neatly and structured in a database. A request for a letter can be made without the residents having to meet with the administrator. This is very helpful especially because the RT management is still actively working so time is limited. The system development method uses a systematic Waterfall model. Application is web-based, using PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL and the web server is Apache; both are bundled in XAMPP package. The result of the research is a RT population administration program that can assist the activities and tasks of RT administrators.

Abstract

The need for transportation of goods has become a major need, every individual needs a fast and safe transportation of goods to ensure that the goods sent arrive at the right time and place. Cargo handling activities that occur in the warehouse have procedures that must be implemented by both cargo officers and cargo shippers. With the need for sending and receiving goods, cargo handling parties meet the needs of company customers who handle passengers, baggage, cargo, and post during pre-flight and post-flight. This study aims to: 1). Knowing the suitability of cargo handling PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Juanda International Airport Surabaya, East Java. 2). Knowing what are the obstacles in handling cargo at PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, East Java. 3). Knowing the attitude of officers in dealing with obstacles to the cargo handling process of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, East Java. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method . where the technique used in the form of data collection is done by conducting interviews with sources, observation and documentation. With the process of data reduction analysis obtained from the field in the form of a summary, selecting the main things and focusing on the important things. The results showed that: 1). Cargo handling in accordance with the SOP set by PT Angkasa Pura Logistik. 2). The obstacles in the cargo handling process can be overcome by the officers. 3). The attitude of the officers in dealing with cargo handling problems is very professional.

Abstract

Today's information media are increasingly important, information media can be a place for people to get information, exchange ideas and interact with each other. One of the information media is news, news is a quick report of an event or factual event. People need for the latest information is currently high, if an information is missed for a few hours, it is no longer updated. Accessing news that can be accessed anywhere and anytime with a smartphone is very helpful for someone who is busy, quick access is needed to view news information. Android operating system is an open source-based operating system that facilitates developers to develop various kinds of android applications. Making an Android-based news information management application using the Java programming language with MySQL database storage. So the final result of the research is the design of an Android-based news information management application that has several main feature menus, namely uploading news along with pictures or videos along with news information, reading detailed news information, viewing news with video.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on the disclosure of carbon emissions in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the independent variables used are profitability as proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage with Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR), and the dependent variable is carbon emission disclosure. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The research sample is 13 companies with a research period of 3 years, resulting in 33 samples obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 program. The results show that the profitability and leverage variables simultaneously influence the disclosure of carbon emissions. Partially, the profitability variable has no effect on the disclosure of carbon emissions, partially leverage has an effect on the disclosure of carbon emissions.

Abstract

Technology is present as part of the complement and needs of human life, including in the field of locker security. Lockers are used to store valuable and important items, especially at work. Therefore, the locker requires high security. Users often forget and lose keys, and do not guarantee the safety of the items in the locker because theft can occur easily using various tools or other fake keys. There is solution using an Arduino Uno-based RFID. The research method used is observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the implementation and testing, this system can work well as planned. The questionnaire show that 88% of respondents agree and state that this system is appropriate if used in the workplace. The way this tool works is to open a locker by attaching an RFID card that has been registered according to the locker provided. In addition, the LED light can be an automatic signal. Where when the locker is open or not completely closed, the LED light will turn on, and when the locker is closed the LED light does not turn on. This system also features an application on android as a remote locker controller. It is hoped that locker security will be more guaranteed.

Abstract

Point Of Sale or abbreviated (POS) can be translated freely as a cashier system, is a sales-oriented activity that occurs in the retail/cafe business sector. This POS becomes very valuable because POS is a terminal that receives money from customers. For business owners, cash income is a simple indicator of business income. One of the website-based application systems needed at the Banana Kitchen Cafe is the Point Of Sale, because at the Banana Kitchen Cafe the cashier system still uses the manual method. A system with a high level of dynamics, while the budget and available development time are very, very limited. Data collection methods in this study are literature study, interviews, observation, and data analysis. The design system development method used by researchers to design a Point Of Sale Application System with a waterfall model defined by Pressman is a classical model in forming software with sequential properties. As a result, this cafe can make buying and selling transactions digitally and the buying and selling transactions look more structured and simple.
