Abstract

This research was conducted to see how students' ability and desire in speaking could be improved by participating in the English debate community. This is done because many of the students have difficulty in speaking activities even though they already know various kinds of vocabulary and sentence structures. This research is a type of literature review research by reading and recording the thoughts of experts from various sources. From the results of this study, it was found that students' English-speaking skills improved in terms of fluency by regularly participating in the English debate community. This happens because by participating in the English debate activities students are forced to speak and think quickly in English and this makes them very accustomed to speaking.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Financial Rewards, Job Market Offerings, dan Personality terhadap pilihan karir sebagai Public Accountant pada mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Widyagama Malang. Teknik purposive sampling sebagai penentu kriteria sampel yang dipilih dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi angkatan 2018 dengan sampel sebanyak 103 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Teknik analisis data adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertimbangan pasar tenaga kerja dan faktor kepribadian secara umum. berpengaruh parsial terhadap pilihan karir sebagai Public Accountant. Sedangkan Financial Rewards secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi pilihan karir sebagai Public Accountant. Faktor imbalan finansial, pertimbangan pasar tenaga kerja, dan kepribadian secara simultan memiliki pengaruh dalam memilih karir sebagai Public Accountant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji promosi dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga menguji promosi dan secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 110 orang pelanggan Travel E commerce diambil dengan teknik probability sampling. Metode ini salah satuteknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan/incidental sampling. Diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling dan diberikan kuesioner dengan 8 pernyataan untuk mengukur respon terhadap variabel-variabel penelitian. Kemudian instrumen angket ini sudah melalui tahap uji validasi ahli, maka butir pertanyaan yang diujikan sudah tervalidasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah internet interviews dengan memanfaatkan instrumen kuesioner. Setelah masing-masing butir angket ini dikonstruksi, dilakukan uji analisis data. Uji analisis data yang dilakukan pada angket adalah uji beda, yaitu dengan mengunakan Independent sample t-test.Tujuannya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Travel E-Commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung signifikan antara promosi dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of e-learning media based on a learning management system (LMS) in the industrial work practices of vocational high school students. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research procedures, which is a process to develop a new product or improve an existing product, which can be accounted for. This research is generally carried out using three research stages, namely the preliminary study stage, the model development stage, and the model test stage. Data collection techniques used interview sheets, expert validation questionnaires, student responses, and tests conducted before and after learning. The results of this study indicate that the feasibility of the resulting e-learning multimedia is included in the very feasible category according to chemistry learning materials experts and media experts, namely 97% and 83%, respectively. So, it is suggested that teachers can use and develop interactive multimedia as a technology-based learning strategy according to student needs.

Abstract

As a country with a substantial Muslim population, Indonesia provides a market for sharia-based financial firms. Corporate organizations, minimal liability companies, seek the most effective way to promote business growth. One objective is to develop its digital ecosystem for the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, capital markets, and non-bank financing organizations. The most crucial factor is the corporation's attempts to deliver effective and efficient services in response to the community's demands as the number of Covid-19 cases continues to fall and the economy begins to improve. This study aims to examine the perspectives on formulating the right and applicable law for the protection of personal data in the management conducted by corporations in the sharia-based financial services sector in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic as post-pandemic expectations. Covid-19 examines law enforcement for potential personal data violations on technology users by businesses. Finding an appropriate and effective legal formulation that can be fundamentally applied in the form of fair regulations and in accordance with sharia values in parallel is the result of the research, and it can be concluded that the formulation of legal rules can rapidly provide regulatory solutions to achieve an equilibrium of rights. and justice for businesses based on sharia law.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic various problems faced by farmers such as price stability, distribution, and uncertainty of purchasing agricultural products. Therefore, it is required the government make policies that support farmers. Agriculture is one of the sectors that continue to exist during the Covid-19 pandemic, proven in the second quarter of 2020 to contribute 15.46% to the total gross domestic product (GDP) and play an important role in the Indonesian economy. The first policy issued by the government in the form of social and physical distancing make the movement of people limited. The dynamics of the development of Covid-19 are unstoppable so that the government issued a Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy (PSBB) that further lowers the wheels of the Indonesian economy. Whatever policy is issued have an impact on agricultural products to disrupt the welfare of farmers. The aim of the study is to analyze the well-being of tobacco farmers related to government policies during the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study approach and qualitative methods of phenomenology. The results showed there were various impacts due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but government policies related to agriculture during the Covid-19 pandemic have not sided with tobacco farmers, therefore, policies are needed that are not only top-down but based on the analysis of the situation and needs of the community.

Abstract

Traveloka is a startup company engaged in Online Travel Agent which was founded in 2012 and conducts the business of selling tickets online. Seeing the huge opportunity for OTAs, there are many new OTAs emerging and increasing competition in Indonesia. This makes Traveloka have to retain its customers while maintaining repurchase interest. This study aims to see the effect of consumer attitudes and service quality on consumer buying interest in the Traveloka online ticket application. This study uses quantitative methods with 108 respondents in Jakarta. The results of the research are stating that the variable of consumer attitudes partially has a positive effect on buying interest. Even though the results of this research are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide member loyalty programs, so that consumers will continue to use this application. Meanwhile, the service quality variable partially has a positive effect on buying interest. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the Traveloka online ticket provider application providers to provide after-sales service programs so that consumers increasingly trust the quality of services provided by Traveloka online ticket providers. Together, the variables of consumer attitudes and service quality have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide relationship marketing programs, especially warranty services, so that consumers are very happy to use this Traveloka online ticket application.

Abstract

Kurikulum dan rencana pembelajaran semester (RPS) merupakan bagian dalam perkuliahan yang berfungsi dalam mengatur seluruh kegiatan perkuliahan program studi dalam suatu periode tertentu. Penyusunan kurikulum memakan waktu yang lama dan harus memiliki panduan maupun standard yang baik. Salah satu program studi yang memiliki standar dalam perancangan kurikulum adalah Jurusan Teknik informatika. Perancangan kurikulum memiliki banyak proses seperti perumusan, evaluasi, validasi, hingga distribusi ke pihak terkait. Oleh karena itu, program studi sistem informasi memerlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat merancang kurikulum, mengevaluasi RPS serta mendistribusikan hasil kurikulum yaitu RPS kepada pihak terkait secara mudah dan cepat. Abstract

Drug procurement is an important role in preventing drug shortages. The problem that often results in drug shortages is the long lead time for drug delivery. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the long delivery of drugs from pharmacy wholesalers to the pharmaceutical installation of Cahya Kawaluyan Hospital. The research was conducted using sequential explanatory designs and quantitative-qualitative data collection. Quantitative data was obtained by collecting drug lead time data from ordering to receiving drugs at Cahya Kawaluyan Hospital for the January-March 2022 period and qualitative data obtained from interviews with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technical Personnel for drug procurement. The results showed that there was a discrepancy in the waiting time for drug delivery from partner PBF to the maximum limit specified in the SOP. There were 20 PBF of 25 PBF that did not comply with the maximum limit. Factors that are the reasons for the delay in the arrival of drugs are: demand for drug purchases is quite high at pharmacy wholesalers, limited stock of pharmaceutical preparations at PBF, drug expiration date is approaching, drug orders from the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) through e-purchasing and imported drugs, as well as invoice revisions. because checking between goods and invoices is not appropriate and does not reach the minimum order.
