Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in arts and culture, among others culture in Sumedang City. As a good citizen of Indonesia, you should know the culture in this country, don't let our culture be recognized by other nations. At this time the information system has been very advanced. Information system is a system that can provide information to its users. Web-Based Information System for the introduction of cultural arts in the city of Sumedang built using Codeigniter, this system contains articles/news about the arts and culture of the city of Sumedang which were made using Codeigniter, and MySql for database storage. This system will be able to help users to know more about cultural arts in the city of Sumedang, including the art of reak and the renggong horse. The final result obtained is the Application of CodeIgniter in the Sumedang City Cultural Arts Recognition Application, which in general can function properly. Users can get information about the cultural arts of the city of Sumedang, and users can also participate in sharing data that the admin wants to validate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how to improve the quality of the system and the quality of information included in the informasibase. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method that builds on previous papers published by researchers and focuses on evaluating the literature with respect to specific components affecting the information management system. Each study shows that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service are all in line with the expectations of system users. As system quality, information quality, and service quality all improve, user experience also improves. Informasibase is a very important component of an information management system, which also serves as a component of infrastructure, summation of information, assurance of information efficiency, and assurance of information effectiveness.

Abstract

The North Sumatra State Islamic University Library has developed an online database system to store and share information resources with users. This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

Abstract

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Lombok Regency is one of the government agencies responsible for determining the addresses and coordinates of drilled wells in the area. Currently, data for the construction of drilled wells in Central Lombok Regency still uses a conventional system in which the data and information needed for the process of constructing drilled wells are recorded physically on paper documents. The drilled well data consists of coordinates, depth, location, work CV, and costs. If employees need drilled well data to compile reports, it takes a relatively long time. Therefore, to increase time efficiency, an information system website for the construction of boreholes was built at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Lombok Regency using the Waterfall method.

Abstract

Public services that provide a service to clients is one of the important variables that provide an important commitment to create a good reputation and trust locally. Public protests in the form of long queues, helpless assistance, and actually bad offices do not satisfactorily influence the picture and quality of administrative levels in public areas. the research that I use is descriptive research. This research is called descriptive research with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The population in this study are all people who are customers at the Praya District Office. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted on 60 respondents regarding community perceptions and satisfaction with the services of the Praya District Office, it is measured based on community satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in terms of administrative services, the results obtained are Community Satisfaction Index per indicator where there are 14 indicators, namely ( 1) service procedures with a total IKM score of 76.66 included in the good category, (2) service requirements with a total IKM score of 68.33 included in the good category, (3) clarity of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.33 included in the good category, (4) the discipline of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.75 is included in the good category, (5) the responsibility of service officers with a total IKM value of 65.41 is included in the good category, (6) the ability of service officers with the total IKM score of 66.66 is included in the good category, (7) the speed of service with a total IKM score of 61.66 is included in the poor category, (8) the fairness of getting services with a total IKM score of 64.58 is included in the good category, (9) politeness and friendliness of staff with a total IKM score of 63.75 included in the good category, (10) fairness of service fees with a total IKM score of 65.83 included in the good category, (11) certainty of service fees with a total IKM score of 64.16 is included in the good category, (12) the certainty of service schedules with a total IKM value of 56.66 is included in the good category, (13) environmental comfort with a total IKM value of 66.66 is included in the good category and (14) environmental safety with a total IKM value of 66.25 included in the good category.

Abstract

Effective data governance is critical for companies to ensure that the use of data in their operations has a positive impact on overall performance and enables the fulfillment of legal obligations regarding the use and management of data and regulatory requirements. Data services are a core business function of the agency, therefore it is very important for companies to give high priority to providing reliable data quality. By avoiding duplication, ensuring correctness, validity and ongoing accessibility, data governance is critical to obtaining high-quality data. Currently, financial institutions have not formally adopted an effective data governance policy. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the relationship between data governance and data management and how this affects Bank Mandiri's performance. The research method used is qualitative and is based on an in-depth examination of the relevant literature, including books and journals. In addition to determining the influence of data governance on management practices and the overall performance of a bank, this study aims to gain insights into the relationships and dependencies between data governance and data management. The findings of this study indicate that despite having similar objectives, data management and data governance show interdependence and reciprocity in various aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of big data on social media in carrying out crisis communication. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature study. Literature study is a literature review with a traditional-conceptual approach. The results of this study also emphasize three aspects, namely: 1). The government must define a crisis because to understand a crisis, of course, we must start by defining it first. Each crisis that arises is accompanied by its own characteristics. 2). The government can use Big Data information sources to accelerate the implementation of government programs. 3). One of the efforts to look at big data to identify problems is to carry out the stages of social media. In the era of advances in communication and information technology, the existence of social media can no longer be separated from the activities of the world community.

Abstract

Coffee is an agricultural product that not only functions as a fresh drink, but also comes from an annual plant. Indonesia is known as one of the largest countries in coffee production in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia in 2017. There are two of the most commonly known varieties of coffee, namely arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) and robusta coffee (Coffea canephora). Due to the similarities between the two types of coffee beans, many people, especially those who are not experienced in the world of coffee, have difficulty telling the difference. Therefore, we need a tool that can help overcome this problem, such as smartengine which can classify arabica and robusta coffee beans. The development of this smartengine follows the Software Developer Life Cycle method using a spiral approach which involves several cycle stages. The first stage involves creating a deep learning model using the Deep Learning Life Cycle method which consists of several steps. In the second stage, deep learning models are provided as a service that can be used by other applications through application programming interfaces (APIs). For smartengine implementation, Google Colab with Keras API and TensorFlow backend is used. This smartengine has the ability to detect coffee beans and also allows the retrain process if needed. Testing is carried out using the blackbox method, where the feature functionality of the smartengine is tested. This research succeeded in developing a smartengine that can detect Arabica and Robusta coffee beans.

Abstract

Information technology is growing rapidly from year to year. In the field of education, learning processes based on information technology are no longer unavoidable. Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..

Abstract

The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.
