Abstract

Waskita Beton Precast is a company engaged in manufacturing. The products produced include Spun Pile diameter up to 1200mm and other girder products. Every company must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is an effort made to protect or prevent the risk of accidents and also as a complete form of other accident prevention efforts. Therefore, logistics management is needed to meet the needs of personal protective equipment in companies. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of obtaining raw materials and knowing inventory control. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that companies obtain personal protective equipment from distributors who have worked with the company. PT. Waskita Beton Precast pre-orders personal protective equipment and completes payment so that personal protective equipment can be sent immediately.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era is currently so rapid that all kinds of human activities are very dependent on technological advances. Digitalization has penetrated all sectors of modern human life, including data archiving activities. Archives are very important for an organization or government if the archives are managed properly and correctly. Because the completeness of data and information is very dependent on the filing system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative research seeks to explore and understand different truths by different people. In a qualitative approach, one type of approach that is often used is the case study approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this study explain the effects of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).

Abstract

McDonald's is one of the largest franchises that has rapidly expanded in Indonesia and internationally, becoming one of the fast-food restaurants that is still favored by people both from Indonesia and abroad. Despite the emergence of numerous competitors, McDonald's continues to thrive and excel with various strategies and innovations. One of them is the BTS Meal project, which resulted in a 57% increase in net sales. The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents who have purchased McDonald's products in Jakarta at least once. The sample for this research was determined using the Lemeshow Formula. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis and has fulfilled tests for instruments and classical assumptions, processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of product innovation and sales promotion have significance values of <0.001. Product innovation and sales promotion together have a significance value of 0.000, contributing 62.9% to competitive advantage, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion drawn from the research is that product innovation significantly affects competitive advantage. Meanwhile, sales promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions. Product innovation and sales promotion, when considered together, significantly impact competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking and services on BRI Bank customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, which was chosen because the researcher used his own judgment in selecting members of the population who were considered to be able to provide information, and the number of samples used was 150 respondents. The research results were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data quality test in this study is the Person Correlation validity test, the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. For the classic assumption test using the normality test,. For the hypothesis test used in this study, namely multiple linear regression, t test and determination coefficient (R2 test). The results of this study indicate that mobile banking and service have a positive and significant effect on BRI Bank customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine whether there is a significant influence between total asset turnover on return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (2) To determine whether there is a significant influence between cash turnover on return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (3) To determine whether there is a significant influence between Inventory turnover on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (4) To determine whether there is an effect of Total asset turnover, Cash turnover, and Inventory turnover Simultaneously on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. This type of research is associative research, where the population is the financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for 12 years with a sample of 10 years. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, T test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test and f test, it shows that (1) Total assets turnover partially does not have effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (2) Cash turnover partially has no effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (3) Inventory turnover partially has no effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (4) Total assets turnover, Cash turnover, and Inventory turnover simultaneously have an influence on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions of Bittersweet by Najla, to determine the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions of Bittersweet by Najla, and to determine the effect of price and brand awareness on purchasing decisions of Bittersweet by Najla. This research is quantitative. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that price and brand awareness have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) To determine the Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, (3) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Office of the Disaster Management Agency Bima city area. The type of research used in this research is associative. The population in the study were all employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office, Kota Bima, totaling 62 people and a sample of 30 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the research based on the t test and f test show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Career Development has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) Work Motivation and Career Development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Bima City Regional Disaster Management Agency office. x

Abstract

PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. Companies engaged in finance, in the form of capital, namely the provision of savings and loan capital. The number of employees is 22. In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. Abstract

Current technological developments can develop very rapidly and this causes changes in people's lifestyles. With the presence of the internet, not only marketing- based businesses but also developing online transportation services such as Grab, which provides online transportation services to consumers. This needs to be considered as a service provider to maintain the loyalty of service users. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty
