Abstract

Business ethics play an important role in creating and maintaining a healthy work culture in a company. PT Link Net Tbk is a company that operates based on the principles of business ethics. This research discusses how the application of business ethics principles can influence a company's internal dynamics. The Research was conducted through direct observation. Research shows that business ethics have become the basis for internal policies, decision-making, and management-employee relations. Researchers took two divisions as samples for comparison, namely the construction division and the marketing division. There are differences between the two divisions in maintaining the work environment. Considering that the marketing division has tighter competition between sales some business ethics are not paid attention to, which causes frequent conflicts in the work environment. The results of this research indicate that ethical business practices are critical to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment, which will ultimately support the company's long-term success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Liny Jaya informatics Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative with the number of respondents 40 employees who are used as samples with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from data sources using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses reliability test, validation test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (T test). The test results of work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Liny Jaya Informatics Makassar which operates in the field of science and technology. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using purposive sampling, and a data analysis method using simple regression analysis, while the sample taken was 40 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing has also been carried out using simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y), meaning that if work motivation increases, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the benefits of having a rotational system of work in a company. The method used in this research is PRISMA. (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). The data sources used were obtained through the Publish or Perish software that covers Google scholar and ScienceDirect with the search year range 2018-2023, then the results of 347 journals. Using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the 10 journal to be analyzed. The results of this literature review study show that with the rotation of work applied to the organization or company, many positive aspects are obtained such as increased employee motivation, reduced boredom, and improved employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. The type of research used is quantitative with primary data sources and data collection through questionnaire instruments from a simple randomly drawn sample of 36 respondents, and analyzed using simple regression. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. Therefore, the hypothesis proposed in this research is proven and accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) at SMP Negeri 1 Gampengrejo, Kediri Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 52 respondents at SMP Negeri 1 Gampengrejo, Kediri Regency. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.349 + 0.369 The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work discipline and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Gampengrejo, Kediri Regency.

Abstract

The background of this research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix, which includes promotional variables, halal labels and product variants on purchasing decisions for a product through brand image in the Medan Muslim community. The research approach taken was to use a quantitative-descriptive approach using the path analysis method. Path analysis is an extension of the use of regression analysis which aims to estimate the direct or indirect influence of the variables hypothesized in the research. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that promotions, halal labels and product variants have a significant effect on product brand image. It was also found that there was a significant influence between promotions, product variants and brand image on purchasing decisions, while the halal label did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Natur products in the Muslim community of Medan. It is hoped that Natur can maintain and improve the promotional strategies carried out by holding various activities to portray a positive brand attitude towards consumers, because this greatly influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari strategi marketing digital melalui program Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli pelajar pada jurusan Sistem Informasi di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Marketing digital telah menjadi aspek integral dalam era e-commerce yang berkembang pesat, dan program afiliasi Shopee merupakan salah satu metode yang menonjol dalam mencapai audiens target. Minat beli mahasiswa, sebagai variabel kunci, menjadi fokus utama dalam pemahaman perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear untuk mengukur sejauh mana dampak dari pemasaran digital Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa marketing Shopee Affiliate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 31,7% terhadap minat beli mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Penambahan nilai dalam marketing Shopee Affiliate akan meningkatkan minat beli secara statistik signifikan, yakni 0,257 satuan.

Abstract

One of the factors that determine the occurrence of tax avoidance is financial derivatives. That is because the tax regulations in Indonesia on derivative transactions are still very weak and often debated. The lack of clarity of tax regulations on derivative transactions can also be used by companies to conduct tax avoidance. This can certainly harm state revenues, especially revenues from the tax sector. Disclosure of corporate tax information encourages increased tax compliance. Therefore, the level of corporate tax disclosure is associated with tax avoidance. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial derivatives and tax avoidance on tax disclosure. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022. By using purposive sampling method, obtained from several samples of companies that meet the criteria. This study uses secondary data which is then processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program.

Abstract

Human Resources are the main calculation in achieving organizational goals strongly and efficiently. Organizations must be able to carry out supervision well to achieve ideal business implementation. Every organization generally expects achievements from its representatives because the organization is given the authority to make presentations. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether career development and discipline moderated by rewards have an effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were literature and questionnaires. The results of this research are that career development has no effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, career development and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance through rewards.
