Abstract

This tudy aims to examine and analyze the effect of KAP size, Audit Report Lag, Company Size, and Management Change against Switching Auditors in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the period 2015-2018. The purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a sample size of 28 companies or 84 data in three years. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed that KAP size variables affect Auditor Switching, whereas Audit Report Lag, Company Size, and Management Change variables do not affect Auditor Switching

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the ability to adapt and motivate employee performance at the PGRI University Semarang so that later the results obtained can be used as input for the university to be able to conduct future restructuring. This study took a sample sample of the entire population of 123 employees. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test, t statistical test, F statistical test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that environmental variables have an influence on performance. motivation has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Variabel yang diteliti ialah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja Guru dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh Guru SMK Negeri 1 Pati yang berjumlah 82 orang, dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, terdapat sumber data primer dan sekunder yang peneliti bisa dapatkan. Teknik analisis data dibantu dengan program SPSS 17, berupa uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Model, Uji Hipotesis, dan Uji Moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja mempunyai kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK N 1 Pati, kepemimpinan mempunyai kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja Guru SMK N 1 Pati, kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang memoderasi menguatkan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK N 1 Pati, kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang memoderasi menguatkan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru SMK N 1 Pati. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, Guru.  Abstract This research aims to understand and analyze the factors that affect the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The variables studied were leadership, work environment, and teacher performance with job satisfaction as mediation variable. The population in this research is all teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Pati, amounting to 82 people, using census method. Questionnaires are used as data collection techniques, there are primary and secondary data sources that researchers can get. Data analysis techniques assisted with SPSS 17 program, in the form of Multiple Linear Regression test, Model Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Moderation Test. The results of this research indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant contribution to the performance of teachers SMK N 1 Pati, leadership has a positive and significant contribution to the performance improvement Teachers SMK N 1 Pati, job satisfaction as moderating variables strengthen the influence of work environment on teacher performance SMK N 1 Starch, job satisfaction as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of headmaster leadership on improving teacher performance of SMK N 1 Pati. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Leadership, Performance, Teacher.

Abstract

This research on profitability aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on profitability. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The sample in this research was selected through purposive sampling, so that a sample of 163 companies was obtained. The statistical test tool uses multiple regression analysis. Profitability in this research was measured using Return on Assets, while good corporate governance was measured using the number of independent board of commissioners. The results show that the independent board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on profitability.

Abstract

Perkembаngаn teknologi internet yаng semаkin pesаt telаh memberikаn dаmpаk yаng sаngаt besаr pаdа mаsyаrаkаt duniа. Perkembаngаn ini telаh mengubаh berbаgаi mаcаm metode konvensionаl dаn polа hidup mаsyаrаkаt menjаdi lebih modern disegаlа bidаng, seperti sosiаl, budаyа, ekonomi, militer, аdministrаsi sertа bidаng lаinnyа. Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers atau disingkat BERT, adalah model representasi bahasa terlatih yang dibuat pada tahun 2018 oleh peneliti Google AI Language.BERT dibuat menggunakan pembelajaran semi-diawasi, ELMo, ULMFiT, OpenAI Transformers, dan Transformers serta teknik deep learning.Transformer adalah komponen yang berkonsentrasi pada hubungan yang relevan antarapkata-kata dalam teksm(Vaswani et al., 2017). Analisis sentimen menemukan bahwa Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) memiliki akurasi 69%, 55%, dan 55% pada dua waktu berbeda menggunakan hyperparameter yang sama, yaitu batch size 16, dan epoch 5.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, epoch memberikan hasil yang memuaskan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis sentimen pada epoch 5. Saat menggunakan BERT, akurasi yang dicapai dipengaruhi oleh kumpulan data yang tidak seimbang. Meskipun jumlah kumpulan data seimbang lebih sedikit dari pada kumpulan data tidak seimbang, akurasi 62% lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) assessing the income structure of pineapple farmer household in Kualu Nenas, Tambang, Kampar, analyzing the consumption expenditure of pineapple farmer household in Kualu Nenas Village Tambang Kampar, 3) analyzing the dominant factors that influence food consumption expenditure of pineapple farmer household conducted in the Kualu Nenas Village Tambang District Kampar Regency by using survey method. The respondents were chosen by using simple random sampling technique. The population of this research were pineapple farmers with the total number was 67 farmers which was selected randomly of 30 farmers. The data was analyzed by using income analysis, income structure analysis and binary logistics analysis. Based on the result of the income structure analysis, the biggest household income is from the pineapple farm. The consumption system of pineapple farmer household shows that the expenditure of food comsumption is more than non food comsumption. The dominant factor that influences the system of the pineapple farmer household food comsumption is job status. The correlation between job status and opportunities expenditure allocation is inversed. It means that the use of more laborer from outside of the family causing the farmers' opportunity in allocating the consumption expenditure became smaller.

Abstract

This research was backgrounded by the efficiency of CV's production division. Dijawa Abadi is low compared to other divisions that are already included in the efficient division. Employee performance is the result of a process that refers to and is measured over a period of time based on predetermined terms and agreements. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in CV. Dijawa Abadi, by taking a sample of respondents through alumni as many as 152 employees of the CV production department Dijawa Abadi. The number of samples was taken using sampling techniques using nonprobability sampling methods. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software. The results showed that Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation affect Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui stres kerja pada karyawan PT Pura Barutama divisi Smart Technology. Data primer dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari jawaban yang diisi oleh karyawan PT Pura Barutama divisi Smart Technology yang berjumlah sebanyak 176 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software martPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel job insecurity dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, variabel job insecurity dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan variabel job insecuity tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh variabel pada job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT Pura Barutama divisi Smart Technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Entrepreneur Education, Self Efficacy, terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui Motivasi Berwirausaha. Jenis metode yang digunakan kuantitatif merupakan tehnik mengumpulkan, mengolah, menyederhanakan dan menganalisis data agar dapat memberikan gambaran tentang suatu peristiwa melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka, sehingga dapat diukur dan dihitung. Jumlah sampel dan populasi yang digunakan adalah 299 mahasiswa FEB UPGRIS. Pengolahaan data pada Penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Entrepreneur Education berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai P-Value sebesar (0,002). Self Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai P-Value sebesar (0,000). Motivasi Berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai P-Value sebesar (0,002). Entrepreneur Education berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha dengan nilai P-Value sebesar (0,000). Self Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha nilai P-Value sebesar (0,000). Motivasi Berwirausaha memediasi Entrepreneur Education terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai P-Value sebesar (0,023). Motivasi Berwirausaha mampu memediasi Self Efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai P-Value sebesar (0,002).

Abstract

This community service is carried out to introduce the brand that has been owned by Bukit Tegal Santun to the wider community. This PKM service activity uses a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is an in-process approach method. From the activities that have been carried out, the activity participants, namely the managers of Bukit Tegal Santun understand the importance of a brand, namely that a brand is able to distinguish the types of services and services provided by competitors. With a brand that is increasingly known to the wider community, it is hoped that it will increase tourists to Bukit Tegal Santun.
