Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship on learning motivation, 2) the effect of school environment on learning motivation and 3) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship and school environment on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The subject of this research is students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The sampling technique used on this research is stratified random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validation technique used on this research is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests and there are hypothesis tests such as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, effective contribution and relative contribution. The results of this research are: First, that there is a positive and significant influence of the teacher-student interpersonal relationship variable on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudoni. This is evidenced by the value of Tvalue > Ttable 6.67 > 1.98 and a significance value of <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, it was found that there was no significant influence of school environmental variables on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono but the results still showed in a positive direction. This is proven by the significance value of the school environment of > 0.05 and the T value of 0.56 < T table of 1.98 so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of teacher-student interpersonal relationship variables and the school environment together on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a F value of 34.75 > 3.09 F table with a significance level <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination value of 0.438, where teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the school environment together influence student learning motivation by 43.8%. While the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other factors. Teachers should be active in participating in communication competency training in order to improve teacher-student interpersonal relationships and teachers pay more attention to all students.

Abstract

The research goal is to analyze the impact of merger which is conducted by Gojek and Tokopedia and their financial performance during 3 years after merger to company’s value. This research use qualitative method description analyzing from various related literature. The result show that merger have a impact to company’s value. Financial performance in this research use liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, and profitability ratio. Ratio liquidity don’t have impact to company’s value while solvability and profitability have impact to company’s value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work competence, job placement, and incentives have on employee performance at PT XY. The object of this research is employees who work at PT XY. The tool used for data collection in this study is a questionnaire with a Likert scale from point 1 to 5. This study uses non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. The sample was taken as many as 100 respondents, namely employees who work at PT XY. The method used in this research is quantitative method with description analysis. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SMARTPLS 4 application through two sub models (outer model and inner model). Outer model consists of convergent validity, discriminant validity, averange variance extracted (AVE), and Cronbach's Alpha. While the inner model consists of model feasibility test, variance inflation factor (VIF), path coefficients, and total direct effect. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, and incentive.

Abstract

Penelitian I bertujuan untuk I mengidentifikasi i dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi saham pada lima perusahaan tercatat pada industri makanan dan I minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Capital IAsset I Pricing IModel I(CAPM) sebagai dasar analisis yang mengevaluasi kinerja investasi saham pada industri yang berhubungan dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian I melibatkan pengumpulan data historis harga saham, sukuIbungaIbebas risiko, Idan pengembalianIindeks II pasar saham, serta analisis statistik untuk mengukur risiko sistematis dan imbal hasil dari investasi dalam perusahaan-perusahaan Food and Beverages. Data yang diambil mulai Desember 2021 hingga Desember 2022. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan rata-rata βi bernilai kurang dari I1 (0,2930 < 1) sehinggaisecaraiumum 5 saham perusahaan yang dijadikan sampelipenelitian memilikiirisiko sistematisiyang rendah dan cenderung kurang aktif dalam merespon perubahanI harga pasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis selama 2022, dari 5 saham I perusahaan Iyang dijadikan sampel terdapat 1 saham yang Efisien yaitu saham PT Kino Tbk (KINO). I Kriteria penentuan keputusan investasi adalah dengan memilih I saham-saham yang efisien, yaitu saham-saham yang mempunyai I tingkat pengembalian tunggal yang lebih besar I dari tingkat I pengembalian yang I diharapkan (Ri>ERi), ​I​dan mengeliminasi saham-saham yang berefisiensi I rendah, yaitu saham-saham dengan tingkat pengembalian tunggal. kurang dari tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement, work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 126 respondents with criteria over the age of 18 years and had worked or were working. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with Convergent Reliability, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model calculations with T statistic, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF calculations using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tools version 4.0.9.3. The results showed that: 1) Work involvement has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financing ability to mediate CAR, NPF and FDR on the Profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with secondary data types. The sample of this study is a sharia commercial bank registered with OJK for the period 2016 to 2020. By using purposive sampling, 9 Islamic banks were obtained. This study used PLS-SEM analysis. The results showed that CAR, NPF and FDR had a positive effect on profitability. While financing has no effect on profitability. This has an impact on the financing ability to mediate CAR, NPF and FDR. These three variables have not been able to be mediated by financing to profitability.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information related to the ability of cooperative management to be able to optimize the scale of cooperative business, through efficient, productive and rational capital allocation; utilization of business capacity and cooperative capital; cooperation with various parties, both in the form of business, capital and cooperative management in general; and fertilization of own capital, through member savings and the formation of reserve funds. To achieve the above optimization, the stigma of "Cooperative as an association of people not an association of capital" should be removed, which is often considered as one of the factors causing the failure of cooperative financial management. Of course, this is a tough task for cooperative managers in carrying out their cooperative business activities, but with the capacity of the management that continues to be fostered and upgraded in knowledge and abilities, to achieve maximum cooperative goals.

Abstract

Du Pont System adalah analisis rasio yang digunakan untuk dapat mengetahui posisi laba dan penggunaan aset perusahaan dengan menggabungkan beberapa data dari neraca dan perhitungan laba rugi ke dalam dua ringkasan alat ukur kemampuan untuk menghasilkan profitabilitas yang terdiri dari ROI dan ROE. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Dengan menggunakan metode Du Pont System dalam mengelola keuangannya pada periode 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi www.adhi.co.id dan www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2017-2021 tergolong kurang baik. Hal ini dikarenakan, dari lima variabel yang dianalisis dalam metode Du Pont System berupa Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA), Equity Multiplier (EM), Return On Equity (ROE) berada di bawah standar industri dan hanya EM nya saja yang meningkat, Meningkatnya nilai EM menandakan bahwa perusahaan banyak menggunakan dana eksternal atau utang untuk membiayai aktivitas perusahaan, yang disebabkan dengan adanya ketidakstabilan kinerja pada setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan ini terjadi karena adanya peningkatan total aktiva yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan peningkatan total ekuitas. Sehingga perusahaan dapat mengelola hutang untuk memperbaiki keuntungan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan sebagian besar hutang untuk menghasilkan keuntungan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether ROA and EPS affect stock prices in Industrial Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the type of research used in this study is Quantitative research and using a sample of 40 companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been tested through purvosive sampling criteria. Multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS version 26 are the analyses used in this study so that they show the results of hypothesis testing, namely that ROA partially has an effect and is significant on stock prices, and EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROA and EPS have a positive and significant effect on share prices in companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of several factors that influence company value from an accounting perspective. The factors studied include capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, cash levels, and financial performance. This research was conducted to provide a deeper understanding of how these variables can influence company value. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method which is suitable for analyzing the relationship between variables. One source of data is taken from the company's annual financial reports over a certain time period. It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide a clear picture of the extent of the influence of each variable on company value. The results of this research can be a guide for company management in making decisions regarding capital structure, dividend policy, and efforts to improve financial performance. In addition, the findings of this research can also provide insight to investors, financial analysts and regulators regarding the factors that need to be considered in assessing the health and value of a company. The conclusions of this research are expected to contribute to the accounting and finance literature by providing a better understanding of the relationship between capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, cash levels, financial performance, and firm value. This research can also be a basis for further research in exploring other factors that might also influence company value in an accounting context.
