Abstract

In the digital age, information technology is crucial to human existence. The combination of digital and long distance communication methods can make it easier for people to interact through information technology without having to physically present in a location that is frequently inhospitable. PT. Bino Mitra Sejati is the sole subsidiary of the holding company, PT. Perma Plasindo, Tbk, which operates as a trading company and a stationery or ticket printing business. The information held by PT. Bino Mitra Sejati is still not entirely accurate, and there are insufficient stakeholder requests to assist in implementing a more thoroughly integrated system. In this regard, asset management is necessary to increase operational efficiency and risk that occurs.

Abstract

As the complexity and user volume of web applications continue to grow, performance testing has become increasingly crucial to ensure seamless operation and reliability. This necessitates effective testing and bottleneck identification strategies. This research focuses on designing a schematic mechanism for identifying potential performance bottlenecks under extreme conditions through a series of server performance tests involving direct observation of server application and database activities at varying CPU frequencies. Performance testing employs a load testing model to assess server behavior and response when handling simulated sequences of activities from virtual visitors simultaneously filling out online employment forms in a relatively short period with a large number of users. The primary tools utilized are Apache JMeter as a load generator equipped with the JMeter Stepping Thread plugin. Elasticsearch serves as the repository database for sensor data collected by Beats agents deployed on both application and database servers, either directly or through Logstash. Kibana, a graphical tool, interprets data retrieved via Kibana Query Language (KQL) from Elasticsearch into visual dashboard representations, which are further analyzed to identify potential and actual performance bottlenecks.

Abstract

In the current technological era, data and inventory management have become very important, especially for spare part transaction data. CV. Razza Cipta Lestari, a company in the woodworking industry, faces issues with their manual inventory management system. This system tends to rely on intuition and experience to determine stock availability, which can result in unexpected stockouts or overstocking. To address this issue, the author suggests implementing the Min-Max method in spare part management. This method sets maximum and minimum inventory levels, aiming to reduce human error, prevent stockouts, and avoid overstocking. This research is specifically developed for CV. Razza Cipta Lestari, with the Min-Max method chosen for its effectiveness in maintaining smooth production. Based on trial results from two actual usage data of hydraulic oil and nails, the calculated stock levels ensure sufficient stock availability and prevent both stockouts and overstocking

Abstract

In this era of rapidly evolving information technology, the need to monitor and manage indoor air quality is becoming increasingly important. Poor air quality can have a negative impact on human health and productivity. Therefore, this research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Indoor Air Quality Monitoring System. The proposed system uses sensors connected to the IoT network to measure air quality parameters, such as temperature, humidity, particle content, and certain gases. The data collected by these sensors will be sent in real-time to a server via an internet connection. The server will process the data and present it in a form that can be accessed through a web interface. The implementation of IoT allows for more efficient and accurate monitoring, and provides easy access to data remotely. Users can monitor indoor air quality through their mobile devices or personal computers. The use of IoT technology in this monitoring system is expected to increase responsibility and awareness of indoor air quality. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve the health and comfort of indoor environments. The conclusion of this research includes evaluation of system performance, analysis of the data generated, as well as potential development and improvement for further research.

Abstract

To support the process of disseminating knowledge between staff in the SEAMEO BIOTROP Testing Laboratory environment, an appropriate knowledge management system is needed and its existence is highly expected by staff because knowledge, documents, SOPs, regulations and experience in the SEAMEO BIOTROP Testing Laboratory environment have not been properly documented, making it difficult for employees. in carrying out their duties if personnel changes occur. The experience and knowledge of staff will be lost along with rotation, transfer, retirement or the end of the term of office of the staff concerned. Currently the knowledge and experience used in carrying out daily work is still stored with each staff, has not been translated into documents or systems, so it depends on each staff. The features produced by the knowledge management system to support the knowledge management process consist of document management, knowledge management, discussion forums and search features. The knowledge management system prototype has been tested using a user acceptance testing approach by SEAMEO BIOTROP Testing Laboratory staff, with overall results falling within the excellent score criteria with a percentage of 84.29%.

Abstract

Through the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) provides educational resources to school-age children (ages 6 to 21) that come from the miskin's household, including those who own Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS), Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), orphan, people with disabilities, and victim of natural disaster. PIP is a component of the Bantuan Siswa Miskin program's purification (BSM). This information system was created to determine the location of Program Indonesia Pintar recipients using data in the Peta format. The use of this system will assist schools in providing students with timely and accurate instruction. The application that functions as this information system uses Google Maps to determine the latitude and longitude coordinates. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government has reduced some types of aid to be distributed to the general public.

Abstract

The proliferation of technology-based financial services or financial technology (fintech) is not only a competitive risk for commercial banks, but also people's economic banks (BPR). In this condition, BPR is also required to make improvements. BPR inevitably faces extraordinary challenges with the development of this technology. Before technology developed as rapidly as it is today, many BPRs relied on good relationships and personal approaches in attracting customers. Although these methods are still relevant today, BPRs also have to rely on technology. This situation prompted the creation of a strategic plan at BPR XYZ. This analysis carries out information system strategic planning using the Ward and Peppard method, in which an analysis stage of the internal, external and internal and external IS/IT business environment is carried out. Then, from this analysis, results were obtained in the form of business IS strategy, IT strategy and IS/IT management strategy. This information system strategic planning is expected to provide the planning that is needed and useful for the company to achieve its business goals.
