Abstract

Coconut milk is a white viscous liquid obtained by extracting coconut meat well with the addition of water or not. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of pure coconut milk and instant prepared from coconut fruit taken from three regions in North Sulawesi is Sangihe, Bolaang Mongondow and Minahasa, which each region is taken from the coastal areas include testingi.caracteristici pure coconut water content, cream skim while for instant coconut milk protein testing, FFA and viscosity. The results showed no significant effect of sampling at three places in northern Sulawesi on water content, skim cream, proteins, FFA, viscosity, with the largest water content areas at Sangihe 3,24 % and the lowest area  at Kalasey and Boltim of 2,98%, the highest value of skim cream at Kalasey 7,08 and the lowest at Sangihe 6,54.Testing result instant coconut milk  for protein content showed the highest at Boltim 0,68%  and the lowest is to 2,50% area at Sangihe,, the highest FFA at  Sangihe and Boltim  0,68% and the lowest in the region Kalasey 0,62%, the largest viscosity at  Kalasey 4962,50 cP and the lowest at sangihe of 4875 cP.

Abstract

ABSTRAKFaktor sosial, pribadi, harga produk dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik oriflame pada mahasiswi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi manajemen yang sudah pernah membeli produk kosmetik Oriflame dan sudah menjadi member Oriflame. Penelitian ini menggunakan data pimer  berupa kuisioner yang disebarkan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang responden dengan menggunakan penelitian purposive random sampling. Hasil dari data kuisioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji f dan uji t) dengan taraf signifikan α = 5% dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial, pribadi, harga produk, dan kualitas produk  berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik Oriflame. Hasil analisis statistik uji t diperoleh faktor sosial  (X1) dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 pribadi (X2) nilai signifikan 0.000, harga produk (X3) nilai signifikan 0.000, dan kualitas produk (X4) nilai signifikan 0.000. Penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Population in this study is student of the faculty of economics management who use cosmetics products oriflame and become a member oriflame. This  research uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed. Sample taken 100 respondents using purposive random sampling. The result of the questionnaries were analyzed by using classical assumption test, multiple linier regression and hypotehesis testing ( f test dan t test) with significant level α = 5% with SPSS version 21. The result of this study show that social factors, personal, product pricing, and product quality significant effect partially or simultaneous on product purchasing decisions cosmetics oriflame. Statistical analysis of the result obtained by t test social factors (X1) with significant value 0.000, personal (X2) with significant value 0.000, product pricing (X3) with significant value 0.000, and product quality (X4) with significant value 0.000. This study is valid and reliable variable.Keywords: social factors, personal, product, product pricing, product quality

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan rendemen santan dan total fenolik santan kelapa dalam pada berbagai tingkat kematangan. Santan kelapa dibuat dengan cara kelapa dikupas, dibuang kulit coklat yang menempel pada daging kelapa, selanjutnya daging kelapa diparut, ditimbang, diperas, dan disaring. Penentuan kandungan total fenol menggunakan metode Folin-Ciocalteu. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan rendemen santan kelapa dalam tua merupakan nilai yang paling tertinggi sebesar 28.57 g/mL dan total nilai fenolik yang tertinggi terdapat pada santan kelapa dalam tua sebesar 143.9 mg/kg.Research has been conducted to determine coconut content and total phenolic from coconut milk in various level of maturity. Coconut milk made by coconut peeled, discarded brown skin attached to coconut meat, then coconut meat grated, weighed, squeezed, and filtered. Determination of total phenol content using Folin-Ciocalteu method. The results showed that coconut milk content in the oldest was the highest value of 28.57 g / mL and the highest total phenolic value was found in coconut milk in old age of 143.9 mg / kg.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata atau disingkat KKN merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di daerah tertentu atau lembaga pendidikan, dilaksanakan secara kelompok, terintegrasi antar jurusan, terkoordinasi ditingkat fakultas, memiliki enam bidang unggulan, antara lain, aspek pendidikan, hukum, kesehatan, teknik, ekonomi dan agama Islam. Kegiatan KKN bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata bagi mahasiswa di masyarakat dalam membentuk sikap mandiri dan tanggung jawab serta membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan taraf pendidikan dan keterampilan, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya. Kegiatan KKN tahun 2019 dilaksanakan di kampung Tipar, Desa Batujajar Kecamatan Cigudeg Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan KKN dilaksanakan dalam durasi waktu 30 hari yaitu dari tanggal 6 Agustus sampai 6 September 2019. Adapun kegiatan prioritas adalah kegiatan Pendidikan, Lingkungan dan Kesehatan. Kegiatan pendidikan, meliputi pemberdayaan tenaga pendidik di PAUD, edukasi tentang kewirausahaan; kegiatan lingkungan meliputi kegiatan pola hidup bersih dan pembuatan bak sampah; kegiatan kesehatan meliputi penyuluhan kesehatan, kegiatan Pola Hidup Sehat dan Bersih, serta membangun budaya lingkungan bersih.

Abstract

The process of processing grades and determiningrecommendations for SMK majors is still generally done manually,while the results of the decisions must be announced on the sameday. The selection of majors at Yasbam Vocational School iscurrently through an academic test that is seen from the criteria forthe average value of report cards, TKJ theory tests, OTKP theorytests, TBSM theory tests, and specialization questionnaires.Therefore, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can helpto solve the problem of selecting majors according to the abilities ofprospective students. This majors selection system uses the simpleadditive weighting (SAW) method for better decision making. Theresearch objectives of the decision support system for the selectionof majors at SMK Yasbam are to obtain the results of the analysisusing the SAW method, to obtain the results of the designinformation system to support the decision support for the selectionof majors at SMK Yasbam and to obtain a decision supportinformation system to recommend the selection of majors. Themethod used in this research is Research and Development. Theresults show that this system is divided by users, namely Admin andStudents. In the implementation of the Admin interface system, thereare eight menus, namely Login, dashboard, criteria data, criteriaweights, alternative data, alternative values, selection results,recommendation results, majors and users. While in the studentdesign there is an interface design, namely Login, dashboard,recommendation results. The design of this interface is based on thedesign on context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entityrelationship diagrams that have been created by applying them tothe form. Based on the test results, it was concluded that studentshad received a major recommendation from the decision supportsystem for selecting majors at SMK Yasbam using the SAW (SimpleAdditive Weighting) method.

Abstract

Cauliflower (Brassicca oleracia var.brotrytis L.) is a type of vegetable that belongs to the Brassicaceae family (a type of cabbage with small white flowers). The purpose of the research on cauliflower (Brasica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) was to identify pests and diseases that attack cauliflower (Brasica oleracea var. Botrytis L.). The method used in this study was to go directly to the field once in August 2021. Observations were made on agricultural land owned by farmers in Pedan Hamlet, Karanglo Village, Tawangmangu, Karanganyar. The results showed that from three different land samples, different pests and diseases were encountered. In the first land sample, several pests were found such as grasshoppers, capers, spiders, and cauliflower caterpillars (Plutella xylostella) while the diseases that attacked were some cauliflower affected by whip tail disease, but very many cauliflower plants were found that were attacked by black rot and soft. In the second land sample, the most common pests found were capers, third field mop spiders, and the pests encountered were grasshoppers, spiders, capers and caterpillars and cauliflower caterpillars. While the disease that attacks is whiptail disease. In conclusion, the average pests that attack cauliflower plants are capers, spiders, cauliflower caterpillars and grasshoppers. And the common diseases that attack cauliflower plants are black rot, soft rot and whip tail.

Abstract

Software defined network (SDN) is a new approach concept for planning, developing, and operating computer networks. Routing is the process of selecting paths on a network system to send or forward packets to the destination network. This study aims to obtain the results of the calculation analysis using the k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) method as the implementation of the recommendations. The results of the analysis use a mesh topology design approach with predicted values of throughput, jitter, delay, and packet loss. This value is used as a recommendation to the network manager to determine the best path. The best path selection from the analysis results is i) path-1 (very good) which includes switch 1, switch 2, and switch 4; ii) path-2 (good) to switch 1, switch 3 and switch 4 switch 4; iii) channel-3 (moderate) through switch 1, switch 2, switch 3 and switch 4; and iv) channel-4 (bad) through switch 1, switch 3, switch 2, and switch 4. While the calculation using the confusion matrix is accuracy=72.31%, precision=96.08% and recall=87.84%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the ethnobotany of traditional medicinal plants in the people of Kedungombo Village, Baturetno District, Wonogiri Regency. The research was carried out in Kedungmbo Village which consisted of 8 hamlets namely Gembol Hamlet, Kedungombo, Kedunggaleng, Setren, Nayu, Beji, Koripan and Klegen. The method used was a descriptive exploratory survey and semi-structured interview techniques with 40 respondents. There are 21 types of medicinal plants used as traditional medicine by the Kedungombo Village Community and are divided into 14 families. In the Zingiberaceae family there are turmeric, galangal, ginger kencur, curcuma. the Myrtaceae family has guava and salam, the Euphorbiaceae family has tentir and katuk, the Annonaceae family has srikaya and ylang flowers, the Rutaceae family has lemon, the Piperaceae family has betel, the Fabaceae family dadap serep, the Poaceae family has betel, the Rubiaceae family has noni, the Araceae family there is dringo, the Moringaceae family has moringa, the Lamiaceae family has basil, the Asphodelaceae family has aloe vera, the Pandanacea family has pandan. The most used part of the plant is the leaf with 43% utilization percentage and 29% rhizome. The people of Kedungombo Village use medicinal plants by boiling, consuming them directly, eating them, rubbing them on, and mashing them until smooth and then attaching them to the injured or painful parts.

Abstract

Credit Insurance is insurance protection to the insured (banks) against risks or credit that is not paid by the debtor which causes a claim to the insurer (insurance). A claim is a claim for payment of compensation due to the debtor not fulfilling its obligations. The purpose of this research is because verification of claim completeness data is still done manually, so that information related to completeness status is delayed, this is due to the absence of a system that provides information effectively and efficiently in the claims section. Based on this, a web-based claim submission information system was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research method used in making this information system is by observation, questionnaires, and literature studies as well as the development method using the waterfall method. The result of this research is an application of information for submitting claims which is expected to make it easier for companies to minimize the data verification process more effectively.

Abstract

Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor dalam mengadakan kegiatan Duta Inovasi Desa perlu mendata mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi beserta inovasi yang mereka buat sebagai hasil dari pencapaian kegiatan ini. Adapun kendala yang dialami oleh Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor adalah sulitnya melakukan pendataan karena jumlah mahasiswa yang banyak dan data yang ada juga sulit untuk diolah karena sebelumnya hanya menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor dengan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi duta inovasi desa berbasis web yang nantinya akan diberi nama Neng Dinda. Sistem yang akan dikembangkan oleh peneliti akan digunakan Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor dengan kebutuhan untuk mendata mahasiswa sebagai duta inovasi desa lalu memberikan gambaran berupa peta sebaran mahasiswa dan inovasi sekaligus memberikan e-sertifikat kepada mahasiswa yang telah terdaftar. Sistem pendataan ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework PHP yaitu Laravel serta menggunakan metode pengembangan Agile Development dengan model Scrum. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara bertahap yang dibagi menjadi 4 sprints. Hasil setiap sprint dilakukan pengujian menggunakan Black-Box Testing dengan model Equivalence Partitioning untuk memastikan sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan hasil yang diinginkan.
