Abstract

Fast Moving Consumer Goods are the focus of the distribution company PT Rukun Mitra Sejati. The procedure of loading and unloading cargo is one of them. When using incorrect work processes, employees that carry out the process frequently complain about fatigue, back ache, neck pain, and arm pain.In the study, postures were examined in order to determine the root causes of complaints related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), using the REBA, RULA, and Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire methodologies. The examination of the work position posture using the REBA method produced a recapitulation score of 11, which indicates that it has a very high risk and needs to be replaced right away in the job application. According to the results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, 41% of the respondents' limbs do not experience any discomfort, whereas 59% of the respondents' limbs experience pain and are at risk of harm. Gravity Conveyors are tools used to move goods from trucks to warehouses that can be adjusted to the height required when the loading and unloading process is carried out, with a height size near the truck of 0.99m (99.5cm), the height on the warehouse floor is 0.56m (55.93cm), and the width is 0.44m (43cm) adjusted for people who move goods from the conveyor to the pallet does not bend. The anthropometric technique is used in the design of the gravity conveyor to provide users a sense of comfort.

Abstract

As per Carrier-set fees apply to products sent by ship or airline (cargo is not the same as checked baggage). The SMU (air cargo letter) is used for domestic flights, while the AWB (air waybill) or B/L (bill of landing) is used for international flights or cargoes. The shipper, the carrier, and the consignee are the major stakeholders engaged in the shipping of cargo. Cargo that encounters anomalies is sometimes referred to as irregularity cargo during the receiving or shipping process. As long as they don't follow the relevant standard operating procedures, commodities are considered irregular if they cause problems throughout the receiving or shipping process. One of Garuda Indonesia's primary subsidiaries and a low-cost carrier in Indonesia is Citilink. Contrary to its more affordable rivals, Citilink nevertheless places a high priority on customer service and safety, whereas they occasionally compromise on these aspects to provide lower fares.

Abstract

Not only Chat GPT, the development of web design programs today, there are many ways to consider visual aspects as a method to facilitate the capture and browsing of information. I conclude this term from my experience when creating digital information on website platforms. Graphic design or visual communication design is also challenged to continue collaborating with many fields of study, one of which is information technology (IT) and programmers. A programmer or website developer needs a visual touch to facilitate user attractiveness in reviewing the application or program. Likewise with a graphic designer, the ability to do layout, composition, illustration and text is arranged to facilitate users and speed up the performance of the program. One of the most interesting principles in designing is Aesthetics. Aesthetics is a branch of philosophy that deals with the nature of beauty, art, and taste and with the creation and appreciation of beauty. What if, aesthetics is processed in an artificial intelligence to help graphic designers and information technology (IT) in designing a website. This article is organized as an important introduction to both fields, namely visual communication design and information technology (IT). This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive presentation to provide important data in applying what aesthetic considerations are present in artificial intelligence when designing user interfaces on websites.

Abstract

As time goes by PT Pumas Rotua Gemilang has experienced a lot of development with increasing production, it requires more labor, in the early days there were 200 workers until now it has reached approximately 400 workers, so the need for employee performance appraisal is needed according to company standards aims to carry out the process of assessing the feasibility of appointing employees to permanent employee status. However, the assessment is still conventional, seems slow and inaccurate, so it is necessary to have an employee appointment decision support system designed with PHP programming and mySQL as the database. The application of research using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method the criteria used are Attendance, Knowledge, Cooperation, Work Quality and Discipline, the process begins by determining the criteria, eigenvalue. The final result of the AHP method shows the transparency of the feasibility of appointing employees with their respective values and has a certain weight according to the priorities of the company.

Abstract

LAZIS Babussalam is a social institution that provides services for receiving and distributing zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds based on mosque congregations and the community who live in the Cipinang area, East Jakarta. Currently, the muzakki / donor data management system is only done manually and donors must come directly to the institutional admin. Management of transaction data and muzakki data is recorded and collected from receipts every time a transaction process occurs, then a monthly recapitulation is carried out in an Excel document. This makes data processing take quite a long time and is prone to errors in recording and data loss can also occur when making reports so that it can reduce muzakki's trust. The author designed an Android-based information system which is a solution to overcome problems, especially in the ZIS acceptance system. In this study, the authors used the system development method, namely Waterfall where the tool in system development is the unified modeling language (UML). The implementation of the ZIS management information system can be carried out properly which makes it easier for institutions and muzakki to quickly and easily find and receive valid reports of funds and their distribution

Abstract

Education is a series of communication activities that have a purpose, between teachers and students, either directly or indirectly by utilizing other media to support the development of children as a whole. The purpose of this research was to classify in determining student achievement at Bimbel Sonai. To find out the results of the classification of student achievement, data mining methods are used. Classification with the Naive Bayes Algorithm. The research sample was obtained from 100 student, with simple random sampling technique. The attributes used are 4, namely Gender (C1), Average Value (C2), Parents' Economic Level (C3) and Parents' Education Level (C4). The results of the study showed that the accuracy value was 86.67%, class precision in the prediction of underachievement has a value of 75.00%, while the prediction of achievement has a value of 90.91%. Class recall for true underachievers has a value of 75.00%, while for true achievers it has a value of 90.91%. So with this analysis, it is hoped that it can help the institution, especially the Bimbel Sonai teacher in knowing student achievement in the teaching and learning process so that if it is known that there are many students who lack achievement, anticipation can be done in improving the quality of education in dealing with students who have less achievement so that it can produce generations and improve the quality of schools. Abstract

Health services at Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) Wita Utami Awaliyah, S.ST, for patients include pregnancy checks, family planning (KB), and general check-ups. Archiving service data still uses folio book media and is stored in Bantex boxes. The process of recording and searching data services for Practical Midwives requires a web-based application. The digital form of service is designed by collecting Pregnancy Check Archive Data, Family Planning Archive Data and General Check Archive Data, then carrying out a normalization technique process to convert the data into a good relational data model. The system development method is created using the Waterfall model, and system design uses UML diagrams. The application was built using PHP, Javascript, MySQL and the Laravel framework. The results of feature testing using the Blackbox method show the success of each feature of the Web-Based Independent Practice Midwife Service Data Archiving Application from the test class test results with the expected output.

Abstract

This research aims to address the issue of availability of safe drinking water in densely populated urban areas through the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT). The background of the study is based on the rapid population growth and its impact on the demand for water, as well as the increasing consumption of safe drinking water in society. The study utilizes the Otodrink system, which integrates ESP8266 microcontroller and RFID technology to distribute clean water automatically to user's tumblers. The research methodology includes system design, hardware and software development, and functional testing of the system. The findings indicate that the Otodrink system successfully distributes water efficiently and in a controlled manner, while reducing the use of plastic-packaged mineral water. The implications of this research are increased accessibility and availability of safe drinking water in urban areas, as well as a reduction in the negative environmental impact of plastic waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the wireless signal quality of an access point (AP) with a focus on the types of obstacles that could potentially affect network performance. The use of wireless technology has become essential in sustaining modern civilization, especially in environments with various types of machines such as walls, electronic devices, and electromagnetic machines. The analysis method involves measuring and adjusting the signal quality at several points that indicate conditions that could be affected by the use of non-reversible mesh. The signal strength, transmission speed, and connection handling at each observation point were analyzed. Finally, the analysis results were used to identify the type of wireless signal work and the impact of different types of obstacles. The results of this study provide insight into how certain types of obstacles can affect wireless signal quality at access points. These findings can aid in the development of strategies to improve and enhance wireless network performance, including recommendations for optimizing access point placement or using interference mitigation technologies.

Abstract

In the digital age, information technology is crucial to human existence. The combination of digital and long distance communication methods can make it easier for people to interact through information technology without having to physically present in a location that is frequently inhospitable. PT. Bino Mitra Sejati is the sole subsidiary of the holding company, PT. Perma Plasindo, Tbk, which operates as a trading company and a stationery or ticket printing business. The information held by PT. Bino Mitra Sejati is still not entirely accurate, and there are insufficient stakeholder requests to assist in implementing a more thoroughly integrated system. In this regard, asset management is necessary to increase operational efficiency and risk that occurs.
