Journal Infokes is an abbreviation of Health Information. The Journal of Health Information focuses on the study of hospital service management, pharmacy, health analyst, physiotherapy, midwifery, nursing, medicine, public health, medical records. Type of writing in the form of scientific articles, such as the results of field research, conceptual articles, or desk study. This journal is intended as a medium of scientific study to communicate health information in the form of vision, reflection, conceptual thinking, research results, interesting experiences in the field, and critical analysis studies. In 2017 infokes existed as a printed journal with ISSN 2597-7776 with time published twice a year namely June and December. 2019 is the beginning of a new history of infokes to be present as an online journal.

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pemeliharaan Alat cuci darah terhadap kualitas pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al Ihsan Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif degan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara studi pustaka dan observasi yaitu wawancara dan kuisioner dengan sempel 49 pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan korelasi sebesar 45,044 artinya bahwa pemeliharaan alat dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang sedang. Sedangkan besar pengaruh variable alat terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 45,04 dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain seperti fasilitas ruangan dan fasilitas kelengkapan alat medis. Masalah yang timbul dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1)perawat atau operator tidak bisa memperbaiki alat termasuk penyetelan dan (2) pemeliharaan alat kalibrasi tidak berjalan seperti semestinya, (3)pelayanan di instalasi hemodialisa sedikit lelet atau perawat tidak melayani pasien dengan maksimal sesuai dengan SOP. Adapun saran yang diberikan oleh penulis yaitu (1)Memberikan pelatihan awal cara memperbaiki alat kepada semua operator dan perawat (2) Sosialisasi dan Evaluasi untuk parapegawai agar memperhatikan cara kerja alat tersebut (3) memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien agar pasien tidak mengalami kendala saat menjalankan kemoteraphi cuci darah.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pasien rawat inap terhadap kepuasanpenampilan dan rasa makanan di Rumah Sakit Tingkat II 03.05.01 Dustira Cimahi. Metode penelitianyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif.Teknik Pengumpulan data yang dipakai yaitu dengan wawancara dan pengumpulan angket.Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian, dengan menggunakan perhitungan Rank spearman sebesar 0,81% yangmenunjukan bahwa persepsi pasien dan kepuasan penampilandan rasa makanan sangat kuathubungannya. Jika dinyatakan dalam presentasi, maka pengaruh persepsi pasien terhadap kepuasanpenampilan dan rasa makanan adalah sebesar 65,61%, dengan demikian masih ada variabel lain yangmempengaruhi penampilan dan rasa makanan yaitu 34,39%. Dari penelitian terdapat beberapapermasalahan yaitu : (1). Kurangnya variasi warna pada makanan; (2). Kurangnya bumbu padamasakan; (3).Bentuk makanan yang dipotong kurang menarik; (4). Kurang adanya wadah untuk pasienuntuk memberikan saran dan kritikan terhadap hidangan. Saran yang diberikan untuk masalah iniadalah : (1). Menyajikan menu makanan yang lebih bervariasi agar pasien tertarik untukmengkonsumsinya; (2) menambahkan bumbu pada masakan agar lebih berwarna ; (3). Selalumelakukan evaluasi kepada pasien terkait kepuasan makanan yang disajikan; (4). Menambahkanvariasi sayuran agar lebih menarik untuk disajikan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of nurses' attitude towards sorting out hospital rubbish in the GICU room of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung.The research method used by the writer is quantitative with descriptive approach. Data collection by observation in the field, questionnaires, and literature study. The sample in this study amounted to 41 people, using saturated sampling.The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between nurses' attitudes towards waste sorting behavior at RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung seen from the statistical test results obtained p value> X2 table that is 5.105> 3.841 and t count> t table which is 14.821> 2.023). The research results obtained an R number of 0.922. This shows that there is a very strong link between nurses' attitudes toward waste sorting behavior. Obtained a figure (R Square) of 0.849 or 84.9%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (nurses' attitudes) to the dependent variable (waste sorting behavior) was 84.9%.From the research found the following problems: 1) Nurses dispose of waste not in accordance with the type of waste (for example non-medical waste disposed of in medical bins), 2) Recycling waste such as infused plabots that are not exposed to body fluids or blood of patients disposed of in medical waste, whereas recycled waste has to dispose in a special garbage bin.Thus, the advice given to improve the problems are: 1) Supervising nurses to dispose of rubbish in a place that has been provided and in accordance with the type of rubbish, 2) Providing counseling about the impact of improper hospital waste sorting and 3) Remind nurses to obey the SOP for separating hospital waste.]]>

<![CDATA[According to the World Healt Organization (WHO) directly related to the causes of maternal and infant mortality in the case in 2007, was 60% bleeding, poisoning toksemin gravidarum or pregnancy 20% and 20% infection, while the infant mortality due aspeksia 40 %, LBW and prematurity 25% and 35% infection.Objective, To determine the relationship of parity and maternal age at childbirth maternal knowledge about postpartum danger signs in the Village District Cijagra Paseh Bandung regency. The research method used in this study is the correlation, the study design was conducted with cross sectional approach, sampling was done by using total sampling instruments for data collection questionnaire.The research instrument used questionnaires in 30responden, Research data is processed quantitatively by univariate method, bivariate with logistic regression analysis of SPSS program. Based on the frequency distribution of the age of 30 nearly half of respondents (30.0%) were aged <20 years (43.3%) and aged between 20-35 years (26.7%) were aged> 35 years. Parity (50%) classified as primiparous (43.31%) and multiparous (6.7%) grande multipara. Knowledge (13.3%) either knowledgeable, (30.0%) and knowledgeable enough (56.7%) are less knowledgeable. The statistical result that the value of X2 show hit (22.647)> X2 Tab 5% (9.488) / or r = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the relationship between the age of knowledge, based on Chi-square test showed a significant relationship.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of employee work capacity on work stress. The method used is a quantitative method using the validity test, realibility test, spearman rank correlation data analysis and the coeficient of determination test. Based on the calculation of the rank-spearman variable X ( employee work capacity ) and variable Y (work stress ) of 0,577 which is interpreted to be moderate. Based on the coefficient of determination the effect of workload on employee work stress by 33,29% and the remaining 66,71%. As for the problems contained in the program room and marketing of public hospitals in the city of Bandung, some employees often work overtime to complete their work. The advice that will be given by the author for this problem is that the workload of employees needs to be optimally pursued by the working hours that have been set.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this reseach is to know influence of distribution outpatient medical record to waiting times at Vitreoretina Clinic Pusat Mata Nasional Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo Bandung. The reseach method used is quantitative reseach method with approach descriptive and for technical collection data used observation and library studies who has close relevance with at issue. Sampling technique used sample random sampling technique with sample 99 medical record. Base on reseach and Chi Square Tests there is influence significance with value 0,001. So the problem is (1) There is still waiting times Vitreoretina Clinic more than 60 minutes, (2) There is still inaccuracy times and distribution mistake medical record, (3) Has not yet Procedure Operational Standard (POS) about distribution medical record SMS gateway patient. Suggestion is (1) added clinic officers and nurse, (2) Do evaluation related mistakes in medical record distribution, (3) Prepare the new Procedure Operational Standard (POS) distribution of SMS gateway medical record.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to find out analysis requitment of human resources unit medical record of data management officer using WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) Method to support the effectiveness of work at Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat Bandung. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach while the data collection technique that the writer used was observation, interview and literate study that had close relevance with subject matter. From the research that has been done, there are some problems, namely : (1) Lack of education and training on working time, (2) unit of work and categories of human resources unit medical record that does not meet the classification, (3) the availability of personnel data management. The suggestions given : (1) Dispatch officer of medical record to abreast education and training, (2) Accept DIII medical record as medical recorder, (3) Addition of human resources unit medical records data management officer as many four people.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of borrowing outpatient medical record files to quality of medical record installation at UPT RSUD Lembang The method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation, questionnaires and are equipped with a literature review. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique with a sample of 11 Medical Record Officers. The results of the calculations performed using a questionnaire with a simple linear test model, the number of samples N = 11 and significance α = 5% obtained tcount = 7.384 and t table = 1.833 the results is t count> t table then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, that means borrowing medical records influential outpatient on the quality of medical record installations at the UPT RSUD Lembang. The effect is 86% and 14% is influenced by other variables or errors (e). From the research conducted, problems found include: (1) The absence of outguide instructions when borrowing outpatient medical records at the medical record storage rack, (2) There is no handover at the time of return of medical record, (3) There are still delays in returning medical records and (4) There are still medical records that have not been stored in the medical record storage rack. Based on research conducted, researchers provide advice to the hospital as follows: (1) The existence of the SOP socialization Sso that medical record return in a timely manner, (2) Efforts to arrange a good medical record storage system, accelerate the service so that it does not cause patients to wait a long time (3) Imposing strict sanctions against officers so there is no misunderstanding of the existence of borrowed medical records, (4) The hospital shall use an outguide so that the medical record is clear of its existence]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out about the influence of general logistics storage system against to the effectiveness of the work in the Warehouse Sub-Division Domesticity And Equipment In Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al-Ihsan West Java Province. This research uses method assosiative with quantitative approach, data analysis with techniques validity test, reliability test, Spearman rank correlations test, and coefficience determination test. Data collected by observation, questionnaires, and study literature by subject of research is the warehouse in sub-division domesticity and equitment in rumah sakit umum daerah Al-Ihsan West Java Province as many as 10 peoples. The results of this research shows the correlation is 0.975 which that mean there is a very strong and positive relationship between general logistics storage variable (X) with effectiveness of work variable (Y), and the result of the influence between general logistics storage variable (X) to the quality of effectiveness of the work variable(Y) is 95.6% this means that the very strong influence and 4.4% the rest is influenced by other factors. From this research there is a problem such as : (1) the regulation of the layout storage shed have not optimal; (2) the onccurrence of a general logistics stack such as (mold) on a storage rack; (3) found a difference between physical stock with the stock opname. The advices that given on this research are : (1) provide an expansion of warehouse; (2) provide an addition of base for goods on the floor; (3) expected there is a repairing of SIM RS application like barcode.]]>

<![CDATA[The reseach aimed to know The Influence Of Completeness Form Informed Consent Surgical Cases Of Inpatients To SNARS Edition 1 Element Of Assesment HPK 5.2 At Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. The research method used quantitative research with descriptive approach and data processing using SPSS version 16 program. Data collecting dissemination of the observation, interview, documentation, and review of the literature. Sampling teqnique used purposive sampling with a sample of 235 form surgical cases of inpatients. From the result of an intensive writers could formulate the subject matter that 1) it was still found filling informed consent Surgical Cases Of Inpatients from that’s not completed, there was 69 or 29% informed consent form filing uncompleteness 2) recording form informed consent of inpatient surgical cases in a hurry 3) lack of implementation in filling out informed consent form of inpatient surgical cases 4) lack of accuracy in filling out informed consent forms of inpatient surgical cases. The suggestion were given by :1) Giving punishment if informed consent form of inpatient surgical cases was reporting uncompletely 2) Increasing the complete informed consent form of inpatient surgical cases 3) Holding monitoring or evaluation by the hospital, 2) Coordination directly with the physician about the incompleteness from surgical cases of inpatients.]]>
