Abstract

Alat transportasi merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi setiap orang. Dorongan kebutuhan akan alat tranportasi khususnya roda dua banyak dilatari  oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya murni hanya untuk alat penunjang mobilitas mereka. Kedua, faktor pendorong selain sebagai alat transportasi sepeda motor juga sebagai penguat status sosial mereka.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh parsial  dan simultan dari variabel  Brand Luxury  dan  Product Quality  terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna Kawasaki Ninja di kota Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian explanatory research, karena penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh tentang hubungan antar variabel satu dengan variabel lainya. Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel independen (Brand Luxury  dan Product Quality)  terhadap variabel dependen (loyalitas konsumen) digunakan uji f dan uji t.  Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden pengguna Kawasaki Ninja di kota Kediri. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, responden adalah siapa saja yang memenuhi kriteria sampel untuk penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai sumber data.    Hasil penelitian yang  dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (Brand Luxury  dan  Product Quality)  berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari derajat kepercayaan yaitu sebesar 5%. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji parsial variabel independen (Brand Luxury dan Product Quality) berpengaruh secara individu terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen, dengan angka signifikan 0,00 dari masing-masing variabel independen tersebut. Variabel yang dominan adalah variabel Product Quality dengan nilai Standardized Coefficients sebesar 0,440.Kata kunci: Brand Luxury, Product Quality, Loyalitas Konsumen, Kawasaki Ninja, Kota Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of nurses' attitude towards sorting out hospital rubbish in the GICU room of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung.The research method used by the writer is quantitative with descriptive approach. Data collection by observation in the field, questionnaires, and literature study. The sample in this study amounted to 41 people, using saturated sampling.The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between nurses' attitudes towards waste sorting behavior at RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung seen from the statistical test results obtained p value> X2 table that is 5.105> 3.841 and t count> t table which is 14.821> 2.023). The research results obtained an R number of 0.922. This shows that there is a very strong link between nurses' attitudes toward waste sorting behavior. Obtained a figure (R Square) of 0.849 or 84.9%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (nurses' attitudes) to the dependent variable (waste sorting behavior) was 84.9%.From the research found the following problems: 1) Nurses dispose of waste not in accordance with the type of waste (for example non-medical waste disposed of in medical bins), 2) Recycling waste such as infused plabots that are not exposed to body fluids or blood of patients disposed of in medical waste, whereas recycled waste has to dispose in a special garbage bin.Thus, the advice given to improve the problems are: 1) Supervising nurses to dispose of rubbish in a place that has been provided and in accordance with the type of rubbish, 2) Providing counseling about the impact of improper hospital waste sorting and 3) Remind nurses to obey the SOP for separating hospital waste.

Abstract

Currently, many teaching resources have not fully understood how to write and submit to a journal. This can be attributed to various factors, such as a lack of training or experience in journal writing, a greater focus on teaching or research activities, or limited opportunities to engage in journal writing communities. Therefore, this workshop aims to enhance the capacity of teaching resources in writing and publishing research and community service in national journals. The implementation method consists of preparation, activity execution, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The results of the activity evaluation show that 80% of participants have improved their abilities to comprehend the structure of scientific journals, writing ethics, effective writing techniques, and 100% of participants are capable of drafting journals according to environmental style guidelines. Measured capacity development of teaching resources enables them to write journals in accordance with the guidelines of each publisher, avoiding rejection. Furthermore, the ability to understand the Open Journal System (OJS) application during submission is essential for teaching resources to publish in nationally accredited journals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Adanya kasus pneumonia baru yang pertama kali tercatat di Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, China pada Desember 2019. Asal muasal penularan ini balum terdeteksi secara pasti, akan tetapi kasus pertama dihubungan dengan penemuan di lokasi pasar ikan wuhan. Kemudian WHO menginformaiskan pada 11 Februari 2020 bahwa Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah merupakan kondisi kasus baru yang bisa menginfeksi manusia secara cepat. Jenis virus ini terjadi dari manusia ke manusia lainnya dengan dugaan perantara media penularan adalah lewat udara. Data kasus covid-19 hingga Oktober 2020 menunjukkan angka 410.088 kasus di Indonesia. Sedangkan wilayah jawa timur sendiri kasus terkonfirmasi positif covid-19 sejumlah 52.465 kasus dan di daerah Bojonegoro juga menyumbang angka kasus terkonfirmasi posistif di tanah air sebanyak 549 kasus. Permasalahan di masyarakat masih banyak yang belum paham pencegahan penularan covid-19 ini diantaranya pentingnya menggunakan masker ketika aktivitas di luar rumah rumah, pentingnya personal hygiene, cuci tangan pakai sabun, dan pyshical distancing. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka kami mengusung tema OSKAR “Optimalisasi Kesehatan Masyarakat Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Berbasis Keluarga Binaan” Di Desa Sumberagung Dander Bojonegoro, Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi terlebih dahulu ke mahasiswa sebagai pelaksana atau tim yang akan terlibat dalam program pengabdian masyarakat. Didapatkan dari hasil pengkajian bahwa 76,8 % keluarga masih tabu akan informasi kesehatan terkait COVID-19 dan bagaimana cara pencegahanya yang bisa di manfaatkan untuk menjaga kesehatan keluarga. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dari setiang kabi tentang COVID 19 secara menyeluruh serta adanya pemberian tanaman obat bagi kleuarga di akhir sesi sebagai embrio bagi keluarga binaan unruk sadar dan senantiasa menanam TOGA sebagai pertolongan pertama pada keluara jika membutuhkan.

Abstract

Healthcare workforce management has become increasingly critical in determining organizational economic performance and long-term sustainability. This systematic review examines the relationship between human resource strategies in healthcare settings and their impact on economic outcomes, with particular attention to the effectiveness of workforce planning, recruitment optimization, employee retention, and performance management systems. The objective of this review is to synthesize current evidence on healthcare workforce management practices and their influence on economic performance indicators across various healthcare organizations. A systematic literature review was conducted using multiple academic databases, including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Studies published between 2019 and 2024 that focused on healthcare workforce management and its association with economic performance were selected based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 45 peer-reviewed articles met the eligibility requirements and were included in the final analysis. The findings reveal that strategic human resource management practices significantly correlate with improved economic outcomes in healthcare organizations. Institutions implementing comprehensive workforce management approaches demonstrated a 15–25% improvement in cost-effectiveness, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. Moreover, effective healthcare workforce management was shown to directly enhance organizational performance by reducing staff turnover costs, improving employee productivity, and strengthening service delivery quality. This review concludes that integrated and evidence-based human resource strategies are essential for healthcare systems aiming to achieve sustainable economic growth and resilience in the face of evolving healthcare challenges.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) remain a leading cause of global morbidity and mortality, with chronic inflammation as a key pathophysiological mechanism. Antioxidants from fruits and vegetables have demonstrated potential to modulate inflammatory immune responses, thus contributing to NCD prevention. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of fruit and vegetable consumption promotion policies in preventing NCDs by modulating inflammatory immune responses in Nabire District in 2025. The research employed a mixed-methods design, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data from 384 adult respondents. Data were gathered through food consumption surveys, inflammatory biomarker analysis (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α), and an evaluation of policy implementation. Descriptive and inferential analyses were conducted using SPSS 28.0 and R version 4.3.0. Results revealed that average fruit and vegetable consumption in Nabire residents remained below the WHO recommended intake (289g/day vs. 400g/day), although there was a noticeable improvement compared to previous years. A significant negative correlation was found between antioxidant intake and inflammatory biomarkers (r=-0.478, p<0.001). Policy implementation reached 74% coverage with a 62% compliance rate, indicating significant improvements in reach compared to prior assessments. The study concludes that fruit and vegetable consumption promotion policies show enhanced potential in modulating inflammatory immune responses for NCD prevention. However, continued efforts in strengthening policy implementation and adopting innovative monitoring strategies, particularly through digital health technologies, are essential for achieving sustained impact

Abstract

The action program collaborative slarang independent and empowered (AKSARA MADYA) is a social and environmental responsibility program in collaboration with Barokah Community-Based Intervention in Slarang Village, which focuses on suppressing drug abuse through interventions from and for the community. This program focuses on the cultivation of laying quails and processed quail egg products. The AKSARA MADYA program also oversees the fostered group of cassava chips which are the main commodity in Slarang Village. The method in implementing this activity uses a participatory approach, forum group discussions (FGD). The results of processed quail egg products, cassava chips and other fostered products are marketed through the Butok Market in Slarang Village which uses coconut shell rounds as the rupiah exchange rate, Butok Market activities are also managed by the management board of the Cilacap Islamic Center Mosque with 5% of the profits used for humanitarian activities. The existence of processed quail eggs, cassava chips and processed seafood also produces waste in the form of egg and crab shells which are then reprocessed and used as APAR at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga ITC to reduce the use of Conventional APAR, while cassava peel waste is processed into compost by the Kutawaru Waste Bank

Abstract

The purpose of the issuance of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2014 is so that street vendors can meet the requirements and be monitored so they can move to a place provided by the Padang City Government. This decision was taken to create 6 cities of Padang that are comfortable, safe and beautiful. According to a survey conducted by researchers, the location of street vendors (PKL) has a very negative effect on the smoothness, cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, which of course needs government support or government mapping to create comfort and convenience. Running road use works fine. With these considerations, the authors are interested in further analyzing regional regulations related to the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors in order to understand the real facts. Therefore, the author presents a mini study entitled "Strategy in structuring street vendors in the Padang Beach area".
