Abstract

The accuracy of retrieval medical records is very important to the process of health services in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of timeliness of retrieval inpatient medical records to the effectiveness of medical record service at Rumah Sakit TK IV 03.07.04 Guntur Garut. The research method used quantitative methods with a descriptive correlational approach and data processing using SPSS version 25 program. The data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature study. This study used a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 86 medical records and 16 officers. Based on the results of the study, the effect of the timeliness of retrieval inpatient medical records on the effectiveness of medical record service at Rumah Sakit TK IV 03.07.04 Guntur Garut is 55%. The problems that often arise is Lack of socialization regarding Standard Prosedur Operating in retrieval of medical records of inpatients, and the length of time doctors complete patient medical records and the absence of Standard Service Minimum. Suggestions for the hospital are to socialize and remind doctors and other medical professions when meeting about the accuracy of returning medical record files to be more disciplined in completing medical record files in accordance with Standard Prosedur Operating policies so that the return of medical record files does not experience delays and Standard Service Minimum is held for targets performance achievemen.Keywords: Timeliness of Retrieval, Medical Record

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teleconsultation services on patient satisfaction at the Masagi Medika Mental Clinic in Bandung. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is by conduting samples, questionnaries, observations and literature studies which have a close relevance to the main problem in the research. The result showed that the influence of teleconsultation services on patient satisfaction at the Mental Clinic Medika Banding was 72% and the remaining 28% was influened by other factors or errors. The problems contained in the Effect of Teleconsultation Services on Patient Satisfaction at the Masagi Medika Mental Clinic in Bandung are : (1) Teleconsultation using via zoom causes elderly patients to be constrained when using teleconsultation applications, (2) The duration of the teleconsultation is too little resulting in less flexibility durig examinations. Suggestions given to overcome the problems that occur are : (1) It is recommended to use an automated system facility for examination of patients so as to minimize errors in using the zoom application, especially in elderly patients, (2) Use an application that provides enough time such as a paid application zoom so that during the examination to provide comfort to the patient during the consultation.Keywords : Teleconsultation Services, Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Medical records are confidential medical files belonging to patients, and the storage must be managed properly to maintain the security and confidentiality of medical record files. The medical record storage system requires the right method so that storage is organized. The implementation of the alignment system at Kebonjati Hospital Bandung uses a middle digit filling alignment system, namely storage by aligning medical record files seen from the 2 (two) middle numbers contained in the medical record file map.Objective: This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the alignment system with the middle digit filling system on the effectiveness of storing medical record files at Kebonjati Hospital, Bandung.Methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was literature study, observation and interviews with a population of 4 and 4 people were selected as samples.Results: From the research conducted, it was found that the use of the middle digit filling alignment system in the implementation of centralized medical file storage was considered effective when observed from the number of missing medical record files.Conclusion: Alignment of medical records with the Middle Digit Filling System at Kebonjati Hospital Bandung is effective, because the factor of misfiles is often due to fatigue or lack of thoroughness of the staff.Keywords: Alignment, Storage, Medical Records

Abstract

Brand image is a perception or view of a brand, the perception can be good or bad. Brand image consists of components of hospital identity, physical environment, contact personnel, service offering, and hospital individuality. This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image and decisions to use health services at the Outpatient Installation of RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative research with a designcross sectional study.The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 99 respondents. Hypothesis testing used is chi square test analysis. The results showed that the significant value of hospital identity (p=0.006), physical environment (p=0.000), contact personnel (p=0.017), service offering (p=0.006), hospital individuality (p=0.006). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between all independent variables, namely hospital identity, physical environment, contact personnel, service offerings, hospital individuality and the decision to use health services. This research can be a reference for hospitals to improve services in order to retain customers and increase the number of visits to hospitals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh standar prosedur operasional sterilisasi alat medis terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pegawai di Instalasi Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) RSUD Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif pendekatan deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Dengan sampel penelitian 8 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh korelasi sebesar 0,880 menunjukan hubungan pengaruh sangat kuat.Jika dinyatakan dalam persentase maka standar prosedur operasional sterilisasi alat medis berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sebesar 77,4%, sedangkan sisanya 22,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain atau error (e). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1). Mesin filter air bersih atau mesin RO (reverse Osmasis) jebol. (2). Proses pengambilan instrument steril di setiap ruangan tidak sesuai dengan standar prosedur operasional. (3). Proses penerapan penerimaan instrument tidak sesuai dengan standar prosedur operasional. Adapun saran penulis, yaitu: (1). Perlu adanya peningkatan dan pengawasan terhadap instrument dan mesin pada Instalasi Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). (2). Memberikan sosialisasi akan bahaya tertularnya bakteri atau penyakit dari alat kesehatan. (3). Dalam proses distribusi pentingnya aturan penerimaan instrument supaya tidak terjadi keselahan.

Abstract

Bell’s Palsy adalah kelemahan atau kelumpuhan saraf perifer wajah secara akut pada sisi sebelah wajah. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Fisioterapi dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot wajah, mengurangi rasa tebal pada sisi wajah yang lesi, merileksasikan otot wajah, memelihara sifat fisiologis otot, danmenggunakan modalitas Electrical Stimualtion arus Faradik, Massage dan Terapi latihan. Setelah dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali terapi didapat hasil penilaian peningkatan kekuatan otot M. Frontalis T1 : 1 menjadi T8 : 5, M. Orbicularis occuli T1 : 3 menjadi T8 : 5, M. Zygomaticus Mayor T1 : 1 menjadi T8 : 5, M. Orbicularis oris T1 : 1 menjadi T8 : 3, M. Procerus T1 : 1 Menjadi T8 : 3, M. Bucinator T1 : 1 menjadi T8 : 5, M. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service on patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration department of RSIA Setya Bhakti Depok. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. While the data collection technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 91 outpatient registration visitors at RSIA Setya Bhakti. The indicators in this study were tested using validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Service, namely Direct Evidence (47.3%), Reliability (51.6%), Responsibility (51.6%), Assurance (52.7%), Simultaneously and partially have an effect on satisfaction patients namely Harmonious Relations (46.2%), Repurchase (48.4%), Loyalty (51.6%), Word Of Mouth (47.3%) through data processing the results obtained there is an influence between the variable quality of service to variable Outpatient satisfaction at RSIA Setya Bhakti Depok was 96.2% and the remaining 3.8% was influenced by other variables. Abstract

In launching the Family Planning Program which aims to maintain a distance between pregnancies and it is enough to have only two children, so that the program can be achieved, one of them is by using modern contraceptives. Modern contraceptives are divided into two, namely hormonal and non-hormonal contraceptives. Participating in the family planning program is expected to improve maternal health and increase non-hormonal family planning users. This study aims to analyze the selection of modern contraceptives in Kemayoran sub-district. The research process is cross-sectional, conducted on 110 Kb acceptor mothers in Kemayoran District. The results showed that the knowledge variable had P=0.055 and OR=2.674, attitude variable P=0.0001 and OR=16,875, information exposure variable P=0.036 and OR=1.096, husband's role variable P=0.0001 and OR=6.333 . Counseling about family planning and the selection of modern contraceptives should be carried out continuously and health workers always advise acceptors on non-hormonal contraception. In addition, prospective acceptors are advised to always follow the counseling organized by the Central Jakarta Administration City PPAPP Sub-Department and receive information related to the selection of contraceptives from both mass media and electronic media. A good husband's role and support is also needed so that the acceptor can change his attitude in choosing contraceptives not based on comfort but because it is in accordance with their needs and health. Abstract

Background; Based on an initial survey conducted by researchers on December 27, 2019 at the Medical Record unit at the Regional General Hospital Datu Beru by conducting interviewa and observations on medical record officers. As for the results of the interviewand observations made that there is a number patients in 2019 as much 25.428 outpatient. From the results of interviews conducted, medical record officer said that in one month can be found 50 medical record file happens is duplication of medical record numbers. Objectives; to know influencing factors medical record numbering duplication at the local general hospital Datu Beru. Method; this research is analytical survey by design cross sectional. The population of this study is all medical record officers as much as 38 respondent which is also used as a research sample, test used chi-square. Results; test chi-square shows all education variables p = 0,796 have no influence, knowledge p = 0,000, experience p = 0,000 and system p = 0,001 have an influence on medical record numbering duplication. Conclusion; there is an influence of knowledge, experience and system against duplication of medical record numbering at the local general hospital datu beru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the implementation, problems, and any efforts regarding the codification of ICD-10 diagnoses to support the effectiveness of outpatient BPJS patient claims at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, while data collection is done through literature study, interviews and observations. From the research that has been carried out, there are several problems found, namely empty diagnoses or nor filled in by the doctor on the medical resume, unreadable diagnostic writing, the existence of diagnostic abbrevations that are not understood, the file that will be claimed is returned by BPJS to the Hospital. The suggestions given for this problem are, nurse remind doctors to always make sure outpatient medical resumses are filled out completely, socialization was held between the coder and the doctor, so that the writing of final diagnostic code on the medical resume can be understandable, a meeting was held between the coder and the doctor, for evaluation and discussion of which diagnoses were given abbreviation, before the file to be claimed is sent, it is better for the verifier officier to chrosscheck it first.
