In 2017 infokes existed as a printed journal with ISSN 2597-7776 with time published twice a year namely June and December. 2019 is the beginning of a new history of infokes to be present as an online journal.

Abstract

The research aims to produce a system of record-keeping information in Visual Studio 2010 at UPTD Puskesmas. Software development methodology used waterfall system. The research found several problems in the processing of medical records storage in UPTD Puskesmas, namely : (1) Storage processing of outpatient medical records have been computerized, but the recording was still using Microsoft Excel so but that takes time was relatively long ; (2)Sometimes the data that has been entered inaccurate; (3)The duplication of data. The suggestion was given:: (1). Training and understanding of the clerk in the process and operate the report; (2). Information system is easy to creating operate so that the officers have that has been processed from Microsoft Excel but to make a report with the data has been processed. Abstract

Address Index is a tabulation of data containing the addresses/regions of patients who have been treated at the Puskesmas. The Cibeunying Health Center in indexing patient addresses has been computerized, namely by connecting to SIMPUS and quite effective in recapitulation, it has been computerized by recapitulating patient data whose addresses are not clear or not indexed. Then it is computerized. accurate. Information technology, which is a combination of computer technology and telecommunications, changes the industrial paradigm to a post-industrial paradigm which means it also changes the behavior of the business or business environment, which means that information technology gains closeness between business people and their customers, because this shortens the distance and time. Design model using SDLC Planning (Planning), Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Implementation (Implementation), Maintenance (Maintenance). Address Index Information System Address at Puskesmas Cibeunying, to input a computerized address index report that is directly connected by the health office can be called SIMPUS. The medical record installation officer no longer needs to type in Microsoft excel and then move it again, if there is an error in the address, just go to the registration section directly to see more details. Abstract

Research has been carried out with the title "The Influence of E-learning on student learningoutcomes on the concept of the human reproductive system". This study aims to determine theeffect of e-learning on student learning outcomes on the concept of the human reproductive system.The research method used is quasi-experimental and the design used is pretest-posttest controlgroup design. The study was conducted on students of class XI IPA 4 as a control class and XI IPA5 as an experimental class at MA Negeri 1 Bandung with 31 students in each class. Sampling wasdone with a purposive sampling technique. To obtain the required data, the instruments used aremultiple choice questions as primary data and questionnaires as secondary data. Based on dataprocessing, the average posttest learning outcomes for the experimental class was 63.23 and thecontrol class was 61.74 with the results of hypothesis testing Z count = 0.53 in the Z tableacceptance area of 1.96. Based on these results, there is no significant effect of learning throughe-learning on student learning outcomes on the concept of the human reproductive system. It canbe concluded that e-learning has the same effect as multimedia learning on student learningoutcomes.Keywords: E-Learning, Learning Outcomes, Human Reproductive System

Abstract

This study claims to know the effect of the completeness of the BPJS Patient Claim Requirements In the Inpatient Unit on the Delay In Claims at The Majalaya Regional General Hospital. The research method used by the author is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique with a sample of 97 claim files for BPJS patients in inpatient units from January to March. Based on a statistical test with a significance a = 10% (0,1) or a confidence level of 90%, it shows the effect of incomplete claim requirements for BPJS patients in inpatient units on the delays in claims at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Majalaya that the average claim that can be claimed is 70% and those experiencing 30% delay. The problems found from the research carried out were (1) Inaccuracy of coding and actions that have been given to the patient, (2) Incompatibility of filling or inputting patient data, (3) There is no SOP regarding inpatient BPJS claims, (4) There are some scan files that are not clear, (5) Often experience internet network disturbances.Keywords: INA-CBGs Claim, Hospitalization, Delay

Abstract

In this day and age technology is growing and increasingly advanced in all fields, as well as in the health sector, namely hospitals. Not a few of them still have shortcomings, such as one of them, namely the Medical Identity Card (KIB), which is still not efficient enough to be applied in hospitals. The identity card for treatment at this hospital still uses a printed sticker affixed to the card, then there is no barcode printed on the identity card for treatment. Therefore, it is still less effective if used in hospitals because it is not uncommon for the stickers attached to come off and disappear on the card. In the absence of a special program for making electronic medical identity cards, it is still necessary to design a better electronic medical identity card. Therefore, this study aims to design an electronic medical identity card using a visual studio, with the aim of making the medical identity card more effective and modern to be applied in hospitals. Abstract

This research aimed to identify the analysis of information system of the completeness medical record by using Microsoft Visual Studio at Dental and Oral Specialist Hospital. The research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used direct observation, online observation, and literature study. Method using Waterfall Model (Waterfall). Based on the author’s observation during this research problems which are found: (1) The completeness of analysis medical record of the hospitalization patient is not yet entirely computerized. (2) Incomplete medical records are still found. (3) Overdue the refund of medical record from a maintenance room into the medical record processing. As for suggestions to overcome problems in the complete system of road medical record at the Special Dental and Oral Hospital, namely: (1) it is necessary to integrated system and to effective more. (2) It is necessary to make the strict rules for officials negligent in the filling of medical record and also for the officer who are late to submit the inpatient medical record data processing to the medical record division. Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of the timeliness of providing outpatient medical records on the effectiveness of medical record services at the Majalaya Regional General Hospital.The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The sample collection technique used a simple random sampling technique with the sample object in this research being outpatient medical record documents totaling 100 documents and 15 medical record officers. Based on the result of the research, the effect of the timeliness of providing outpatient medical records on the effectiveness of medical record services at the Majalaya Regional General Hospital was 84,2%. In the provision of outpatient medical records, there are 28 documents (28%) on time and 72 documents (72%) not on time, and the average time for providing medical records as a whole is about 20,15 minutes.From the research conducted, there are several problems : (1) there is still an inaccuracy in the time of providing outpatient medical records, (2) the timing of providing outpatient medical records is not in accordance with SPM, (3) and not optimal supervision of medical record documents. The suggestions given to the hospital : (1) coordinating with medical record officers to be more careful, thorough, fast and precise in storing or providing medical records, (2) conducting socialization with medical record officers about the importance of SPM when providing outpatient medical records on the effectiveness of service, (3) conducting routine evaluations related to the supervision of medical record documents.

Abstract

Health workers have an important role in implementation the Covid-19 vaccination to provide health services in accordance with service standards, professional standards, and standard operating procedures. This study aims to determine the role of PMIK in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination to support the health information system at Bhayangkara Tk.II Sartika Asih Hospital Bandung. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are direct observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data taken in this study is the list of daily vaccine administrations and the number of monthly vaccines from March to May 2022. The results of the research show that the role of PMIK in the implementation of Covid-19 vaccination is in accordance with the competency standards that have been set to support the health information system. There were several problems found, namely: 1) The flow of the Covid-19 vaccination implementation which was still using the 4-table flow. 2) at the registration section there are vaccine participants who drop out due to time constraints. Suggestions that can be given are: 1) Hospitals should implement a simplification of the vaccination flow. 2) Good communication between officers and participants of Covid-19 vaccination is required. Abstract

This study aims to design and build a medical resume service information system to support BPJS files using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut Kota Bandung. A medical resume is a summary of the whole time care and treatment of patients carried out by the involved healthcare workers. This medical resume will be used as a request for one of BPJS hospital requirements. The use of information technology at this time must continue to grow to create quality information in hospitals. The design method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with data collection methods using observation techniques and software development methods using Waterfall method through the stages of analysis, requirements, system design, code, and implementation. The medical resume information system for BPJS claims at Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut Kota Bandung is not yet computerized and is still done by hand, making it less efficient. Therefore, we need a more efficient information system to make it easier for medical record officers to check the completeness of medical records. If there is an unclear medical record, the medical record officers can immediately hand it back to the doctor in charge to complete it again. With this information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the medical record officers to check the completeness of medical records quickly and efficiently so that BPJS claim processes are not hampered.Keywords: BPJS, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Completeness of Medical Resume, Information System, Waterfall.

Abstract

During a pandemic, BPJS Health increased digital-based innovation to make it easier to provide services to participants. One of them is an online queue system that is integrated into the Mobile-JKN application, making it easy for participants to access services at health facilities. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between patient satisfaction with BPJS Kesehatan participants and online registration for the use of the Mobile-JKN application at Pratama Salma in November–December 2022. This research is analytic in nature, using primary and secondary data with a total sample of 30 BPJS participant patients' health at Pratama Salma Clinic in March–October 2022. From the results of the study it can be seen that 12 respondents 40.0% percent of BPJS Health Participating Patients are dissatisfied, most of the use of the Mobile application registration - Easy JKN is 12 respondents 40.0 percent while BPJS Health Participant Patients satisfied as many as 18 respondents 60.0 percent the majority use the Mobile application registration - JKN is easy as many as 10 respondents 33.3 percent, and the minority uses the Mobile application registration - JKN is not easy as many as 8 respondents 26.7 percent. The conclusion is expected: health workers will further improve communication and outreach in providing information, especially the advantages and disadvantages of using the mobile application for online registration (JKN).
