This journal is intended as a medium of scientific study to communicate health information in the form of vision, reflection, conceptual thinking, research results, interesting experiences in the field, and critical analysis studies. In 2017 infokes existed as a printed journal with ISSN 2597-7776 with time published twice a year namely June and December. 2019 is the beginning of a new history of infokes to be present as an online journal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This topic was choosen aimed to literature review medical information release and claims Covid-19 patient care costs in hospitasl. Type of review used with literature review methods. Data source used is a secondary data source obtained through Google and Google Scholar, choosed by inclusion criteria. The literature review is based on two journals about releasing medical information for patient financing. The results of the literature review in the two journals, there are similarities in the application of the procedure for the release of medical information, namely that there are still inconsistencies in: 1) The third party applicant does not include a power of attorney and incomplete filling of medical records, especially the medical resume form 2) The officer is not careful to re-examine the completeness filling out requests for medical information so that it can affect the confidentiality of medical records. Recommendations given include: 1) Further researchers can use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using triagulation data collection techniques between observation, interviews, and documentation that the information required is in accordance with the research 2) For further researchers, they must use indicators for the release of medical information, namely procedures for requesting medical information, requesting parties, medical information makers, forms, and delivery of medical information that the release of medical information can be known in accordance with the provisions as evaluation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to review physiotherapy management in case of frozen shoulder dextra with modalities ultrasound diathermy (us) and codman pendulum exercise. The research methods that were used is qualitative research methods with data accumulation techniques in the form of interview and inspection health status. This research was conducted in the Physiotherapy Unit with 1 person sample, namely frozen shoulder dextra patient who visited RSUD Cibabat Cimahi at the research time. The results research showed developments with ultrasound diathermy (us) which helped reduce pain and codman pendulum exercise which helped increase range of motion and muscle strength. After 6 time therapy, obtained the result of a decrease in motionless pain shoulder dextra T1 (1,4) to T6 (0), press pain T1 (2,3) to T6 (0), motion pain T1 (5,7) to T6 (1,3). The increase active range of motion shoulder dextra flexion T1 (147º) to T6 (180º), extension T1 (34º) to T6 (45º), endorotation T1 (83º) to T6 (90º), exorotation T1 (45º) to T6 (60º), abduction T1 (157º) to T6 (177º), adduction T1 (33º) to T6 (45º). The increase of muscle strength shoulder dextra flexion T1 (3) to T6 (5), extension T1 (3) to T6 (4), endorotation T1 (3) to T6 (5), exorotation T1 (4) to T6 (5), abduction T1 (2) to T6 (5), adduction T1 (2) to T6 (4). For optimize result therapy patient are advised to reduce activities of carrying heavy burden that focuses on the right shoulder.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build information system of index address an outpatient using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Bengkulu. The data were collected from doing an internship, observing, interviewing, and library study. The research method used is waterfall method with Data Flow Diagram as software program. The programming language used Microsoft Access 2010, and the software testing used Blackbox method. There some problems of this research (1) There is no system of information like program or application index address outpatient. (2) The report processing of index address outpatient still uses Microsoft Excel which causes less effective, lot of mistakes, and takes a long time to be recorded. There are some suggestions which the author gave; (1) It is needed to design and build the information system of index address outpatient so that the data processing will be effective and efficient. (2) The software or specific application needs to be built so that the processing of data will not take long time. Abstract

This research aims to make design of system information design by quantitative analysis of medical records inpatient in Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Kota Bengkulu.The method used in this research is qualitative research method which is a direct research method, such as data collection, field study and literature study, which is related to research problem, while software development using waterfall method with unified modeling language (UML) as design of software. Programming language used is PHP and database used is MySQL. Based on the research, various problems are found: quantitative analysis of medical records is not well computerized and reports have not been implemented properly. The suggestions given are: 1) the design of information system of quantitative analysis of medical record to optimize quantitative medical record analysis and recapitulation report of result of quantitative analysis, 2) maintain and develop information system of quantitative analysis of medical record and 3) follow up to doctors or an officer for completing an incomplete medical record form. Abstract

The research aimed to know the information system design baby immunization services using microsoft visual studio 2010 at Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Bengkulu. The research method was the qualitative method in descriptive approach with waterfall development method. Data collection techniques was used by observation, interview and completed with a literate study which had relation with the main issues. The problem that were found from the research are: (1) the time required by employees is long enough, because the problem that often occur on the system; (2) there was no computerized system of Baby Immunization services Information which better; (3) preparing activity Baby Immunization Services Information system reports hampered because the program is not working properly.The suggestion given were by : (1) Designing the Baby Immunization Services Information system to improve the quality of health services; (2) Need an better application that can supports the process of Baby Immunization Services Information system and facilitate the process of manufacture Maternal And Child Health Services Information system; (3) Evaluated the Baby Immunization Services Information system so that employees know their duties and obligations in completing the report of . Abstract

This study aims to determine the design of an outpatient registration information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the Cijagra Lama Public Health Center, Bandung City. The research method used is a qualitative approach supported by data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and internet studies. The development method used is the waterfall method which is assisted by the design of Data Flow Diagrams. This system is made on a desktop basis that uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language and uses the Microsoft Office Access 2013 database. The problem that often occurs is the length of registration is closely related to the service process because the registration system is often problematic so that it hampers the registration process. design. ( 2 ) Integration of health information systems in order to obtain efficient and effective performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an information systems johson barber graphs using Microsoft visual studio 2013 at RSUD Sumedang. The research method used qualitative descriptive method with design model, while data collection techniques with observation, interview and literature study. Based on research done, information systems Johnson barber graphs is still manually. Therefore the new system created with Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, using My Sql database, using the software development waterfall model, so the user in this case is the officer, just simply input data in the form that has been provided and the data can be directly in the process so get desired results. The suggestions provided are: 1) making computerized Johnson barber graphs information systems, which can reduce weaknesses during implementation of the manual systems, and 2) planning maintenance and care sustainable development of the system. Abstract

This study aims to find out the design of the medical record retention information system of inpatients at Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Kota Bengkulu. Data collection techniques are done by means of observation and interview, while the method of software development using is the waterfall model method. The design of a medical record retention information system refers to the processing of data retention until the creation of a report. System design methods use Flowmap, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and are implemented with microsoft visual programming language Basic.Net using Visual Studio 2010 software and Microsoft Access as DBMS (Database Management System). Based on the results of the analysis that has been done on the medical record retention system implemented at Kebonjati Hospital can be concluded as follows: (1) The medical record retention system that runs today still uses a manual system so that the implementation of retention is less effective and efficient. (2) Not optimal medical record retention information system because in the selection of inactivated files, officers must see one by one the last date of treatment on the active medical record rack, then if the patient file is categorized as inactive, then the file is separated, inputted and stored in an inactivated room. Abstract

Research aimed to design of visit outpatient to support reporting LB4 information system by using Object Oriented Method.The research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and literature study. The method of development system is the waterfall method. Problems found by the writer’s during the research that is officer have difficulty in the form of recording reports that much be done not optimal and officers to fill out the report at the time of patient registration so that the occurrence of patient accumulation and late submission of reports. The suggestions given is the need for a system of visits outpatient to support reporting LB4 and MySQL as the database and is expected to solve existing problems.\ Keywords: Design, Information System, Outpatient, LB4 Reporting.

Abstract

The study aims to design and build a BPJS referral patient information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the health center level. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are through observation and literature studies. Software development methods use the waterfall method with Data Flow Diagram (DFD) as software design. From the results of the research conducted found the following problems: 1) Bpjs referral patient data processing still uses manual systems, 2) Record the report still uses Microsoft Excel,3)The input process has not worked properly due to lack of Human Resources. The advice given is: 1) Make the design of bpjs referral patient information system integrated at the same time can make reports effectively and efficiently, 2) Add Human Resources.
