Abstract

Very tight competition in the world of banking services business has forced banking service companies to compete for the hearts of customers. Every company wants to maintain its presence in customers in order to survive and expand market share. To be able to entering the market, the company is required to meet customer needs by improving services. Bank bjb Syariah Braga Branch Office preparing staff employees who are able to handle their customers, which is usually called customer service. Customer service has the main task of providing services and fostering good relations with customers, therefore Bank bjb Syariah Braga Branch Office makes a special strategy so that customers feel comfortable so that it affects the number of customers who come to the office because of the services provided by customer service. The problem in this research is how the strategy of customer service in providing services to customers and the efforts that affect customer service at Bank bjb Syariah Braga Branch Office. The purpose of this research is to determine the strategy of customer service in providing services to customers and the efforts that affect customer service at Bank bjb Syariah Braga Branch Office. In this study the authors used qualitative research by using this research to produce descriptive data. Overall, it can be concluded from this research that it shows that the customer service strategy in providing services to customers, namely, competence (competence), trusted & trust (trust and be trusted), honesty (honesty), service excellent (excellent service), and innovation (change). As well as the efforts made by customer service in increasing the number of customers, the first is seven new accounts in one day, the second is cross selling, the third is roll play and the last is shopper. Thus, based on the results of this study, it is expected that the customer service of Bank bjb Syariah Braga Branch Office can improve good service to customers.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, every organization or company in the form of private or government, of course, has both short-term and long-term goals to be achieved through the activities it undertakes. In an organization or company, leadership is an important factor. In carrying out its duties, the Public Order and Community Peace Sector, the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Bandung becomes the spearhead in the implementation of Enforcement of Regional Regulations. because in this field it is more in direct contact with the community and regional regulation violators. The leadership factor on employee performance is needed, so that the quality of employee performance continues to improve, of course this is done with good leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership carried out by the Head of Public Order and Public Peace of the Civil Service Police Unit in Bandung City. The data were collected using interviews and questionnaires, analyzed using descriptive and regression techniques. While the program used to manage data uses SPSS(Statistics Program for Social Science) version 23. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that the leadership carried out by the Head of Public Order and Public Peace of the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Bandung has gone well, the recapitulation results show that leadership is measured based on the elements of leadership amounting to 4,228 or 72.89%. This is included in the high category. Meanwhile, employee performance is measured based on employee performance dimensions of 2,931 or 72.19%. This is included in the high category. Based on these results, it can be said that the performance of employees in the field of Public Order and Public Peace of the Bandung Civil Service Police Unit is quite positive.

Abstract

The level of Human Resources (HR) in government and private institutions can be seen from the performance of employees in providing effective and efficient services to the community. Employee performance is the result of work (work achievements) in quantity and quality that has been achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities that have been given to him. Public service in kelurahan is a government function in carrying out and providing basic rights that are understood by all components of society as the right to be able to enjoy a dignified life. Therefore, employee performance greatly influences the quality of service in government, so this study analyzes employee performance on community satisfaction in the urban village of Bandung. The research method used is research using quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. The results of the research produced are that employee performance greatly influences the quality of services carried out in the Cicaheum Village, Bandung City.

Abstract

Leadership is a process carried out by a leader or chairman in influencing others. Jobs that are influenced by one's leadership style will affect the results of employee performance in an organization. Leaders must have principles in their leadership, such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration. Therefore, the leadership carried out will affect the performance of existing employees in government. The better the function of a leadership that is carried out, it will have a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, the influence of the quality of employee performance can occur according to the leadership management carried out on employees. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis and verification with a quantitative approach. In this study there are two variables, namely the variable leadership style (X) and the effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the data are presented using a Likert scale from the results of the questionnaire respondents with 60 employees and processed through descriptive data analysis techniques. The hypothesis to be tested in this study relates to whether or not there is a significant influence between the independent or independent variables on the dependent or independent variables. The results of the study obtained that there is an influence of leadership on employee performance in the Di District Office, Bandung City, is acceptable because it is supported by facts from the field.

Abstract

The role of human resources in government is a very important element in running the government. Human resource management in government is very important as an effort in the relevance between capabilities and fields that are carried out, so that there is no imbalance between abilities and duties and obligations that must be carried out. The progress or failure of an organization depends on the management or management of human resources. Therefore, existing human resources will affect the achievement of work goals and the response of society. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the data collected will be processed numerically and described based on the processed data that has been tested. The research subjects that have been determined are the people around the Solokan Jeruk District, Bandung Regency. The research population taken in this study was 60 people. This study has two variables that are the focus of research, namely the human resource variable (X) and community satisfaction variable (Y). The hypothesis to be tested in this study relates to whether or not there is a significant influence between the independent or independent variables on the dependent or independent variables. The results of this study obtained a score of human resources and community satisfaction in the Good category. These results state that there is an influence of human resources on community satisfaction in Solokan Jeruk District, Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This scientific paper discusses the phenomenon of public policy, namely the policy of working from home (Work From Home) due to the co-19 pandemic. The author's purpose in choosing this title is because the Covid-19 pandemic is not only about health problems or prolonged transmission of the virus which results in death, but also about service, physiological, communication, psychological problems, and the tendency to overuse gadgets. This policy that has been regulated by the government by working from home (Work From Home) is in order to reduce cases of contracting the Covid-19 virus and can reduce the death rate which continues to grow, other policies regulated by the government also require every citizen to take vaccinations. Of course the work from home policy has advantages and disadvantages in several aspects of life and work. This scientific work seeks to provide an analysis of the Work From Home phenomenon during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought major changes to all levels of society in various aspects, including the socio-cultural aspects. The Covid-19 pandemic forced restrictions on social activities between individuals, giving rise to habits that were different from their previous lives. In other words, this pandemic has given rise to a new societal culture to respond to existing policies of limiting social activities. The results of the author's analysis, the Covid-19 pandemic is still happening today.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Bandung City Government regarding services at Cibarunai TPU in Managing Cemetery Land. This study uses a quantitative method through a descriptive approach as part of the response research of an employee at TPU Cibarunai. This study also uses a non-probability sampling technique with a total of 10-15 informants. The results of this study aim to determine the role of the Bandung City government in Cibarunai TPU services in managing Cemetery Land. which is still not optimal in carrying out the division of existing land and officers who are still lacking in socializing directly with the surrounding community so that there are many problems or obstacles that exist. The role of the Regional Government of the City of Bandung as a provider of land is not only as a community service institution but in a democratic society it has a main role, namely providing infrastructure and facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of public service employees in the Performance Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency. The sample in this study was all the village employees of Harapankarya and Karya Utama in the Performance Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was based on the census sampling method, where all members of the population were sampled. The research approach used is descriptive-quantitative. Data collection techniques using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS for Windows Release 22 program. Based on the calculation results, if tcount > ttable is 4.133 > 2.073 and Fcount > Ftable is 17.085 > 4.320 with a significant level of 0.00 ˂ 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that variable X (work motivation) has a positive effect on variable Y (employee performance). It can be concluded that work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of public service employees in the Performance Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency. This shows that employee performance is determined by the level of work motivation possessed; the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Employee Work Discipline and Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Lengkong Village Hall Office, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. A survey method with a quantitative approach was used, and 15 residents who used village office services were selected as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires to evaluate public perceptions of employee discipline and the quality of public services. The results of the analysis show that employee work discipline has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. Employees who uphold discipline are able to provide better and professional service. In addition, the quality of public services also has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. Friendly, responsive, efficient, and accurate service increases community satisfaction. However, this study also identified several problems in the quality of public services that need to be addressed to increase public satisfaction. It is hoped that this article can help readers understand and explore information about how important the influence of work discipline and the quality of public services on public satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Leadership of the Head of Foundation on the Management of the Bakti Anak Shaleh Insan Teladan Foundation (YABASIT). This research was cunducted at the YABASIT. Using a sample of 21 volunteers (employees) who work at the YABASIT, data was collected using a questionnaire and interviews (interviews). Based on the results of the regression calculation, it can be concluded that the coefficient value of variable influence of leadership is 4,051. The regression coefficient X of 0,883 states that for each additional value of the Leadership indicator, the Foundation Management indicator increases by 0,883. Based on the value of tcount = 9,088 > ttable = 2,093, so H0 is rejected and it can be conclude that there is a significant influencce of the Leadership of the Foundation on Foundation Management at the YABASIT.
