Abstract

Audit delay masih menjadi tantangan di sektor energi karena karakteristiknya yang padat modal dan berisiko tinggi, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan kepercayaan investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan komite audit terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan sektor energi di BEI periode 2019–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatoris dengan purposive sampling, menghasilkan sampel 23 perusahaan (115 observasi). Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap audit delay, sedangkan solvabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan. Komite audit terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kesimpulannya, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan dapat menjadi sinyal ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan. Perusahaan dengan tingkat solvabilitas tinggi perlu meningkatkan kesiapan dokumen auditnya, sementara evaluasi efektivitas komite audit sebaiknya lebih difokuskan pada kualitas kinerja dibandingkan sekadar jumlah anggota.

Abstract

Fokus utama riset ini adalah mengeksplorasi determinan produktivitas pegawai di sektor industri vulkanisir ban yang minim sorotan literatur empiris, dengan mengambil lokasi studi spesifik di CV. Very Jaya Sumobito Jombang. Mengadopsi desain kuantitatif via metode sensus, penelitian ini melibatkan keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 31 personel sebagai responden tanpa kecuali. Instrumen kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang telah tervalidasi digunakan untuk akuisisi data, yang selanjutnya diproses melalui rangkaian uji prasyarat klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis statistik mengungkap temuan spesifik: sementara motivasi dan kedisiplinan berbanding lurus secara signifikan dengan peningkatan kinerja, variabel lingkungan kerja justru menunjukkan korelasi negatif yang signifikan. Hal ini menyiratkan sebuah anomali bahwa karakteristik fisik area kerja vulkanisir yang padat karya dan berisiko tinggi berpotensi mendegradasi performa kerja jika tidak dimitigasi secara adaptif. Secara kolektif, ketiga elemen tersebut terbukti memegang peran vital terhadap fluktuasi kinerja. Studi ini memperkaya literatur MSDM dengan menekankan urgensi penerapan strategi manajemen yang kontekstual terhadap tantangan fisik industri

Abstract

This study investigates how entrepreneurship studies and environmental conditioning predict attitudes toward entrepreneurial intention among university students in Rivers State, addressing rising unemployment. Using a cross-sectional survey and purposive sampling, data from 230 students across four tertiary institutions were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that entrepreneurship studies and environmental conditioning jointly (R² = .477, p < .001) and independently (entrepreneurship studies: β = .438, p < .001; environmental conditioning: β = .401, p < .001) significantly predicted attitudes toward entrepreneurial intention. Conclusively, both factors are excellent predictors of entrepreneurial attitudes. Therefore, the study recommends that universities and government agencies make entrepreneurship education more practical and engaging to encourage graduates toward self-employment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sekaligus sampel sebanyak 68 pegawai melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Namun, secara parsial hanya komitmen kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,286 mengindikasikan bahwa 28,6% variabel OCB dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara 71,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan OCB dalam organisasi pemerintahan lebih efektif dilakukan melalui penguatan komitmen kerja, seperti internalisasi nilai organisasi, peningkatan loyalitas, dan keterlibatan pegawai dalam mendukung tujuan institusi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan brand image terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Scarlett Whitening dengan konteks konsumen di Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang datanya diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67,2% dalam menjelaskan variasi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk Scarlett Whitening, yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar keputusan konsumen untuk berminat membeli dipengaruhi oleh kekuatan citra merek serta efektivitas penggunaan selebriti sebagai endorser. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pemasaran dengan memperkaya kajian mengenai peran strategi celebrity endorsement dan pembentukan brand image dalam meningkatkan minat beli pada merek kosmetik lokal di Indonesia. Secara praktis, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan kosmetik perlu menyeimbangkan strategi promosi berbasis selebriti dengan penguatan identitas merek guna meningkatkan daya tarik produk sekaligus mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how product design and pricing influence consumer purchasing decisions related to the Rucas brand on Instagram, given the increasingly fierce competition in the local fashion sector. The uniqueness of this study lies in its emphasis on the local brand Rucas, which largely uses Instagram for marketing, a topic that has not been widely explored through empirical studies. This study uses an associative quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents who have purchased Rucas products in the past year. Data were collected using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS 27. The results showed that product design had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t = 5.574; p < 0.001), price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t = 7.687; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, product design and price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F value of 111.160 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.696. These findings indicate that Rucas consumers on Instagram consider visual aspects of product design and affordability in their purchasing decisions. This research contributes to the development of digital marketing studies and consumer behavior in the local social media-based fashion industry.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of sharia fintech services in increasing access to financing for MSMEs in Padang Pariaman Regency amidst limited capital, low financial literacy, and the complexity of conventional financing procedures. The novelty of the study lies in the analysis of the integration of sharia principles with digital technology in the context of semi-rural MSMEs and the direct experiences of users of sharia fintech services. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Twelve research informants were selected purposively based on their direct involvement in the use and management of sharia fintech services. The informants consisted of seven MSMEs who had used sharia fintech services for at least one year, three representatives of sharia fintech platforms actively channeling financing to MSMEs in West Sumatra, and two officials from the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office of Padang Pariaman Regency who were involved in micro-enterprise empowerment programs. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The research findings show that Islamic fintech can improve access to financing for MSMEs through fast digital processes, simple requirements, and flexible services. User trust is built through Sharia compliance, margin transparency, and the presence of a Sharia Supervisory Board. However, low digital literacy and a limited understanding of contracts remain major barriers to service utilization. This study concludes that Islamic fintech has the potential to expand financial inclusion for MSMEs if supported by digital education, strengthening Sharia contract literacy, adequate technological infrastructure, and synergy between local governments and Islamic fintech service providers.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the Umrah travel industry requires service providers to continuously improve service quality in order to maintain pilgrims' interest. Previous studies generally discuss service quality in a broad context, while limited research specifically examines personalized service strategies and technology-based services in local Umrah travel agencies. This study aims to analyze efforts to improve service quality in increasing the interest of Umrah pilgrims at Sultan Trip Holidays Bukittinggi. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that pilgrims' interest is influenced by several main strategies, including the recruitment of professional and responsive human resources, continuous staff training, empathy-based services, accessible digital information services, and the provision of comfortable travel facilities. The study highlights that the combination of personalized services and the utilization of technology serves as a distinguishing factor that strengthens pilgrims' trust and interest in Sultan Trip Holidays.

Abstract

This study examines forecasting the Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) of West Sulawesi Province as an indicator of farmer welfare. Its urgency is grounded in historical volatility, where the NTP fluctuated between 100.36 in July 2022 and 158.28 in December 2024. Using monthly time-series data from January 2019 to March 2026, the analysis applies the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) approach. The Augmented Dickey-Fuller test confirms stationarity at the first difference with a p-value of 0.0000. ARIMA (3,1,1) was selected as the optimal model due to having the lowest AIC (5.372010) and SC (5.486165) values. Projections indicate a gradual NTP increase from 121.96 in April 2026 to 128.45 in December 2027. These findings provide an empirical foundation for the local government to formulate preventive policies, specifically input price stabilization and optimized subsidy distribution, to protect farmers purchasing power and long-term farmer welfare.

Abstract

Digital social media environments have increasingly become informal spaces where entrepreneurs exchange experiences, operational reflections, and business survival strategies through peer interaction. However, previous studies have predominantly emphasized formal entrepreneurial education, institutional mentoring, or structured online communities, while organically emerging peer-to-peer entrepreneurial learning within public social media discussions remains underexplored. This study aims to examine how entrepreneurial learning is socially constructed among SME owners through interaction within a public Facebook Reel discussion. The study employed a qualitative descriptive content analysis approach using comments extracted through web scraping. From 789 initial comments, 312 comments were purposively selected and analyzed based on their experiential relevance. The findings reveal several dominant entrepreneurial learning themes, including financial discipline, employee management, strategic business growth, operational competence, and customer orientation. The study further demonstrates that digital communities function not only as communication platforms but also as informal entrepreneurial learning ecosystems that strengthen adaptive awareness, experiential reflection, and peer-based business learning among SME owners.
