Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow products on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The study employed a quantitative approach involving 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The respondents met the following criteria: consumers aged 15–44 years, had purchased Glad2Glow products through Shopee at least once, and owned a Shopee account through which they independently made purchases, enabling them to evaluate the product quality and brand image. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 27. The results indicate that, partially, product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions (t = 0.844; p = 0.401), whereas brand image has a positive and significant effect (t = 5.065; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, product quality and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F = 67.123; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.581 indicates that product quality and brand image explain 58.1% of the variance in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study is limited by its relatively small sample size and its focus solely on consumers who have purchased and used Glad2Glow products through the Shopee platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of price, brand image, and social media influencers on OMG lipstick purchase decisions among female students at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. This quantitative study involved 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, with data collected through a five-point Likert questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 16 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analyses. The results show that price does not significantly affect purchase decisions (t = 0.708; Sig. = 0.481), while brand image (t = 4.569; Sig. = 0.000) and social media influencers (t = 4.962; Sig. = 0.000) have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect purchase decisions (F = 42.990; Sig. = 0.000), with the model explaining 57.3% of the variance in purchase decisions. The novelty of this study lies in examining these three factors simultaneously among female students of Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah using OMG lipstick as the research object, while empirically identifying brand image and social media influencers as more influential than price in this research context.

Abstract

Economic growth is a key indicator of regional development success, influenced by various macroeconomic factors, including inflation and interest rates. This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation and interest rates on the economic growth of East Java Province during the 2011–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analysis utilized classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that inflation has a positive but insignificant effect (coefficient: 0.196; significance: 0.173), whereas interest rates have a positive and significant effect (coefficient: 0.294; significance: 0.044). Simultaneously, both variables exert a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.015 and an R-squared value of 0.537. The findings suggest that interest rates play a more substantial role than inflation in influencing economic growth in East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of cooperatives in boosting the local economy in Bondowoso Regency and to identify the factors that support or hinder this role. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing literature review methods and secondary data analysis. Primary data sources include the Bondowoso Regency Statistics Agency (BPS), the Bondowoso Regency Government, the Bondowoso Regency "Satu Data" (One Data) portal, and relevant scientific journal articles. The findings indicate a generally positive trend in cooperative development in Bondowoso, evidenced by an increase in the number of cooperatives and their members. During the 2020–2025 period, the number of cooperative units in Bondowoso Regency rose from 952 to 1,194—an increase of 242 units, representing a growth rate of 25.42%. Quantitatively, this growth reflects an expansion of cooperative institutions in the region. However, the increase in the number of cooperatives does not fully mirror a rise in community participation. During the same period, the total membership actually declined from 96,052 in 2020 to 95,876 in 2025—a decrease of 176 individuals, or a change of 0.18%. Institutional strengthening and digitalization are essential to optimize the contribution of cooperatives to the local economy.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between digitalization and the operational efficiency, profitability, and financing risk of Sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. Its novelty lies in the integrated analysis of BOPO, ROA, and NPF to identify an "efficiency-first" pattern without claiming mediation. The study employs an explanatory quantitative design based on panel data, covering 30 bank-year observations from six Sharia commercial banks over the 2021–2025 period, using fixed-effects estimation. Digitalization is proxied by the ratio of intangible assets to total assets. Based on conventional standard errors, digitalization is negatively associated with BOPO (p = 0.0070), positively but insignificantly associated with ROA (p = 0.0766), and positively associated with NPF (p = 0.0215). However, diagnostic and robustness tests—including leverage analysis, leave-one-bank-out analysis, and wild cluster bootstrapping with full enumeration across six clusters—reveal that the associations with BOPO and NPF do not persist after correcting for the very small number of clusters. These results are also largely driven by a single bank that exhibited extreme values in 2021. Consequently, the "efficiency-first" pattern serves as an initial exploratory signal rather than an established statistical association. Evaluations of digital investments need to integrate indicators regarding usage, efficiency, monetization, financing quality, and risk governance.

Abstract

This article explains how operational integration links automation and workforce capability to sustained operational efficiency. The study applies an integrative literature review and conceptual synthesis of 32 journal articles published from 2016 to 2026, selected based on construct relevance, traceable metadata, methodological transparency, and evidence proximity. The synthesis proposes two indirect paths. First, automation influences sustained operational efficiency through operational integration. Second, workforce capability influences sustained operational efficiency through operational integration. Partial mediation is the main theoretical expectation because both antecedents may also generate direct benefits. Sustained operational efficiency comprises persistent reductions in process costs, cycle time, resource use, defects, and rework without compromising quality and reliability. Islamic management serves as an ethical lens for assessing itqan, accountability, and waste avoidance rather than as a causal variable. This conceptual model requires longitudinal and multisource validation.

Abstract

The phenomenon motivating this article is the expansion of formal Sharia-compliance and governance structures while governance-performance evidence remains inconsistent across studies and jurisdictions. The article explains the Sharia compliance trap, a condition in which formal conformity is not yet converted into substantive practice and organizational value. Using a structured integrative literature review, 39 substantive peer-reviewed sources were analyzed; 27 were published in 2021-2026, while older studies were retained when foundational to form-substance and governance arguments. The synthesis used concept coding, relationship mapping, and contradiction mapping. The evidence indicates that formal compliance does not generate a uniform performance premium; transparency operates mainly through conditional and indirect visibility, accountability, and trust pathways; accountability links information to responsibility and corrective action; and Sharia audit functions as anti-decoupling assurance. The article's novelty is a substantive compliance transmission framework grounded primarily in institutional theory, supported by stakeholder, accountability, assurance, and maqasid perspectives. Sharia compliance should therefore be evaluated by its capacity to change processes and outcomes rather than by checklist completion alone.

Abstract

Fresh-produce retail requires integrated management of quality, price, access, and communication. This study maps publicly documented marketing practices of PT Laskar Buah Indonesia into the 4P marketing mix and examines implications for customer acquisition and retention. A qualitative descriptive approach used a narrative literature review and public-document analysis. From 32 candidate articles, 14 peer-reviewed studies published in 2021–2025 were retained after relevance screening. The documented practices map to product, price, place, and promotion. Literature highlights the relevance of freshness, perceived value, service quality, channel integration, and satisfaction to continuance and loyalty. The study contributes evidence-based mapping and managerial indicators without claiming causal relationships for the company.

Abstract

This study examines digital gold investment trends and their relationship with the investment interest and behavior of millennials and Generation Z in Indonesia. A structured integrative literature review was conducted on 48 selected sources, comprising 35 peer-reviewed articles published in 2020–2026, six foundational articles, six official or regulatory documents, and one theoretical book. Thematic synthesis identified six recurring themes: ease of use, usefulness and flexibility, gold characteristics, financial literacy, social-media influence, and platform security and legality. The evidence indicates that digital convenience expands access, while decision quality remains associated with knowledge, risk perception, information credibility, and legal verification. The study concludes that digital gold growth should be accompanied by transparent costs and risks, clear legal-status verification, and digital financial literacy emphasizing source evaluation.
