Abstract

Green eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is one of the horticultural products classified as a vegetable with high water and dietary fiber content but low calories, as it contains calcium, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins A, B, and C, phosphorus, and iron. The development of agriculture using red-yellow podzolic soil as a planting medium for eggplants faces several challenges, particularly due to the poor physical and chemical properties of the soil. Efforts to improve the condition of red-yellow podzolic soil (RYP) to make it suitable for the growth and development of eggplants include adding organic matter to the soil. The organic material can be provided in the form of solid organic fertilizer.This study aims to evaluate the effect of solid organic fertilizer on RYP soil for green eggplant growth and to determine the optimal frequency of solid organic fertilizer application on RYP soil for green eggplant growth. The experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments consisted of different solid fertilizer doses (X): X0 (control, no treatment), X1 (100 g/plant), X2 (200 g/plant), X3 (300 g/plant), and X4 (400 g/plant). The observed variables included plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), number of fruits, and fruit weight (g). The application of solid organic fertilizer yielded positive results for green eggplant production.

Abstract

The purpose of this Final Paper is to find out how to control the supply of raw materials at Resto Niswa, to find out the problems of controlling raw material supplies at Resto Niswa. The object of this research is Resto Niswa. The research method uses a Quantitative Descriptive method. From the results of the study it was concluded that raw material inventory control using the EOQ and POQ methods can minimize inventory costs and the frequency of ordering raw materials, where the EOQ method produces raw material inventories with a quantity of 12,857 Kg and a total inventory of RP. 13,509,949 with 7 frequency orders. Meanwhile, according to the POQ method, it produces a total inventory of 3,390 kg of raw materials with an ordering frequency of 2 times and a total inventory of Rp. 3,562,027. To Simplify inventory calculations, you can use the POM – QM application for windows.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see if the dialect continum phenomenon is also present happened in Sarawak. The language that is the focus of the study is the Bidayuh language, especially the Bidayuh Biatah dialect and subdialects spoken in  the Padawan area, Sarawak. The research methodology that has been used  in  this study is, research field by interviewing 12 informants from three villages which are different, as well as corpus data, by using a word list book. This study will analyze and discuss the differences in terms of semantics ie focusing on synonyms, hyponyms, as well as homophones and phonological differences that is, focusing on the dropping and diftongong found in each village This research has indirectly proved and supports the opinion of how the distance factor plays an important role which causes the  emergence of many dialects and subdialects in a language.

Abstract

Puisi modern China, sebagai genre sastra yang penting, merangkumi karya puitis dari akhir Dinasti Qing (akhir abad ke-19) hingga waktu kini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneroka ekspresi dan refleksi kemanusiaan dalam puisi modern China. Dengan metodologi psikologi sastra dan kajian literatur perbandingan, penulis memilih beberapa penyair China modern dan menganalisis karya berkaitan secara mendalam, termasuk Lu Xun, Guo Moruo, Xu Zhimo, Bei Dao, Yu Guangzhong, Shu Ting, Gu Cheng dan Hai Zi, boleh mendedahkan keberbagaian gaya dan ketelitian mengindahkan dalam puisi modern China sementara itu menyatakan dan merenung sifat kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Mungguk Village is a small village located in Sekadau Regency. With a population of 9,315 people consisting of 4,787 men and 4,528 women, this is certainly not a small number. Seeing these numbers and information makes us want to help the community in the agricultural sector, it is hoped that this research can help housewives and people who want to utilize narrow land in their yards as agricultural land. This study aims to determine the water and nutrient needs of AB Mix for hydroponic kale plants. The average water requirement for hydroponic kale plants with ideal growth during growth requires 104 ml-110 ml of water/plant, P3 uses up 0.83 ml of nutrients/plant. The difference in dosage greatly affects the growth and shoots of plants, which greatly affects the production of kale plants. The more shoots the better because it will have an impact on the harvest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji tingkat efektivitas beberapa jenis atraktan dalam upaya pengendalian hama lalat buah (Bactrocera dorsalis Hend.) pada tanaman jambu biji. Percobaan disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan empat perlakuan, yaitu tanpa atraktan (kontrol), Methil Eugenol, Lem Rongit, dan Lem Leila, yang masing-masing diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Methil Eugenol berhasil menangkap lalat buah dalam jumlah paling banyak, dengan rata-rata 523,14 ekor, disusul Lem Rongit sebanyak 360,43 ekor, Lem Leila 236,14 ekor, dan perlakuan kontrol hanya 1,29 ekor. Dari hasil tersebut, atraktan Methil Eugenol terbukti paling efektif dan layak direkomendasikan untuk pengendalian hama lalat buah di lapangan.

Abstract

The multilingual work environment at PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (PT. IWIP) demands effective communication strategies for efficient interaction between employees. One of the strategies used is Code-Switching, which is the alternation of languages in a single conversation. This investigation aims to analyze the benefits, challenges, and strategies of using Code-Switching in the workplace of PT. IWIP. The study method used was a qualitative approach with observations and interviews of employees working in a multilingual environment. The results showed that Code-Switching can improve communication effectiveness, bridge cultural differences, and create a more inclusive work environment. However, challenges such as misunderstandings and lack of standardization of communication still need to be addressed. With proper implementation, Code-Switching can be a communication tool that supports productivity and work efficiency at PT. IWIP.
