Abstract

To be able to win the competition, companies must provide satisfaction to their customers by providing cheaper prices, attractive designs and good quality. This research was taken with the aim of finding out the influence of price, design and product quality on consumer satisfaction with Mutmainnah souvenir figures. This research has quantitative data with the type of research chosen being associative, then the primary data source is obtained from a Likert scale questionnaire as the research instrument. The research population is all consumers of the Mutmainnah souvenir shop in Bima City whose exact number is unknown (Unknown Population) with a sample of 50 people and using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and literature study. Then the data was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests. Hypothesis test results show that price, design and product quality influence consumer satisfaction at the Mutmainnah souvenir shop.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are important for a business, therefore business people have an obligation to pay attention to the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of location and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Toko Dilla. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research is all consumers who have shopped at the Dilla Store, the exact number of which is not known. The sample in this study was 96 people who had shopped at Toko Dilla, with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests. The results showed that the location and atmosphere of the store had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dilla Stores.

Abstract

The level of work ability plays an important role in an organization so that the goals of the organization are realized effectively and efficiently, for that both State Civil Servants (ASN) and honorary employees. This research aims to determine and analyze the work capabilities of ASN and honorary employees at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency. This type of research is comparative. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were all employees of the National Disaster Management Agency for the City of Bima, totaling 62 employees and the sample used was 30 civil servants and 30 honorary employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the quota sampling method. Data was collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests and independent sample t-tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the ability to work as civil servants and honorary workers at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency.

Abstract

Work motivation is the most important element that employees must have in the world of work because motivation is not only a driving force but also directs and strengthens employee behavior and performance. This research aims to determine and analyze work motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency. This type of research is comparative. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research was all employees of the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency, totaling 62 employees and the sample used was 30 permanent employees and 30 contract employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the quota sampling method. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity test, reliability test and independent sample t-test. The research results show that there is a significant difference in work motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan melalui tingkat pengembalian investasi dan laba residu yang diperoleh perusahaan. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tembakau yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020-2022.Jenis sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling. Adapun perusahaan yang menjadi objek dalam sensus sampling adalah Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), H.M Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP), Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (RMBA), dan Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (WIIM). Teknik yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam melakukan analisis data yaitu peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah ROI keempat perusahaan yang termasuk dalam industri tembakau masih berada dibawah rata-rata industri selama tahun 2020-2022. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor yaitu tingginya total aktiva yang tidak dibarengi dengan tingginya penjualan dalam perolehan lama. Meningkatnya jumlah aset yang tidak seimbang dengan jumlah laba yang diperoleh. Rendahnya receivable turnover perusahaan yang memperlihatkan rendahnya perputaran piutang yang mencerminkan kualitas piutang yang menurun. Selanjutnya Peningkatan beban pokok penjualan perusahaan yang lebih besar dibandingkan peningkatan penjualan perusahaan membuat nilai ROI menurun. Penilaian kinerja keuangan ditinjau dari sisi RI keempat perusahaan yang termasuk dalam industri tembakau yang terdiri dari Gudang Garam Tbk, H.M Sampoerna Tbk,  dan Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk bernilai negatif pada tahun 2020, 2021 dan 2022. Sedangkan perusahaan Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk ditahun 2021 bernilai positif. Residual income yang negatif disebabkan oleh nilai ROI berada dibawah WACC. Biaya modal melebihi laba operasi bersih setelah pajak pada periode tersebut, karena WACC mengalami peningkatan yang cukup drastis dari periode sebelumnya akibat penggunaan hutang bank yang meningkat ROI yang negatif menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan sub sektor tembakau secara keseluruhan belum mampu mengolah modal yang diinvestasikan guna mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal.

Abstract

Financial reports are products produced by accounting diciplines as a form of responsibility for the presentation of financial statements. Report Regional Government Finance (LKPD) is intended to meet general objectives fincancial reporting, as well as to meet the special needs of users. This study aims to determine the effect of government accounting standards, internal control system, human resource competency and style leadership on the quality of local government financial report. Sample used in this study BPKAD in Manokwari District, Method sampling used is purposive sampling with a sample as many as 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using analysis multiple regression. The results showed that human resources, government accounting standards and internal control system have a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports.

Abstract

Franchising is one way that can be done to provide business opportunities for business actors in the region. This study aims to find out what the characteristics, motivation and entrepreneurial skills are like as a support for the success of the Janji Jiwa Coffee Franchise business in Tomohon City. To achieve the research objectives, a qualitative approach was used by conducting online interviews with business owners, employees and customers. The results of this study indicate that business success can be seen from the addition of employees, increase in income, increase in the amount of production, increase in the number of means of production, job satisfaction, and consistency in work. The results of the study also found that there were indicators in entrepreneurial characteristics, such as attitude, character, intelligence, knowledge and consistency. Entrepreneurial motivation is measured through entrepreneurial encouragement, utilizing internal capacity, generating profits, and opening new jobs. The entrepreneurial skills can be seen from relational skills, decision-making skills, leadership skills, as well as managerial skills and creativity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference between the amount of the budget and its realization and the magnitude of the influence between the operating expense budget and the revenue budget on financial performance through a comparison between the two components of the budget at PT. Dunia Barusa Toyota Meulaboh in 2021-2022. The research method used is a quantitative method with a comparative approach. The research data was obtained by obtaining primary data directly from those who play a role in compiling the company's budget. In this study the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression to calculate the quantitative comparison of a change in the occurrence of variable X to other events (variable Y). In addition, hypothesis testing is also used which consists of analysis of the statistical t-test coefficients with the level of the test used is α = 0.05. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination, the operational cost budget and revenue budget have a strong relationship with Return on Assets (ROA). Based on statistical tests, it was concluded that partially the operational cost budget and revenue budget had a significant effect on financial performance at PT. Dunia Barusa Toyota Meulaboh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor luas lahan, harga, biaya produksi dan jumlah produksi terhadap pendapatan petani padi pada Desa Alue Rambong Kecamatan Peurelak Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 orang petani padi pada Desa Alue Rambong Kecamatan Peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple regression). Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,832 artinya 83,2 persen pendapatan petani padi di pengaruhi oleh variabel luas lahan, harga, biaya produksi dan jumlah produksi. Sedangkan 26,8 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Kemudian diperoleh Fhitung Ftabel  yaitu 7.436 1.189, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pengujian dengan menggunakan uji F mendukung hipotesis penelitian yang dikemukakan sebelumnya yang menyatakan luas lahan, harga, biaya produksi dan jumlah produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani padi pada Desa Alue Rambong Kecamatan Peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar di kelas XI SMA Negri 2 Bireuen. Indikator keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa yang tinggi. Berdasarka data empirik, diperoleh informasi bahwa hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Bireuen belum terlalu optimal. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah lingkungan belajar dan disiplin belajar siswa yang kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuntitatif asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang menanyakan dua hubungan variabel. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Bireuen dengan jumlah 203 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS dan MIA dengan jumlah 45 siswa. Dari hasil pengolahan data X dan Y : Diterima Ha bila t-hitung ≥ t-tabel dan diterima Ho bila t-htung ≤ t-tabel. Harga t-hitung yang diperoleh adalah 2,0714 ≥ 2,0153. Dengan demikian hipotesis alternative yang telah dirumuskan yaitu ”Adanya pengaruh positif lingkungan belajar dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Bireuen.
