Abstract

Communicating a brand message to the target audience is an important component of a marketing strategy. efficiency. Effective marketing communications occur when messages can be communicated precisely, easily understood, and without confusion. stay consistent across all marketing channels. Advertising is the main element in marketing strategy. Advertising aims to influence consumers to make purchases and increase company sales figures. So that advertising can achieve optimal results, advertising strategy is something that cannot be ignored. Marketing strategy is a strategy designed to increase sales of certain products or services, attract new consumers, and encourage existing consumers to make more frequent purchases, and so on. the most important thing for every brand. Advertising strategy is part of a brand's marketing plan, so it needs to be in accordance with company goals. It's also worth considering branding, tone, and brand identity so that the user experience isn't disrupted by incongruent elements. Advertising strategies have great importance because they provide guidance in achieving marketing goals. It investigates factors such as market conditions, key audience desires, and competitor activity.

Abstract

ShopeePayLater is a loan feature in the form of a credit limit provided by Shopee. This feature allows users to shop now and pay later in 30-day or 3-month installments. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction using ShopeePayLater. This study used a survey method with 100 respondents of ShopeePayLater users. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression test. The results of the study showed that the factors that influence customer satisfaction using ShopeePayLater are system quality, information quality, usage, and service quality. System quality and information quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Usage has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, but not significant. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap ekonomi mikro di Indonesia. Dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek seperti peningkatan produktivitas, akses pasar global, pemberdayaan pelaku usaha mikro, inovasi produk dan layanan, serta efisiensi logistik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana adopsi teknologi informasi membentuk dinamika ekonomi mikro di tingkat lokal. Melalui kajian teoritis dan analisis hasil, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi informasi memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan, meskipun beberapa tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital dan risiko keamanan informasi perlu diatasi. Sejumlah saran diusulkan untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi informasi dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi mikro secara inklusif.

Abstract

Increasing the profitability of a Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia cannot be separated from efforts to mitigate conditions internally and externally. This study aims to see the effect of financing risk and inflation on profitability in shari'ah commercial banks in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of Islamic commercial banks accessed from the OJK (financial services authority) and data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) during the 2019-2023 period. This study used quantitative methods with the JASP 2024 software test tool and used multiple regression analysis of panel data. Researchers found that the risk of Mudharabah financing has a negative and significant influence on profitability. Meanwhile, the risk of Murabahah financing and inflation has a positive and significant influence on profitability. The implications of the study illustrate the condition of shari'ah commercial banks in overcoming internal and external conditions to increase profits.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of consumer trust between JT Express and Shopee Express in Bima City. This research was conducted on the people of Bima City who use JT Express and Shopee Express.  JT Express is located at Jl. RE. Martadinata, Tanjung, Rasanae Bara District. Meanwhile, Shopee Express is located on Jl. Gajah Mada, No. 10, Monggonao, Mpunda District. This type of research is comparative research using a research instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research is all consumers who have used JT Express and Shopee Express services in Bima City, the exact number of which is unknown (Unknown Population). The total sample size was 60 respondents, consisting of 30 respondents from JT Express and 30 respondents from Shopee Express. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique. Accidental Sampling. Research data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests and independent sample t tests. The research results show that there is a significant difference in consumer trust between JT Express and Shopee Express in Bima City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT. Nova Chemie Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan hasil uji t-hitung 3,486 lebih besar dari 2,386 dan probabilitas signifikasi sebesar 0,01 lebih lecil dari 0,05. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan hasil uji t-hitung 2,406 lebih besar dari 2,386 dan probabilitas signifikasi sebesar 0,022 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan hasil uji t-hitung 3,158 lebih besar dari 2,386 dan probabilitas signifikasi sebesar 0,03 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dengan hasil F-hitung sebesar 14,475 lebih besar dari nilai F-tabelsebesar 2,87 dan probabilitas signifikasi sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth at PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk. This type of research is associative and comes from a research instrument in the form of a table listing sales, total assets and profit growth at PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk. The population in this research is all financial reports from PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk has been listed on the IDX since 1992 until 2022, namely for 32 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. With the criteria (1) financial report data is available for 10 consecutive years, namely 2013-2022 (2) data The 10 year sample represents existing population data for research needs. Data collection in this research used documentation and literature study. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test.  The research results show that Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on profit growth have a positive and significant influence on PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which tourist attraction and social media promotion affect tourists' revisit interest in Flora Wisata Santerra de Laponte Pujon. This research is quantitative research. Data was obtained through observation, documentation and questionnaires. Sampling using non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially the tourist attraction variable (X1) and the social media promotion variable (X2) both variables had a positive and significant effect partially on the variable interest in visiting tourists again. Based on the results of the analysis simultaneously also showed Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that the tourist attraction variable (X1) and social media promotion (X2) partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the variable of interest in visiting tourists again. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the management of Flora Wisata Santerra de Laponte can improve the quality and innovation in developing tourist attractions and pay attention to social media promotion strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi mahasiswa atas program penjaminan simpanan oleh Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) serta melakukan komparasi tingkat literasi mahasiswa berdasarkan kawasan, jenis perguruan tinggi, jenis program study dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental random sampling. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pertama, mayoritas tingkat literasi mahasiswa terhadap program penjaminan simpanan oleh LPS masih rendah. Kedua, terdapat perbedaan tingkat literasi mahasiswa berdasarkan kawasan dan jenis kelamin, sebaliknya tidak terdapat perbedaan literasi mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis perguruan tinggi dan jenis prodi. Rendahnya tingkat literasi akan berimplikasi pada perilaku keuangan mahasiswa terutama terkait dengan simpanan sehingga pihak terkait terutama LPS harus lebih banyak melakukan sosialisasi kepada mahasiswa terkait program penjaminan simpanan khususnya pada kelompok mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahaiswa di kawaan timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa alasan yang menarik untuk diteliti mengenai Strategi Kepemimpinan, dalam hal ini Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM-PLS melalui aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.0, pengaruh strategi kepemimpinan terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 6,150 nilainya lebih besar dari 1,96 artinya hubungan keduanya mempunyai pengaruh, dengan Pvalue nilai 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Sehingga hasil pengujian ini menyatakan terdapat pengaruh antara strategi kepemimpinan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Secara teori, sependapat dengan Hecksa Manora (2019), kualitas pendidikan bergantung pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Saran bagi pimpinan kepala sekolah yang selama ini mencalonkan diri di MTs Negeri wilayah timur Kabupaten Cirebon agar dapat memposisikan diri sebagai pendidik yang memberikan contoh keteladanan bagi bawahannya, seperti memberikan gambaran dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau mempunyai keteladanan. inisiatif dalam pemutakhiran program pembelajaran baik dalam lingkup intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler, termasuk memperhatikan kebutuhan dan kelancaran dalam bekerja.
