Abstract

Disease and hospitalization are often the main crises that children face, causing the child to experience trauma. The phenomenon of separation and experience of hospitalized children shows when a child is hospitalized will experience a change in emotional status, as well as parents crying, anxious, angry. Preschool age is very susceptible to the effects of tress during hospitalization, so there is a need for family support. The objective of the study was to explore the support of the family in order to decrease the hospitalization of preschool children in the orchid room of RSUD Nganjuk. The research method used qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Data collection using primary and secondary data then conducted in-depth interviews (indepth interview) with semi-structured questions. Informants as many as 5 people according to the inclusion criteria that researchers make are families who have preschool children, long day 1-3 care, family as the main caregiver, children with medical diagnosis group of internal medicine, children do not have terminal disease, the family is willing to become informants. The results show that family support includes informational support, assessment support, emotional support and instrumental support. But the support has not been maximal because it is influenced by the reaction of children and parents who are varied towards hospitalization along with influencing factors such as child adaptation process, the existence of rooming in, sibling reaction. The conclusion of the study was family support during the effort to decrease the hospitalization reactions of preschool children. Based on these studies it is necessary to conduct further research on family support in reducing the impact of pre-school children's hospitalization.

Abstract

Quality of nutrition installation service is determined from four processes; food planning, food preparation, food preparation, food processing and food distribution to patients. Efforts to improve service quality are modified processes using LEAN management. Pre experimental research design with one group pretest - post test design. Sample 36 people from all nutrition installation officer of food management system (MSPM) with sampling technique Non probability sampling type purposive sampling. The result of the research shows the influence of LEAN management implementation to the aspect of meal planning before and after intervention with wilcoxon test (p = 0,083) with pre test value 100% (good quality) and pos test value 100% good quality. In receipt aspect, preparation and storage of food obtained wilcoxon test (p = 0,157) with pre test value 100% enough quality and post test value 100% good quality. In the aspect of foodstuff processing obtained wilcoxon test (p = 0,001) with pre test value 100% enough quality and post test value 100% good quality. In the aspect of food distribution, the test of wilcoxon (p = 0,000) with pre test of 100% quality is sufficient and the post test value is 21%, the remaining quality is 79% good quality.

Abstract

Incompleteness and inaccuracy of charging informed consent in patient’s pre-operation is a problem related to patient safety, professionalism, behavior, and quality culture. The research objective is to analyze the knowledge and perception of the Implementation of Informed Consent in Patients with Pre-Operations at RS HVA Toeloengredjo Pare. Design Cross-sectional study using. The population is the preoperative patient at RS HVA Toeloengredjo Pare.exclusion criteria using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable of research is the knowledge and perception of the patient, and the dependent variable of the study is the completeness and accuracy of implementation preoperative patient's informed consent. Data were collected by questionnaire and a check list, then the data were analyzed using linear regression with a <0.05 and cross tabulation analysis. The results showed most respondents have sufficient knowledge of as many as 69 respondents (44,8%), most respondents have the perception that quite as much as 82 respondents (53.2%), linear regression showed that the variables significantly affect the perception of completeness informed consent (p = 0.000) and in the knowledge variables significantly affect the accuracy of informed consent (p = 0.006). The conclusion of this study is to increase knowledge and perception, will support the implementation of the informed consent form completeness and accuracy of informed consent.

Abstract

Criteria Malcolm Baldrige has a focus on superior performance for the entire organization in a managerial framework that is comprehensive, identify and track all the results of the organization that is the customer, product or service, finance, human resources and organizational effectiveness. The research objective is to analyze the performance of RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung based on criteria Malcolm Baldrige post determination plenary level accreditation. The study design used in the study was cross-sectional. The population is all in addition to the Board of Directors Structural RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The sample size was 44 respondents using technique. proportionate stratified random sampling Independent research variables are Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus or Patient, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, focus on human resources, focus on the process and results. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed. The results showed that the majority of respondents have good leadership category as many as 40 respondents (90.9%), the Strategic Planning Category well as much as 42 respondents (95.5%), Customer Focus category patient good or as many as 41 respondents (93.2 %), Category Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management was good as much as 40 respondents (90.9%), Category Focus On Human Resource good as much as 34 respondents (77.3%), Category Focus On good process as many as 40 respondents ( 90.9%), research found criteria organizational criteria based on organizations the Baldrige assessment with 887.4 points as a Word Leader. Conclusion of the study was hospital has a good performance and criteria for the organization based on the Baldrige assessment as Word Leader.

Abstract

Occupational health services shall be an effort to provide occupational health and safety protection to workers' communities, which have the objective of maintaining and improving the health status of the working-class community, Preventing the occurrence of health problems and protecting workers from health hazards and placing workers in the work environment in accordance with their physical and psychological abilities workers. Objective Analysis research is to analyze the completeness of facilities, workforce competencies to the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety in Puskesmas District of Tulungagung. The design used in the study was cross-sectional. The population is Puskesmas District of Tulungagung. The sample size was 32 respondents Health Center by using simple random sampling technique. Independent research variables are Infrastructure and Labor Competencies. The dependent variable is the implementation of Safety Management. Data was collected using kuesoner, then the data were analyzed using linear regression test with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05. The results showed more than half of the health center has the facilities and infrastructure K3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) is complete as many as 23 respondent’s health centers (76.7%), more than half Puskesmas. as having the competence K3 Officers who are not trained as much as 23 respondents health centers (76.7%). more than half of Puskesmas.have health and safety management that less as much as 19 respondent of health center (63,3%). The result of statistical test shows that there is no influence between K3 infrastructure and worker with K3 management (0,340). The result of statistic test obtained by Pseudo R square value at Nagelkerke is 0,086, which means infrastructure and competence in explaining MK3 implementation is 0,086 (8,6%) and there are 91,4% other factors outside model in implementation of safety and health management MK3).The conclusion of this study is that occupational health safety management can be influenced by many factors. All the supporting factors in the implementation of occupational health safety management should be synergized to achieve optimal work safety objectives.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food God creates for newborns. Artificial feeds for infants mixed using today's technology, were not able to match the benefits of breast milk. The purpose of the study was to analyze Factors affecting the Health Worker in giving the Early Breastfeeding in dr. Iskak Hospital Tulungagung. The research design used in the research is Analytical Observation. The population is health workers who have babies 6-12 months of age. The sample size was 67 respondents using Cluster Random Sampling technique. Independent variable of research is knowledge, distance, and family support. The dependent variable of the research is the early feeding of breast milk supplements. Data were collected by using questionnaire, then the data were analyzed by using logistic regression. The results showed that most have residence distance to the workplace as far as 3 KM as many as 44 respondents (65.7 %), most have good knowledge as many as 64 respondents (95.5 %) , most have high family support as much as 45 respondents (67.2%) , most respondents gave ASI without MP-ASI as much as 42 respondents (62,7%) . Statistical test results that Overall Statistics with a significance value of (p) 0, 000 which means that there are variables that affect the administration of MP-ASI and variable most affect family support with a value of (p) of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is family support affects in health workers in providing early breastfeeding in dr. Iskak Hospital Tulungagung.

Abstract

Hospital marketing mix is a group of variables tht can be controlled and used the hospital to influence the reaction of the users of services.The aim of the study is to analize the effect of marketing mix 7P(product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical building) on patient satisfaction in inpatient hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri City. The type of this research is quantitative research with analytic observational research design with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on October until December 31, 2017 at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital Kediri City with 600 inpatient patients as the population. The sample size is 240 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data were multiple linear regression test with α = 0,05. The results showed that the most of the respondents are female (53,3%), between ages 20-35 years (52,1%) educated high school eqivalent (39,6%), working private (34,6%), pay with BPJS (76,25%), stay in class III (56,7%). The analysis indicated that F-test = 90,484 sig.0,000, t test = 6,579 sig 0,000, R2=73,2. there is a influence of product (p=0,000), price (p=0,000), place(p=0,000), promotion (p=0,000), process (p=0,000), people (p=0,000), physical building (p=0,000) have effect of patient satisfaction. The most influential variable is physical building (β=0,442). Marketing mix has asignificant effect on patient satisfaction of inpatient hospital of Muhammadiyah. Suggested to the hospital to further improve the marketing mix strategies of the hospital so that patient satisfaction can be achieved.

Abstract

Red Betel Leaf contains substances which are effective to treat the wounds. Therefore, it is important to conduct a research to ascertain the difference of healing duration, infection marks, perenium wound pain using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day compared with using povidone iodine 10%. This resarch design is in a true experiment with factorial design. The samples are 18 postpartum mother, divided into 3 groups and each is 6 postartum mother, and are chosen with simple random sampling method. The variables that are measured in this research are the healing duration, infection marks, perineum wound pain. This research is also conducted using statistic test one way anova with post hoc as the post test. The result shows that the alpha score is 0.002 which means there is a significant difference of injury care using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day with povidone iodine 10% to the duration of healing. The alpha score results at 0.003 shows the significant difference difference of injury care using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day with povidone iodine 10% to the infection marks. The alpha score results at 0.021 shows the significant difference difference of injury care using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day with povidone iodine 10% to the wound pain. The perineum injury care of postartum mother using red betel leaf extract 2x/day is more efficient and neither does infection marks nor wound pain is found.

Abstract

Working posture that is not appropriately done and maintained in long period/ duration can cause complaints or health problems, especially musculoskeletal complaints. The emergence of musculoskeletal complaints can lead to fatigue and even concentration disorder in working that can result in decreasing of working productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze musculoskeletal complaints and the influencing factors on shoe-craftsmen in Magetan leather craft center. The research design that is used is quantitative research using analytic observational method and cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is proportional qluster random sampling with 84 respondents of shoes-craftsmen in Sawo Magetan leather craft center. The data of the research were analyzed by ordinal regression test. The result of statistical analysis using ordinal regression shows that p value = 0,000 (p <0,05) which means there is influence of working posture, duration, period of work, body size / BMI toward musculoskeletal complaints on shoe-craftsmen Magetan leather craft center. The strongest influence is working posture, period of work and duration. High-risk working postures that is performed continuously over a long period of time will increase the risk of musculoskeletal complaints, so it is necessary to take corrective action posture with ergonomic considerations.

Abstract

Kertosono Regional General Hospital has a high risk exposure and is the biggest hospital in Kertosono area, Nganjuk regency, so to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, it is necessary to manage K3 management through the implementation of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3RS). This study aims to get a picture of the implementation or implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3RS) implemented in RSUD Kertosono. The research design used was qualitative research with thematic analysis and by using observation method, in-depth interview, and documentation. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with informant as many as ten people are structural hospital officials who have worked in RSUD Kertosono minimum five years and above. This research resulted that K3 Management System in RSUD Kertosono not yet the establishment of K3 Committee because not yet have K3 general expert, in terms of policy and commitment of K3 even though only in the form of oral speech, process of implementation of SMK3RS which have been run although not maximal, support factor and factor which inhibits, efforts are made to reduce barriers in the implementation process of SMK3RS, the impact of SMK3RS implementation, and the desired expectation in the implementation of SMK3RS in RSUD Kertosono. This study concludes that basically OSH program has been run well according to legislation, although K3 still not become work culture which will create the creation of Zero accident in work environment specially in hospital.
