Typhoid fever is a disease that is prone to occur in Indonesia, because of the characteristics of the climate that is very prone to diseases related to the seasons. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors related to the incidence of typhoid fever in the Working Area of the Jayawijaya District Health Office. The research design used is quantitative analytics method using quantitative data. The type of approach used is case control. The population is 74 patients with typhoid fever. The large sample taken as many as 37 respondents, with a large comparison of samples between the number of respondents in the case group is 37 respondents, and 37 respondents as a control group, so the total number of samples is 74 respondents. Sampling techniques used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is no relationship between age and the incidence of typhoid fever in the Working Area of the Jayawijaya District Health Office. Chi-square test result obtained p-Value Sig (0.445) > α (0.05). While it is known that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge, the level of education, hygiene of individual respondents with the incidence of typhoid fever in the Work Area of the Health Office of Jayawijaya Regency. Chi-square test results obtained p- value (0.000) < α (0.05) and environmental sanitation with the incidence of Typhoid Fever in the Work Area of the Jayawijaya District Health Office. Chi-square test result obtained p-value (0.001) < α (0.05). Based on the results of the study is expected to increase kinship with patients as well as by providing health services visits to the patient's home.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. The disease is mainly spread between people through respiratory droplets from coughs and sneezes. The design of this study is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed to analyze the influence of knowledge, attitudes and motivation on compliance with the Covid 19 pandemic health protocol in the community in Banter Village, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency. with a population of a number164 respondents and a sample of 116 respondents who were taken using the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using Linear Regression test. Based on the results of the analysis multiple linear regression shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously it exists the influence of knowledge, attitudes and motivation on compliance with the Covid 19 pandemic health protocol in the community in Banter Village, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency with a magnitude of 80.1%.It is hoped that the community can comply with health protocols as appropriate which must use standard masks, maintain distance and be diligent in washing hands with soap. That way it can reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus.

Background: The high number of hospital fire cases demands that all hospitals be able to carry out fire safety. The ability to fire safety must be able to be carried out by all hospital officers, both health and non-health workers (all work professions). The research objective was to analyze the factors that influence the simulation ability of fire safety management according to the MFK 7 SNARS accreditation standard at Bhayangkara Hospital Nganjuk. Subjects and methods: Explanatory survey research design using a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted from January 16 to February 18, 2021 with a sample of 170 people. Independent variables are participation in socialization, work profession, and knowledge of fire safety. The dependent variable is the ability to simulate fire safety according to the MFK 7 SNARS accreditation standard. The data collection tools used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple logistic regression. Results: Participation in socialization (OR = 2.36; 95% CI = 1.04-5.33; p <0.039), knowledge of fire safety (OR = 3.18; 95% CI = 1.45-6.93; p <0.004), significantly increased the ability to simulate fire safety according to MFK 7 SNARS accreditation standards. Work profession (OR = 1.03; 95% CI = 0.54-1.96; p <0.934) does not affect the ability of fire safety management simulation according to MFK 7 SNARS accreditation standards which is statistically significant. Conclusion: Participation in socialization and knowledge about fire safety increases the ability to simulate fire safety according to MFK 7 SNARS Accreditation standards.

The role of health workers in administering health services is very important, especially as health service implementers, so it is natural that the ability and performance of health workers are one of the determinants of success in health services.. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on employee performance at the public health center Pragaan, Sumenep Regency. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzing the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on employee performance at public health center Pragaan, Sumenep Regency.with a population of 175 respondents and a sample of 114 respondents who were drawn using the simple random sampling technique. The findings showed that almost half of the respondents had a leadership style in the moderate category as many as 56 respondents (49.1%). Almost half of the respondents have medium category motivation as many as 48 respondents (42.1%). Nearly half of the respondents have sufficient work discipline as many as 49 respondents (43%). Nearly half of the respondents have a moderate performance category as many as 51 respondents (44.7%). Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is concluded that simultaneously there is an influence of leadership style, Motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Pragaan Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency with a magnitude of the influence of 75%. As a leader, the head of the puskesmas can provide appropriate direction, input and supervision to his subordinates so that the performance carried out by health workers can be well organized.

A person's interest in services is related to the ability of the service provider to provide services. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of perception, service quality, anxiety and type of surgery on patient interest in performing surgery at Sumber Glagah Hospital, Mojokerto Regency. The design of this study is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being aimed at analyzingthe influence of perception, service quality, anxiety and type of surgery on patient interest in performing surgery at Sumber Glagah Hospital, Mojokerto Regency with a population of a number 143 respondents and a sample of 105 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Linear Regression test.The findings found that Most of the respondents had the perception of a sufficient category as many as 65 respondents (61.9%). Most of the respondents had a sufficient service quality category as many as 66 respondents (62.9%). Most of the respondents had moderate anxiety as many as 61 respondents (58.1%). Most of the respondents had a selective category of operation as many as 92 respondents (87.6%). Most of the respondents have a moderate interest category as many as 69 respondents (65.7%). Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that simultaneously there isinfluence perception, quality of service, anxiety and type of surgery on patient interest in performing surgery at Sumber Glagah Hospital, Mojokerto Regency with a magnitude of influence 70.4%. Basically, a person's interest can be influenced by various factors ranging from the patient's point of view, the quality of existing services and even the patient's level of anxiety.

The community has an important role in breaking the chain of Covid-19 transmission so as not to cause new sources of transmission / clusters in places where people move, interact between people and gather many people. The role of the community in being able to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission (risk of contracting and transmitting) must be carried out by implementing health protocols. This study aims to determine the influence of the factors of knowledge, attitudes, availability of facilities and infrastructure and support for the behavior of implementing health protocols in an effort to prevent Covid-19 in the work area of Ngoro Public Health Center Mojokerto Regency. This research is an analytic survey research with a cross sectional approach. The study population was the population in Ngoro Public Health Center area. The sampling technique used is a simple sampling technique with a total sample size of 348 people. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge factor, attitude factor, and support factor partially influence the behavior of implementing health protocols. Attitude factor is the dominant factor affecting the behavior of implementing health protocols. While the knowledge factor, attitude factor, availability of health protocol facilities as well as support factors simultaneously influence the behavior of implementing health protocols in an effort to prevent Covid-19 in the work area of Ngoro Public Health Center Mojokerto Regency. To improve the behavior of implementing health protocols in the community, it is necessary to carry out activities of counseling, education, socialization, dissemination of information and supported by policies and regulations. Examples from health workers and community leaders are also needed in order to become a reference for the community.

Viral load testing is an informative and sensitive method for successful HIV / AIDS therapy. This study aims to determine the relationship between adherence to viral antiretroviral consumption and viral load in people with HIV/AIDS. This research is a correlational analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 34 people and, the number of samples was 32 using the purposive sampling technique. The research sample in this study was 32 respondents. The test results using the Spearman Rank obtained p-value 0,00 > 0,05. It was concluded that there was a relationship between adherence to antiretroviral drugs and viral load. Advice for people with HIV / AIDS is expected to increase adherence to ARV consumption so that viral load is low and undetectable so that CD4 cell count increases and disease prognosis improves.

Anemia in pregnant women is a condition of hb levels below normal, which is below 11 gr / dl. Cangkupan giving Fe in kediri city has met the target of above 90% but still found pregnant women who have anemia. The goal of this study is to find out the effectiveness of Vitamin C and vitamin b12 against hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the third trimester. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with two groups of pre post test designs with the population is a trimester III pregnant woman with anemia. The statistical test used is to use the paired T test and the unpaired T test. Based on the results of the study found that there is an effect of Vitamin C on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with a p value: 0.000 and there is an effect of vitamin B12 on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with a p value: 0.002. From the results of the Unpaired T Test there is a significant difference between vitamin C and Vitamin B12 there are hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the third trimester with a value of p value: 0.038. From the results of the study, it is expected that health workers can provide additional vitamins, especially vitamin C and Vitamin B12 for the absorption of Fe tablets in pregnant women to avoid anemia.

Introduction: This study was conducted to show that early prevention and treatment of cervical cancer can save on treatment costs. Cervical cancer is one of the biggest threats to women's health. This is related to the low awareness of women who have had active sexual relations in carrying out early detection of cervical cancer so that it can increase the incidence of cervical cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and client satisfaction on IVA service satisfaction by public health center officers. Methods: This study used an observational analytic study with a retrospective cohort design. The sample size used was 70 respondents with the same distribution in each control group and the exposed group, each using 35 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling. Univariate analysis using Chi-Square test. Bivariate analysis using Spearman correlation test. Results: The results of Univariate analysis in the control group and the exposed group showed that age (p= 0.4), education (p= 0.136), occupation (p= 0.622), length of marriage (p= 0.073), number of sexual partners (p= 0.073). = 0.602) and the number of children (p = 0.151). The results of bivariate analysis showed that husband's support (p= 0.735), mother's support (p= 0.984), health cadre support (p= 0.320) and peer support (p= 0.725). There is no relationship/correlation between social support and service satisfaction. Conclusion: There are other factors that can affect the satisfaction of women of childbearing age with early detection of cervical cancer (VIA) apart from social support.

Based on a preliminary study, there were 18.31% who had a breech delivery, it would result in complications in the baby such as asphyxia, bleeding or soft tissue edema, damage to the medulla oblongata, damage to the cervical spine joints, and even death due to severe asphyxia. determine the effect of Prenatal Yoga on Changes in Fetal Position in Pregnant Women. This type of observational research uses a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-pest with control group design. The research was conducted in the city of Kediri. The sample in this study was 32, namely third trimester pregnant women with gestational age > 28 weeks who experienced breech, latitude, and obligate fetal positions which were divided into 2 groups of 16 intervention groups (Prenatal Yoga) and 16 people as controls (pregnancy exercise). The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Bivariate analysis using Mann Whitney Test. The results obtained are Z = -2.626 and -value 0.009 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and it can be concluded that there is an effect of Prenatal Yoga on Changes in Fetal Position in Pregnant Women in Kediri City. Yoga exercises to help change the position of the fetus are more focused on providing a wide space in the abdomen, flexing the muscles of the uterus and pelvis. Three movements were used in this study, namely cat cow, downward-facing dog and puffy pose. Suggestions for health workers that prenatal yoga can be a solution and can be applied to help change the position of the fetus from malpresentation to head position.
