Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method, the data collection is in the form of interview and observation techniques on medical record Assembling officers, registration officers, verification officers, distribution officers and nurses at RS "X" Malang City. Thus, the qualitative method in this study was used to find out what factors caused the inaccuracy in the time of providing and distributing medical record files to the assembling section in terms of input, process and output factors. The results showed that the causes of the delay in returning Medical Record Documents (DRM) included patients who registered in 2 polyclinics until no medical records were found, and a missfile where the medical record file was still in inpatient because the data had not been filled out completely by the doctor in charge of the patient and had not been completed and returned to the medical record installation section, so this will slow down in finding the medical record file.

Anwar Sumenep during the research process as many as 302 people. The sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling. Data analysis using chi-square. The results of the data analysis of the financing model variable (X1) with the health degree variable (Y) obtained by Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) (0.000) <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the financing model and the degree of health. Data analysis of control compliance variable (X2) with health degree variable (Y) was obtained by Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) (0.000) <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between control compliance and health status. Outpatients must invest in the health of themselves and their families by utilizing the National Health Insurance as a form of anticipating health care because of the high cost of health financing through general methods.

Abstract

Preventive measures of HIV/AIDS among teenagers is an important issue that needs special attention considering that many of their behavior problems are getting closer to HIV/AIDS vulnerability. Some their behaviors at risk of HIV/AIDS are free sex and drug abuse. This study aims to identify and analyze the correlation between knowledge, attitudes, parents’ role, counseling teachers’s role and preventive measures of HIV/AIDS in teenagers. The design of this study was analytic and time survey using a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used is 90 samples taken by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The techniques of this research used questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using chi square test statistics with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between knowledge of teenagers and their preventive measures of HIV/AIDS with p value = 0.000. The chi square test showed that there was a significant correlation between attitudes and preventive measures of HIV/AIDS in teenagers with p value = 0.000. The chi square test also showed that there was a significant correlation between parents’ role and preventive measures of HIV/AIDS in teenagers with p value = 0.000. There is no significant correlation between the role of counseling teachers with preventive measures of HIV/AIDS in teenagers with p value = 0.094. The results of this study (95% confidence interval) showed that the most influential factor in preventive measures of HIV/AIDS in teenagers was attitude, with a p-value (0.006) and an Odd Ratio (OR) of 4.055. The attitude variable has a higher OR value than the other variables, namely 4.055.

Abstract

Colchicine is a toxic and carcinogenic alkaloid obtained from the plant extract Colchium autumnale and has been used to treat arthritis (gout) for centuries. The results of clinical trials show that low-dose colchicine is effective for the management of acute gout as well as for long-term maintenance profiling (53) and the use of colchicine is known to reduce the symptoms of inflammatory responses related to COVID-19 and reduce the frequency of other manifestations such as pulmonary infiltrates, headaches and arthralgia. However, so far studies have shown that colchicine is not used as an initial or primary treatment to treat COVID-19 but as a treatment that is "off-label" in response to hyper-inflammation caused by the release of cytokines (52).

Currently there is a phenomenon of disease trends shifting from infectious diseases to non-communicable diseases such as cancer. Breast cancer is the main type of cancer that is most widely reported in Indonesia. One of the therapies for breast cancer patients is surgery or mastectomy. Treatment of breast cancer will result in emotional changes in the patient, such as stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress and self-care in post-mastectomy breast cancer patients. This type of research is quantitative using observational analytic method using cross sectional approach. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable is the level of stress. The dependent variable is self-care. The number of samples in this study were 21 patients, using the total sampling technique. The type of questionnaire used is the Perceived Stress Scale Questionnaire and the Self Care of CA Mamae Index Questionnaire. then the data obtained is processed and analyzed using the Spearmen Rank statistical test. The test results obtained a significant correlation between the stress level variables on self care (sig 2 0.001 <0.05).

Abstract

One type of benign tumor that is often found in women is Fibroadenoma Mammae (FAM). This is because women do not know how to do Self Breast Check Up. This study aims to see the effectiveness of providing Self Breast Check Up counseling on the ability of early detection of Fibroadenoma Mammae (FAM) disease in adolescent women at SMKN 2 Kediri. The research design used Pre Test Post Test Control Group Design were 2 sample groups, the treatment group of 105 respondents and the control group of 105 respondents. The research sample was determined by the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The measuring instrument used a questionnaire and a bivariate analysis using the Man Whitney test and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average value of the treatment group before receiving counseling was 13 and after receiving counseling there was an increase in the average value of 19, while the average value of the control group was 14. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the value of sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, then reject H0 and accept H1 which can be said that there is a significant difference between Self Breast Check Up abilities before and after giving treatment in the treatment group. Meanwhile, the results of the Mann Whitney tests showed that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 < 0.05, so reject H0 accept H1 which can be said that there is a significant difference between the Self Breast Check Up abilities of the control group and the treatment group. Then it can be concluded that the counseling given to the treatment group had an effect on increasing the ability of Self Breast Check Up compared to the control group who had lower abilities. This is because in this study the control group only acted as a comparison without giving any treatment from the researcher.
