Concretely to improve the quality of service data results at the Puskesmas so that it can provide optimal service improvement results. The method used is descriptive analysis that uses qualitative research to identify the process of evaluating the implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) with the Hot-Fit method approach. The results of the study identified aspects of the achievement of success for each element, namely, the human factor of achieving the target in terms of the intensity of SIMPUS implementation, mastery of HR, division of HR tasks and satisfaction that was above 50%, which means SIMPUS has been carried out but not maximized. In reporting the achievement of targets below 50% (10-20%) it means that there is a need for follow-up and improvement efforts in 9 Puskesmas. Organizational factors (organization) both in terms of structure, environment and training, the achievement of targets from 9 Puskesmas in Kediri City is more than 50%, it means SIMPUS has been implemented but has not been maximized. Technology (technology) factors are both system quality, information quality and service quality. The achievement of the target from 9 Puskesmas is more than 50%,which means SIMPUS has fulfilled all the elements but has not yet maximized the use of technology. Identification of the evaluation of aspects of the implementation of the Management Information System (SIMPUS) in accordance with the existing rules and procedures, but in its implementation it has not been carried out optimally. The conclusion is that the SIMPUS evaluation is one of the choices in decision making regarding the successful implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) and the sustainability of the implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS).

Abstract

The occurrence of epidemiological transitions, demographics, nutritional transitions and the transition of community behavior is the cause of the continued increase in cases of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). So it is very important to intervene through policies as an effort to prevent and control NCDs. Countries around the world have adopted WHO-PEN which is the basis for making relevant policies in the form of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) for Non-Communicable Diseases provided at primary health care facilities. This study intends to look at the implementation of the policy and see the obstacles faced in the implementation. The method used in this research is literature review, research data is taken through the wiley online library database, google schooler, proquest, pubmed and researchgate using the Preferre Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis method using the keywords public health and minimum service standards and non-communicable diseases. With the exclusion criteria, the articles below were published under 2015, incomplete presentation, articles not discussing minimum service standards, non-communicable diseases and health policies. The results show that the key policies adopted by various countries in designing and providing health services refer to WHO-PEN which is adapted to the conditions of the local community centered on three important components of health promotion as prevention efforts by controlling NCDs risk factors and carrying out adequate treatment at health facilities. The base is the health center. NCDs minimum service standards includes; availability of human resources that handle NCDs, availability of medical equipment for handling NCDs, control of NCDs risk factors, availability of drugs for NCDs, running of NCDs programe activities. However, most of the community health centers could not achieve the target of 100 percent of the NCDs minimum service standart target. This is due to 1) standard constraints and policy objectives; (2) resource constraints; (3) constraints on the characteristics of implementing organizations; (4) communication barriers between implementing organizations; (5) constraints on the attitude of the implementers; (6) the constraints of the social environment of the community.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 and has been designated a pandemic by WHO. The Covid-19 outbreak has spread to various countries with an increasing number of cases, so cooperation from various sectors is needed, including the role of students. The purpose of this study was to determine understanding, coping strategies, levels of compliance and adaptive behavior towards COVID-19 in health and non-health students. The research method used is analytic, cross sectional approach in comparative research with accidental sampling technique. The number of each group is 60 respondents. The results of the path coefficient analysis model I, namely understanding (x1) the level of compliance (y) obtained a score (p = 0.002), standard coefficient: 0.261, p-Values: 0.002, 95% CI: 0.133-0.588, then coping strategies (x2) against level of compliance (y) obtained score (p = 0.000), standard coefficient: 0.347, p-Values: 0.000, 95% CI: 0.228-0.641. While the results of the coefficient model II, namely understanding (x1) adaptive behavior (z) obtained a score (p = 0.233), standard coefficient: -.087, p-Values: 0.233, 95% CI: -.318-0.78, then strategy coping (x2) on adaptive behavior (z) got a score (p=0.147), standard coefficient: 0.109, p-Values: 0.147, 95% CI: -0.049-0.321, and level of adherence (y) to adaptive behavior (z) obtained a score (p = 0.000), standard coefficient: 0.655, p-Values: 0.000, 95% CI: 0.499-0.805. The results between understanding and coping strategies have a significant effect on the level of compliance because someone who has good insight and coping strategies certainly has a good level of compliance, while the results are not significant on adaptive behavior because students are still in the adaptation stage of a new life. life so that a process is needed to make it a behavior.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time. Stunting occurs from the womb and is only seen when the child is two years old. Stunting that is not handled quickly and appropriately is at risk of triggering health problems and not achieving optimal growth and development in children. The research design used was observational with a retrospective study approach. The sample in this study was 219 respondents who were taken from the population using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was maternal factors, while the dependent variable in this study was the incidence of stunting in children under five. To determine the relationship between research variables, the Spearman Rho correlation test was used, while the multiple logistic regression test was used to see the magnitude of the maternal risk factor for the incidence of stunting in children under five. From the results of the regression test, it is known that maternal height affects the incidence of stunting in toddlers (p-value: 0.005), mother's education affects the incidence of stunting in toddlers (p-value: 0.011) and the first age when pregnant women affect the incidence of stunting in toddlers (p value: 0.015). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the occurrence of stunting in toddlers in the East Kambingan Village and Talang Village, Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency is influenced by the mother's height, mother's education, and the mother's first age during pregnancy.
