Abstract

Nurse performance has an important role in healthcare and the continuity of hospital operations. For this reason, sufficient information is needed about the nurses requirements and the factors that influence them. Purpose of this study was to infestigate factors that were examined about the performance of nurses in the ward of Dr. Soepraoen Hospital. This is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design, which aims to measure independent variables and be approved at one time. The study sample was 166 nurses, using a questionnaire. Results showed that the most dominant factor had a comparison of the performance of nurses with β values of 0.76, work environment 0.51, and leadership 0.21. Simultaneously in the regression model, research, research, compensation, variables, compensation, coefficient of 0.81, work environment participation of 0.09 and leadership - 00.6. Researchers like a fairer compensation system through remuneration in order to motivate nurses to improve performance that will improve patient satisfaction in Dr. Soperaoen Hospital. These results indicate that there are differences between leadership, compensation and environmental variables with nurse performance, this means, facts that need attention from the hospital management to be able to improve nurse performance. The most dominant factor towards nurse performance is compensation, the expected system of recitation, incentives and honorariums have the greatest leverage in an effort to improve the performance of nurses in the inpatient care room of the Soepraoen Hospital Malang

Abstract

The high complaints and discomfort of pregnant women, especially in primigravida third trimester can result in pregnant women experiencing lower back pain due to changes in posture during pregnancy and the existence of anxiety disorders resulting from psychological changes in pregnant women, especially before labor. One of the efforts made to reduce these symptoms could be by doing a pre natal exercise. One of the benefits pre natal exercise is reduce stress in pregnant women and reduce complication especially musculoskeletal problem. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the influence of lower back pain and anxiety of pregnant women before and after the pre natal exercise. This study used a quasi experimental method with one grub pre and post test design research design. The population of this study was all third trimester primigravida pregnant women who participated in pregnancy exercise at Sukomoro Magetan Health Center. The number of samples is 48 respondents. 43,8% pregnant women suffer from moderate pain, and 39,6% pregnants women suffer severe anxiety. Processing and analysis of data using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate the influence of pre natal exercise on the lowering score of lower back pain by p = 0.003 (<0.005), and the decrease in anxiety scores by p = 0.004 (0.005). The conclusion in this study is the influence of pre natal exercise in reducing lower back pain and anxiety of primigravida third trimester pregnant women

Abstract

Community trust in a health institution is fundamental. Trust is a number of specific beliefs about integrity (trustworthy party honesty and ability to keep promises), behevolence (trustworthy attention and motivation to act in accordance with interests that trust them), competency (the ability of trusted parties to carry out trusting needs) and predictability (consistency in the behavior of trusted parties). The purpose of this study is to influence the promotion strategies, brand image, service quality, and price on public trust (Studies in Soepraoen Hospital Malang). The research design used is quantitative research. The research method used is quantitative research method causal research. The sampling technique used proportional sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the descriptive results of promotion strategy variables showed an overall average value of 4.15 with a percentage of 26% and a good category, descriptive Brand Image variables had an overall average value of 4.05 with a percentage of 41% with good categories, in the descriptive variable Price Performance had a value the overall average of 4.10 in the good category with a percentage of 30%, in the Service Quality variable has a mean overall score of 4.07 in the good category of 36%, and the variable patient trust during treatment has an overall average value of 3.99 in the good category with percentage 68%. Of the 100 respondents studied in the promotion strategy have a significant influence on trust, in brand image has a significant influence on trust, at prices having a significant influence on trust, on service quality has a significant influence on trust, and simultaneously for each each promotion strategy variable, brand image, price, and service quality have a significant influence on trust. The trust variable is more influenced by the service quality variable than the promotion strategy, brand image, and price variable.

Abstract

Various complaints from the public regarding the performance of services in hospitals must be cared for by the managers and organizers of hospital services and while the factors that affect performance are satisfaction, compensation and the organization's environment. The general objective of this research is to analyze the influence of factors of satisfaction, compensation and organizational climate on the performance of nurses in the DKT Hospital of Kediri City. The research design used was cross sectional with questionnaire sheet instruments. The population of this study was 90 nurses. Samples were 74 using random sampling techniques, while to determine the effect between variables used ordinal regression test with a significant level of 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the organizational climate in the good category was 40 respondents (54.1%), compensation in the good category was 38 respondents (51.4%), had satisfaction in good categories as many as 54 respondents (73%), and performance in the category good as many as 48 respondents (64.9%). The results of data analysis showed the factors that most influence performance is the organizational climate with p value 0.003. Every nurse gets the opportunity to be able to carry out their duties as well as possible so that they have high motivation in working and increasing their productivity. And if the organization's organizational climate is able to build team spirit like this, then by itself it will support the creation of a conducive climate to support nurses performance

Abstract

Patient family satisfaction is the most important thing so that the hospital can develop. This can be created if medical personnel are able to provide good service. One indicator to support optimal service is to manage caring of appropriate human resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect between caring human resources and family satisfaction of patients in Muhammadiyah University Hospital Malang. The study design used cross sectional. The sample of this study amounted to 110. This study used a random sampling stratification technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. In addition, the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. Based on the data collection results obtained 108 respondents (98.2%) gave a good assessment of caring human resources, 2 respondents (1.8%) gave sufficient ratings, 79 respondents (71.8%) felt very satisfied, and 31 respondents (28.2%) were satisfied with the service at the hospital. Besides that simple linear test results show Sig. amounting to 0,000 (Sig. <0.05), which means that there is an influence of patient family satisfaction in poly psychiatry in terms of caring human resources as much as caring human resources affect the patient's family satisfaction by 15.7% (β = 0.157), and 84% others can be influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on these results it can be concluded that the management of good and appropriate caring of human resources will produce quality services that have a positive impact on the hospital by increasing patient family satisfaction and increasing number of visits because the hospital is considered appropriate and considered good in providing services

Abstract

The potential of the hospital includes all the resources owned including all hospital resources as input, management as a process and health service products as an outcome are expected to be able to sell the products produced. In order to remain competitive, the products produced must be of quality and in accordance with the criteria of community needs. In determining target consumers, hospitals need to understand consumer behavior in the decision-making process. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the community in conducting outpatient visits at Praya Hospital. The design was Cross Sectional. Population was all patients at the outpatient installation of 1,662 patients. The sample size was 326 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Independent variables of research ware hospital facilities, hospital services, ease of information, ease of access (distance, transportation). The dependent variable was re-visit the outpatient installation. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using the ordinal regression test with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05. The results showed that the majority of respondents revealed good hospital facilities as many as 179 respondents (54.9%), good hospital services as many as 184 respondents (56.4%), ease of good information as many as 210 respondents (64%), easy access (distance and transportation) as many as 191 respondents (58.6%), re-visit the outpatient installation as many as 182 respondents (55.8%). The results showed that there were influences of hospital facilities (p = 0,000), hospital services with (p = 0.036), ease of access (p = 0.023), and ease of information (p = 0.001) on revisiting outpatient installations. Hospitals with facilities, easy access and easy information services can increase patient satisfaction so that patients can return to the hospital to make a repeat visit to the outpatient installation

Abstract

Workplaces always have various hazard factors that can affect the health of the workforce or can cause work-related disorders or illnesses. Accidents, the essence is an unexpected event and certainly not expected by anyone. These unexpected events, obviously not a form of intentional and not planned in advance. Accidents arise as a result of managing potential hazards and risks to low occupational safety and health. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence employee work accidents at PT. Windu Blambangan Sejati (WBS) Banyuwangi Regency. The research design used was cross sectional. The research population is all employees of PT. Windu Blambangan Sejati (WBS) Banyuwangi Regency and a large sample of 81 people using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets was then analyzed using logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of skills on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.027 <0.05). There is an influence of experience on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.043 <0.05). There is an influence of discipline on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.040 <0.05). There is an influence of Technical factors (availability of equipment) on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.003 <0.05). There is no effect of lay out on work accidents (p-value = 0.420> 0.05). There is no effect of lighting on work accidents (p-value = 0.944> 0.05). There is no noise effect on work accidents (p-value = 0.084> 0.05). Based on these studies, company management pays more attention to these three factors, namely human, technical and environmental by conducting periodic and periodic maintenance

Abstract

The majority of polygamous marriages in Indonesia are only based on law and religion, regardless of the effects of polygamy. The lack attention public about the psychology that occurs in polygamous women. While, the impact of psychological disorders itself can affect to female hormones that can be caused to a reproduction system. The reproductive system can also experience disorders due to illness or abnormalities. The diseases of the reproductive system can be caused by germs, genetic factors, or hormones. Women have complex problems around their reproductive lives. Disorders of the female reproductive system can include menstrual disorders, vaginal cancer, cancer cervix, ovarian cancer, genetalia cancer, endometriosis, vaginal infections, vaginal discharge or fluorine, and Ghonorrhea. The purpose of this study is to explore the occurrence of psychological disorders that affect the reproductive health of polygamous women. The research design used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection in this study used in-depth interview techniques with semi-structured questions with a sample of 10 informants. From the results of the study indicate that the analysis of psychological disorders that have an impact on women's reproductive health in polygamy has good benefits for health workers and for the community, especially women. In analyzing the tendency of psychological disorders that affect the reproductive health of women who are polygamous there are many things that can be used as references on how the effects of polygamous marriages are related to women's reproductive health, both negative and positive impacts. In analyzing the trends of production in polygamous women there are some hopes of supporting improvements in public health, especially women's reproductive health. Based on this research, further research is needed on the analysis of trends in the occurrence of psychological disorders that have an impact on reproductive health in polygamous women in Pamekasan Madura

Abstract

Hospital health services today undergo a fundamental change, namely to become a business entity with several strategic business units that require handling with the right management concept. In order to be able to sell services that are in accordance with market conditions. The purpose of the study is to find out the patient segmentation and the reasons for patients visiting the hospital and the interest of patients returning to the Banyuwangi Hospital. The research design was Cross Sectional. The population is all inpatients. The sample size is 144 respondents using Simple Random sampling technique. Independent variable is Segmentation. The dependent variable is the reason for the patient to visit and the interest in revisiting. Data were collected using a questionnaire, data were analyzed using logistic regression test (α ≤ 0.05). The results showed that the largest segmentation variable, namely the marital status variable did not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.849), and the residential variable did not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.698). Whereas the reason for visiting the biggest variable, namely the price variable does not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.628), the place variable does not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.531), and the people variable does not affect re-interest (p = 0.722). Segmentation and patient reasons have no effect on interest in revisiting. The quality of service at the hospital must provide satisfying and attractive services to attract patients to return to visit

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the interest of the community in the participation of BPJS in health centers including; Public perceptions about the Mandiri Health BPJS, Access and Types of services in the Puskesmas and Quality of services at the puskesmas are safe for BPJS Health participants. This type of research is qualitative research. Informants in this study were people in the puskesmas working area who did not have or had not participated in the BPJS. The informant taking method was purposive sampling. The numbers of informants in this study were nine informants. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively by data credibility testing and source competing. The results of the study found that there were still many people who did not understand the term BPJS / Jamkesmas / KIS. Furthermore, the people also want the BPJS but for free, if they pay, most of the information is objected because of economic reasons. According to informants, access and service and service quality are quite good, but there are still problems with relatively difficult referral requests
