Abstract

The toddler period is an important period to determine the quality of the future of the child during this time the development process runs quickly. One of the things we have to ask is the development of toddlers from poor families from the family of BPJS PBI. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that support the development of toddlers in the families of PBI BPJS participants in Balongrejo Village. The research design uses Cross sectional. The study population was all toddler in the BPJS PBI family in Ds. Balongrejo. With a sample of 106 respondents using the Simple Random sampling technique. Independent variables were nutritional status, food intake, infectious disease and knowledge. Dependent variable development of toddlers. The instrument uses questionnaire sheets and observation sheets, analyzed using Ordinal Regression test The results of the study are based on the ordinal regression test simultaneously all variables affect the development with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 <0,05, partially the history of infectious diseases and parental knowledge of children under five does not affect development with values. Sig (2-tailed) = 0.148> 0.05 and sig (2-tailed) = 0.996> 0.05, nutritional status and food intake influence the development with the Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 <0,05, nutritional status has a greater influence than food intake. Having a good nutritional status 1.3 times can have the opportunity to improve the development process of toddlers. Providing health education to mothers about the importance of fulfilling nutrition, development, and active posyandu activities can reduce developmental deviations of toddler.

Abstract

Perenium rupture is a tear that occurs in the perenium region during labor. Factors that influence the healing of perineal wounds include maternal nutritional needs that are sufficiently seen from the Body Mass Index (BMI), personal hygiene, mothers mobilizing. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the healing of perenium wounds in postpartum mothers at Turi Health Center and Lamongan Health Center in 2018. The research design used is quantitative research using a "cross sectional" approach. The sampling technique used is Simple Rendom Sampling with a sample of 116 respondents. Analysis technique with logistic regression test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the mobilization of p-value 0,000 <0,05, Personal Hygiene p-value 0,009 <0,05, and Nutritional Status p-value 0,009 <0,05 with healing of perennial wounds. And also found a significant simultaneous influence between personal hygiene mobilization, and nutritional status of perenium wound healing with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05 with the most dominant factor affecting wound healing is personal hygiene. Mother's personal hygiene helps reduce the source of infection and increases comfort in the mother. By preventing infection in perenium wounds, the wound can heal quickly

Abstract

Various studies show that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still very low. Exclusive breastfeeding is very important for the survival of the baby because it contains growth factors and antibody substances. If breast milk is not given exclusively, the immune system's maturation process will be disrupted and cause the baby to get infected easily. The purpose of this study was to find out the most dominant factors affecting the failure of exclusive breastfeeding at Turi Health Center, Lamongan Regency. This research is descriptive descriptive analysis with cross sectional design. A sample of 132 mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months with the Simple Randem Sampling technique, questionnaire instruments, data analysis with the Logistic Regression test. Most of the mothers did not initiate early breastfeeding, namely 78 (59.1%), got enough husband support 80 respondents (60.6%) and interested in promoting formula milk as many as 74 respondents (56.1%). For partial test Early breastfeeding initiation has a Sig 0.003 value, husband's support for Sig 0.004 and promotion of formula milk Sig 0.001. The results of the analysis of the most dominant variable on the failure of Exclusive ASI were husband's support with a value of OR 1.868. It is expected to increase counselin g and information about the Initiation of Early Breastfeeding and Exclusive Breastfeeding for pregnant women and mothers having babies. As well as being more selective in accepting all forms of promotion of formula milk from various promotional media

The purpose of the study was to analyze integrated anc services for satisfaction and high risk events of pregnant women at Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital. The research design used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Instrument data used questionnaire sheets using Chi Square test and Ordinal Regression. The results of the analysis of chi square test between variables ANC services integrated with satisfaction of pregnant women obtained p-value 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a relationship between integrated ANC services to satisfaction of pregnant women at Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital. Whereas between integrated ANC service variables with high risk events obtained p-value 0.015 <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between integrated ANC services to the high risk incidence of pregnant women at Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital. Based on the results of the Ordinal Regression Test analysis shows that the most influential variable with the Integrated ANC Service at the Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital is the variable satisfaction of pregnant women with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05. It is expected that respondents can conduct an Integrated ANC on a regular basis and the service can remain satisfactory

Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 92 respondents. The data collected by the instruments and questionnaires processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and the simultaneous values of p values there are shows so that 0.05 < influence the quality of services and the implementation of the policy to the satisfaction of the patient. he value of the coefficient of determination shows the value that shows contributions from 0.434 independent variable (the quality of service and policy implementation) amounted to 43.4%, while the remaining 56.6% in influence by other factors not present in the model This research. This happens because the factor that affect patient satisfaction is not only seen from the implementation of policies and the quality of services, but there is another factor that could affect such facilities or the attitude of the officers. Quality of service and implementation of the return of the patient affect the satisfaction of the patient.
