JIMP : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Pancasila adalah salah satu jurnal publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa dan dosen manajemen Strata 1 yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasila. Publikasi jurnal ini terbit satu tahun dua kali yaitu pada bulan Maret dan bulan September yang memuat artikel atau naskah berupa hasil penelitian, karya ilmiah maupun studi kasus. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas keilmuan dan menyalurkan minat untuk berbagi dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan dalam perkembangan teori dan praktek kepada mahasiswa, akademisi, maupun praktisi di bidang manajemen. Lingkup penelitian manajemen yang dimuat dalam JIMP meliputi: Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the benefits and prices of perceived value and their impact on the decision to use GoTransit on the Gojek application. The population used in this research were commuter line train users who used GoTransit on the Gojek application, with a sample size of 105 respondents. The data collection method is through a questionnaire using gform. This research uses the Smart PLS 3.2.8 Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this research show that, Benefits have a significant influence on perceived value, Price has a significant influence on perceived value, Benefits have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, Price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and Perceived value has an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of sales and profits of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the City of Jambi, using the Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point methods, which will impact the operational performance of the business. The Approach that used in this research is a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The sample size consists of 51 residents of the City of Jambi who own MSMEs and is analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Economic Order Quantity method has an influence on the level of sales and profits but is less significant. (2) The Reorder Point method has an influence on the level of sales and profits. (3) The Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point methods have an influence on the level of sales and profits. Based on the data obtained from this research, it can be concluded that the Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point methods can increase the level of sales and profits in MSMEs in the City of Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of job stress on employee performance at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. Data was obtained through questionnaires involving all 75 employees as respondents, using the saturated sample method. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant impact on employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination, T test, and simple linear regression analysis. The T test shows that the value of work stress (X) is -0.768 with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination indicates that work stress affects employee performance by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth, Celebrity Endorser, dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dessert Box Bittersweet by Najla. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan yang telah melakukan pembelian dessert box Bittersweet by Najla. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form pada konsumen produk dessert box Bittersweet by Najla. Pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0. Hasil uji instrumen menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk dessert box Bittersweet by Najla. (2) Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk dessert box Bittersweet by Najla. (3) Brand Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk dessert box Bittersweet by Najla.
