JIMP : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Pancasila adalah salah satu jurnal publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa dan dosen manajemen Strata 1 yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasila. Publikasi jurnal ini terbit satu tahun dua kali yaitu pada bulan Maret dan bulan September yang memuat artikel atau naskah berupa hasil penelitian, karya ilmiah maupun studi kasus. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada Holland Bakery Depok. Kategori penelitian ini menggunakan metoda deskriptif serta kausalitas. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan Holland Bakery Depok dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Demikian pula variable kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan. Secara simultan membuktikan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Motivasi Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee motivation at Holland Bakery in Depok. This research category uses descriptive methods and causality. In this study, the population was all Holland Bakery employees in Depok with a total sample of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression statistical analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study prove that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Likewise, the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Simultaneously prove that the variables of leadership style and compensation have a significant effect on employee motivation. Keywords: Leadership Style, Compensation, Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees in South Jakarta. The sample of this study used 100 respondents using primary data sources from the results of filling out questionnaires. The data analysis method uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results obtained from this study show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Then the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Based on simultaneous R-square measurements, Work Discipline and Motivation have a significant effect on Millennial Generation Employee Job Satisfaction in South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of job stress on employee performance at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. Data was obtained through questionnaires involving all 75 employees as respondents, using the saturated sample method. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant impact on employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination, T test, and simple linear regression analysis. The T test shows that the value of work stress (X) is -0.768 with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination indicates that work stress affects employee performance by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Strategi promosi melalui Influencer, Word of Mouth, Monthly Promo terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Objek dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen yang pernah melakukan perawatan di klinik kecantikan Mayesa Clinic Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diuji sebanyak 126 responden konsumen Mayesa Clinic Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form pada konsumen Mayesa Clinic Jakarta. Dan pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi Promosi Influencer, Word of Mouth, dan Monthly Promo berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan kata lain strategi promosi sesuai dengan kualitas pelayanan serta pilihan treatment terkini yang disediakan dapat mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian terhadap Mayesa Cllinc Jakarta. Strategi promosi melalui Influencer, Word of Mouth dan Monthly Promo memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan kata lain semakin baik strategi promosi yang digunakan maka dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study used a random probability sampling technique to determine how customer decisions about J&T Express delivery services in Jambi City are influenced by pricing, security, and the promptness of product delivery. Data for this study, which employs quantitative methods, was gathered using a questionnaire. One hundred respondents from Jambi City who had utilized delivery services and analyzed their data using the SPSS software made up the research sample. The study's findings demonstrated that (1) Price had a positive and significant influence, with a significant value of 0.023. (2) Security had a favorable but not statistically significant impact on the decision to employ J&T Express delivery services in Jambi City, as indicated by its significance value of 0.617. (3) A significant value of 0.000 was achieved for the timeliness variable. Timeliness plays a major role in the decision to employ J&T Express services in Jambi City, and it has a positive impact. Price and timeliness are the most important factors when choosing to use J&T Express delivery services in Jambi City, according to data collected for this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Saharjo Area Office. Respondents in this study used employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Saharjo Area Office. The sampling method used was calculated using the Slovin formula with a total of 80 respondents tested. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and data processing using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that Work-Life Balance has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, this research concludes that Work-Life Balance and Work Motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Saharjo Area Office. This research can be used as a study for PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Saharjo Area in improving employee quality and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 25 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2020-2023. Pengambilan sampel dengan Teknik purposive sampling menghasilkan jumlah sampel 8 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Eviews 12 dan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial variabel Current Ratio dan Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan. Variabel Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan variabel Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), dan Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan karyawan PT. ZAF International. Metoda pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diuji sebanyak 45 responden. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form pada karyawan PT. ZAF International. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract

Abstrak Puskesmas sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal diperlukan untuk menunjang fungsi ini, dengan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor yang berkontribusi signifikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden dengan jumlah sampel 294 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan, Puskesmas, Jakarta Pusat

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in the world before 2020 has changed the business world drastically, affecting companies in various sectors including property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research aims to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity and firm size ratios on financial distress in properties & real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The research results showed that all of the 8 companies studied experienced financial distress and simultaneously the profitability ratio (ROE), liquidity (CR) and firm size (FS) variables had a significant effect on financial distress (FD). Partially, the profitability and liquidity ratio variables have a significant effect on financial distress, but the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on financial distress. It can be said that the higher the value of the profitability ratio (ROE) variable, the lower the occurrence of financial distress. Then, the lower the value of the liquidity ratio (CR) variable, the lower the occurrence of financial distress. Finally, the firm size variable which does not have a significant effect on financial distress shows that a lower value will also reduce the risk of financial distress, although not significantly.
