Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value for companies listed on the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The LQ45 Index comprises 45 selected companies representing high liquidity and large market capitalization on the IDX. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 27 companies as the sample during the period from 2020 to 2024. The sample selection criteria are based on the completeness of financial data and the consistency of the companies on the LQ45 Index throughout the study period. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method to illustrate the relationship between the examined variables. The data is analyzed using EViews version 13. The analysis results indicate that profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value, with a regression coefficient of β1 = 2.401250 and a p-value of 0.000, meaning an increase in profitability by 1 unit can enhance firm value by 2.401250. Conversely, leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value, with a regression coefficient of β2 = 2.692045 and a p-value of 0.49, suggesting that the level of leverage does not play a significant role in determining firm value during the analyzed period. The R-squared value of 0.83 indicates that 83% of the independent variables have a high influence on firm value. This study provides important insights for financial managers and investors in making decisions related to company strategies

Abstract

Umi Saidah, 2024 This study aims to analyze the influence of Inflation and Interest Rates on the Stock Price of Technology Sector companies, specifically the Software & IT Services subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2023 period. This research is motivated by fluctuations in Stock Prices influenced by various macroeconomic factors, including Inflation and Interest Rates. Considering the importance of stocks as an investment instrument and as an indicator of a company’s health, a deep understanding, of the factors affecting Stock Price is crucial. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from company financial statements, Inflation data and Interest Rate data during the period under study. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests and classical regression assumption tests before performing regression analysis. The results of the study show that Inflation has a significant negative impact on Stocvk Prices, while Interest Rates do not have a significant effect on Stock Prices. These findings indicate the investors are more responsive to changes in Inflation compared to changes in Interest Rates in the context of Technology Sector Stoks in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to investors and policymakers in understanding stock market dynamics and the impact of macroeconomic factors on Stock Prices.

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to analyze the influence of the variables Price (X1), Brand Image (X2), Promotion (X3), and Product Quality (X4) on the decision to purchase Bang Dudung goat soup in Cimone, Tangerang City via GoFood. Using quantitative methods with 97 respondents and purposive sampling, this research analyzes data using multiple linear regression via IBM SPSS 20. The research results show that each independent variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, the Price variable (T count = 4.048) has a significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Brand Image (T count = 12,442), Promotion (T count = 4,709), and Product Quality (T count = 3,416) also show a significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous F test shows that the variables Price, Brand Image, Promotion and Product Quality together have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, with calculated F = 36.969 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, this research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence of all variables on the decision to purchase Bang Dudung Kambing Sop at GoFood.

Abstract

This study aims to test, review and analyze the relationship between the success of various activities in the company to achieve its goals not only depends on the superiority of the existing technology system or facilities owned, but is also greatly determined by the role of human resources in the company in the application of Work Discipline and Work Environment to Employee Performance at PT. KMK Global Sport. This study involved 70 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20, with statistical tests in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously (F Test), the F-count value of 44.690> F-table 3.13, it can be concluded that simultaneously it has a signiϔicant effect on the dependent variable and the t-test results in the study also show that two independent variables, namely work discipline and work environment, have a positive and signiϔicant effect on the dependent variable. For the work discipline variable, the signiϔicance value is 0.000 <0.05, and the t-count value is 6.518> t-table 1.997. Likewise with the work environment variable, the signiϔicance value is 0.000 < 0.05, with a t-count value of 9.391 > 1.997. This supports the hypothesis that both variables have a signiϔicant impact on the results measured in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principal management and teacher professionalism on teacher performance at SMK Bina Mandiri, Tangerang Regency. The population in this study is the teachers of SMK Bina Mandiri. The sample size was 45 respondents. The research method uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant influence between school principal management and teacher performance. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.002 < 0.05 and t-value = 3.393. There is a significant influence between teacher professionalism and teacher performance. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-value = 11.122. And there is a significant influence between school principal management and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F = 120.059.

Abstract

The use of e-money such as Gopay has become a popular payment solution in various economic sectors, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to examine the impact of socializing the use of Gopay e-money on the growth of MSMEs in the Sudirman Indah Tigaraksa Housing Complex. This socialization is expected to increase operational efficiency and market access for MSMEs, as well as support local economic growth. The research methods used include surveys and structured interviews with MSME owners who have participated in the Gopay socialization program. The data collected was analyzed using linear regression techniques to measure the influence of socialization on MSME growth, which was measured through increased sales, operational efficiency and market access. The research results show that socialization of the use of Gopay has a positive and significant impact on the growth of MSMEs. MSMEs that use Gopay experience an increase in sales of 25% and an increase in operational efficiency of 20%. Apart from that, using Gopay also increases MSME market access by making transactions easier and expanding customer reach. This research concludes that the socialization of Gopay e-money is effective in supporting the growth of MSMEs in the Sudirman Indah Tigaraksa Housing Complex. Therefore, it is recommended that the government and related parties continue to encourage the adoption of e-money among MSMEs to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses. This journal provides recommendations for implementing a wider and more intensive e-money socialization program to support the development of MSMEs in various economic sectors.

Abstract

Effective financial recording is a crucial element in managing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the context of the fast food industry. This journal examines approaches to socialization and implementation of simple bookkeeping to improve financial recording at Fried Chicken Lazatto MSMEs in Tigaraksa. The method used includes direct training to MSME owners regarding the importance of regular and accurate financial records. The research results show that implementing a simple recording system can improve understanding of cash flow, expenses and daily income. Thus, this journal offers recommendations for the use of financial recording systems that can be adopted by similar MSMEs, promoting the benefits of effective bookkeeping practices in improving the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in the food sector.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of socializing the creation of Shopee Merchant ShopeeFood to MSMEs in the Sudirman Indah Tigaraksa Housing Complex. Digitalization of MSMEs is becoming increasingly important in the era of the digital economy, and ShopeeFood offers a platform that can expand the market for local MSMEs. Using qualitative methods, this research collected data through in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who participated in the socialization program. Thematic analysis was applied to identify the main themes that emerged from the data collected. The research results show that this socialization was successful in increasing MSMEs' understanding and technical skills in using the ShopeeFood platform. MSMEs report improvements in operational efficiency and wider market access after joining ShopeeFood. However, several challenges such as limitations in technology access and digital awareness still hinder the optimization of platform use. This research concludes that although this outreach has a positive impact, continued support is needed from Shopee and the government to overcome existing obstacles. Recommendations are given to improve continuous training, strengthen digital infrastructure, and provide incentives for MSMEs to make maximum use of digital platforms. The findings of this research provide important insights for MSME development strategies in the digital era and suggest future research directions to explore the long-term impact of digital technology adoption by MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training in using the online design application Canva in improving online marketing for beginner MSMEs among students at Tangerang University. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation of training participants. The research results show that using Canva significantly improves the visual quality of marketing content, which has a positive impact on increasing engagement and product sales. This research provides a practical contribution to the development of online marketing strategies for budding MSMEs and offers guidance for educational institutions in developing similar training programs.

Abstract

The study explores the role of organizational culture and innovation in branding for UMKM. In the context of modern business, branding is the key to UMKM to distinguish themselves from competitors, increase consumer confidence, and expand their market share. This article aims to investigate how organizational culture and innovation collaborate to create a strong brand identity for UMKM. Organizational culture has a significant impact on the way UMKM operates and interacts with customers and employees. Innovation in this context involves the innovation of products, processes, and business models that enable UMKM to adapt to changing markets and meet consumer needs effectively. This article also discusses practical strategies that UMKM can adopt to strengthen the culture of organizations that support innovation. This research will use a qualitative approach. The aim of the selection of this approach is to gain a comprehensive and contextual understanding of the dynamics that occur within UMKM organizations as well as how organizational culture and innovation influence the process of branding creation. Research results show that UMKMs who successfully integrate a strong organizational culture with sustained innovation are able to build a consistent branding that attracts consumers. This research provides insights for UMKM owners and business practitioners in understanding the importance of organizational culture and innovation in creating andining competitive advantage through branding.
