Abstract

The restorative justice approach in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia is an effort to create more humane justice by restoring relationships between perpetrators, victims and society. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing restorative justice in the juvenile criminal justice system in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The research method used is a normative and empirical juridical approach by examining primary and secondary legal data, as well as interviews with law enforcement officials.The research results show that restorative justice has a positive impact in reducing the negative impacts of the justice process on children, such as stigmatization and barriers to social reintegration. However, its effectiveness is still hampered by a lack of understanding of law enforcement officials, a lack of supporting facilities, and low community involvement. To improve the implementation of restorative justice, intensive training is needed for law enforcement officers, strengthening the role of community institutions, as well as outreach to victims and the community regarding the benefits of this approach. It is hoped that this research can become a reference in developing policies that are more effective and oriented towards child protection in the criminal justice system in Indonesia.

Abstract

The main challenges faced by MSMEs in the city of Bandung include low people's purchasing power, increasingly fierce competition, and risks related to customer loyalty. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of product image and attributes on customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach in Bandung City, with the unit of observation being Sambar Bakar Lengkong customers. The sample used consisted of 235 respondents taken using the Multistage Random Sampling technique. Causality analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that: The image and product attributes of Culinary MSMEs in the city of Bandung contribute to customer satisfaction, but do not have a direct effect on customer loyalty; Customer satisfaction has an important role in creating customer loyalty; Customer satisfaction functions as a mediator between the influence of product image and attributes on customer loyalty; Product attributes have a more significant influence than image in increasing customer satisfaction, which in turn will create customer loyalty. This research provides managerial insight to increase Sambar Bakar Lengkong customer loyalty, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction supported by developing product attributes and image.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of innovation management and supply chain performance on the development of textile MSMEs in Banten Province. The increasingly intense competition following the COVID-19 pandemic demands MSME actors to innovate and manage their supply chains efficiently to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability. The study also explores the synergy between these two variables. Adopting a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 180 respondents, consisting of textile MSME owners or managers. The research instrument, a structured questionnaire, was analyzed using multiple regression to examine the effects of the variables. The findings reveal that innovation management has a significant positive effect on MSME development (β=0.45; p=0.000). Factors such as product innovation frequency, technology adoption, and employee training significantly contribute to business growth. Supply chain performance also demonstrates a significant impact (β=0.38; p=0.002), with raw material procurement efficiency, distribution speed, and supplier relationships identified as key factors. Notably, the interaction between innovation management and supply chain performance exerts an even greater influence (β=0.60; p=0.000), underscoring the critical importance of synergy between these aspects. These findings align with Schumpeter's (1934) innovation theory and Christopher's (2016) supply chain theory, while also corroborating prior studies, such as Tidd and Bessant (2020), which emphasize the role of innovation in enhancing MSME competitiveness. This research provides a novel contribution by highlighting the importance of integrating innovation and supply chain efficiency in the context of Indonesian textile MSMEs. Future studies are recommended to expand geographic scope, explore other sectors, and adopt mixed-method approaches to deepen the understanding of these dynamics.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the higher education sector, particularly among private universities (PTS), demands innovative, technology-driven marketing strategies to attract prospective students. This study explores the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing management for PTS in Indonesia, focusing on efficiency, personalization, and enhancing the student experience. A quantitative descriptive and exploratory approach was adopted, analyzing data collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with 15 PTS utilizing AI in their marketing strategies. The findings reveal that AI applications, such as chatbots for real-time communication and data analytics to understand prospective students' needs, significantly improve marketing effectiveness. Approximately 73% of PTS reported enhanced responsiveness in communication, while marketing cost efficiency reached an average of 22%. However, challenges such as limited skilled human resources and inadequate technological infrastructure persist. The study underscores the need for investment in staff training and infrastructure development to support broader AI adoption. These findings provide strategic insights for PTS to leverage AI technologies effectively, enhancing their competitiveness in the increasingly dynamic higher education market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi kerja dan Disiplinkerja terhadap Kinerja Karyaan Bagian Produksi PT Power Steel Indonesia KabupatenTangerang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlahsampel ebesar 30 orang karyawan bagian produksi PT Power Steel Indonesia KabupatenTangerang. Dari hasil analisis data berdasarkan analisis data ang di peroleh denganpengujian menggunakan software SPSS versi 22 diperoleh hasil bahwa Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa Motivasi Kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan padavariabel Kinerja Karyawan. Ini ditunjukakan bahwa hasil perhitungan SPSS denganperolehan nilai t hitung < t tabel untuk variabel Motivasi kerja (X1) adalah (1,770< 2,051)dengan nilai signifikansi 0,088 > 0,05 . Dan Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa DisiplinKerja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai0,000< 0,05. berdasarkan hasil pengujian t hitung < t tabel untuk variabel Disiplin kerja (X2)adalah (5,240 >2,051) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05.. Kemudian Berdasarkan uji Fanalisis pertama diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 90,156 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin kerjaberpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, however, they continue to face various limitations, particularly in terms of capital. Working capital is a key factor influencing the smooth operation of business activities and the ability of MSMEs to generate income. This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital on the income of MSME GARFANSA (Jellozuyu), which operates in the milk-based jelly beverage sector. This research employs a descriptive case study approach using primary data obtained from the MSME’s financial statements, including income statements, trial balances, and simple financial records. Data analysis is conducted using a qualitative descriptive method by examining working capital conditions, pricing strategies, income levels, and overall financial performance. The results indicate that well-managed working capital supports smooth production processes, appropriate pricing decisions, and the generation of significant income and profit. Furthermore, MSME GARFANSA demonstrates strong profitability and liquidity levels, reflecting a healthy financial condition. Therefore, it can be concluded that working capital plays an important role in increasing the income of MSME GARFANSA (Jellozuyu).

Abstract

The epistemology of the philosophy of family law is an in-depth study of the basics of knowledge, sources of truth, and legal legitimacy that govern family relations in society. In the modern context, social, cultural, and technological dynamics demand a reconstruction of normative thinking in order to keep family law relevant. This paper seeks to analyze the epistemological framework of the philosophy of family law by linking normative traditions, positive law, and universal morality principles. The research method used is a literature study with a philosophical-normative approach. The results of the study show that the epistemology of family law must be based on rationality, the value of justice, and sensitivity to social change. Thus, modern family law needs to be continuously reconstructed to maintain a balance between traditional values and the needs of contemporary society.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan memastikan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan di PT Sinar Herba Radix, Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan sampel 53 orang, serta alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 26.0. (a) Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan oleh persamaan regresi t2 > ttabel = 1,980 < 2,008. Dari data tersebut memberikan penjelasan mengapa produktivitas karyawan (Y) tidak terpengaruh oleh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) secara parsial. (b) Adanya pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan oleh persamaan regresi t2 > ttabel = 5,257 < 2,008. Dari data tersebut dapat dijelaskan bahwa secara parsial motivasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan (Y). (c) Adanya pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan oleh persamaan regresi Fhitung > Ftabel = 24,713 > 3,183. Maka, Ho ditolak. Jadi, kesimpulannya adalah gaya kepemimpian dan motivasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Berdasarkan signifikansi uji F dengan tingkat signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Maka, Ho ditolak. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine and ensure that leadership style and motivation influence employee productivity at PT Sinar Herba Radix, Cikupa, Tangerang Regency The analysis method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method with a sample of 53 people, where in this study the research is in the form of calculations with numbers from the survey and the analysis tool used in this study is SPSS version 26.0. (a) The research findings show that employee productivity and leadership style are not significantly correlated. This can be explained by the regression equation t2 > t-table = 1.980 < 2.008. From these data provides an explanation why employee productivity (Y) is not partially affected by leadership style (X1). (b) There is a significant influence between motivation on employee productivity. This can be explained by the regression equation t2 > t-table = 5.257 < 2.008. From these data it can be explained that motivation (X2) partially influences employee productivity (Y). (c) There is a significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee productivity. This can be explained by the regression equation F-count > F-table = 24.713 > 3.183. Therefore, Ho is rejected. So, the conclusion is that leadership style and motivation together or simultaneously have an influence on employee productivity. Based on the significance of the F test with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). So, Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Work environment, work motivation, and work discipline are important factors that influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on employee performance in the Tangerang Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). Using a quantitative method with a saturated sampling approach, this study involved 55 employees aged 20-41 years as the population and sample. Data analysis included validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, hypothesis, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that these three factors had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the work environment t-count 3.317 > t-table 2.007, work motivation t�count 3.012 > t-table 2.007, and work discipline t-count 9.174 > t-table 2.007 had a significant influence. Simultaneously, the three variables also had a positive and significant influence F-count 158.114 > F-table 2.783. The conclusion of this study is that the environment, motivation, and work discipline are important factors that can be the basis for formulating policies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Peranan penasehat hokum dalam pendampingan tersangka di tingkat penyidikan dan hambatan yang dihadapi penasehat hokum dalam pendampingan tersangka di tingkat penyidikan, serta menelaah terkait upaya yang dilakukan penasehat hokum untuk mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak tersangka di tingkat penyidikan. Penasehat hokum merupakan suatu profesi yang memberikan jasa hukum, dimana berperan sebagai pendamping, pemberi pendapat hukum, atau menjadi kuasa hokum terhadap kliennya. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridi sempiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian menyebutkan bahwa peranan penasehat hokum dalam pendampingan tersangka ditingkat penyidikan berdasarkan Pasal 115 ayat (1) KUHAP yaitu dengan cara melihat serta mendengar. Hambatan yang dihadapi seperti keleluasaan yang diberikan sangat terbatas untuk ikut hadir dalam proses pemeriksaan penyidikan, sering terjadi intimidasi terhadap penasehat hukum, dan sering terjadi penafsiran hukum yang berbeda antara penasehat hukum dan penyidik.
