Abstract

Penyimpanan tepung terigu dibutuhkan suhu dan kelembaban yang baik untuk menghindari pertumbuhan kapang yang dapat merusak nutrisi pada tepung terigu. Suhu dan kelembaban yang dibutuhkan untuk penyimpanan yang baik yaitu suhu di atas dan kelembaban di bawah 60% RH. Metode yang digunakan pada penyimpanan tepung yaitu FIFO (First In First Out) dengan menggunakan sensor Load cell sebagai penanda inputan tepung. Tepung yang masuk akan menginputkan data waktu, lokasi dan jumlah tepung, sehingga dapat ditentukan dengan mudah tepung mana yang akan keluar terlebih dahulu. Untuk memudahkan pemonitoringan suhu, kelembaban dan jumlah stok pada penyimpanan tepung pada penelitian ini pengiriman data monitoring secara wireless menggunakan jaringan internet yang dapat diakses dimana saja. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian ini bahwa sensor DHT22 dapat mengukur suhu dan kelembaban dengan baik yaitu memiliki nilai RE (Relative Error) 0,5% temperature dan 3.9% kelembaban dibandingkan terhadap alat ukur HTC-1. Pengujian loadcell dibandingkan dengan timbangan digital memiliki nilai akurat dengan menggunakan rumus linier. Pada pengujian QoS pengiriman data sensor ke web server memiliki nilai yang bagus sesuai standart ITU-T yaitu delay < 150ms.

Abstract

PT. Bintang Toedjoe as a company engaged in the manufacturing industry in carrying out its business activities has implemented a production quality control system. The company has even won the ISO 9001 certificate as an acknowledgement that the company has implemented good quality management and in accordance with the applicable quality standard guidelines. Various quality control programs are carried out by the company so that it can produce good products and in accordance with the quality standards set. However, in fact the quality is determined based on the production results theoretically has not reached the specified requirements. As it is known that one of the products of PT. Bintang Todjoe is a traditional medicine, namely Bintang Toedjoe cataches a cold, where this product is a new product released by PT. Bintang Toedjoe. Therefore, a quality control system must be established to ensure that each product produced meets the spesifications set by following standard procedures. One of the quality control programs using statistical quality control, among others, to conduct process capability analysis, namely by testing the normality of the quality parameters of the resulting product and studying the production process capabilities of PT. Bintang Todjoe.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja dosen perlu adanya sistem penilaian. Penilaian terhadap dosen dapat dilakukan oleh pimpinan maupun ketua program studi, seperti penilaian pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian, tanggung jawab, kepribadian, loyalitas. Permasalahan terjadi selama ini untuk menilai kinerja dosen masih belum optimal karena tidak adanya metode standar yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sebuat sistem pendukung keputusan dengan Profil matching, WP dan Topsis. Metode ini mampu memilih alternatif terbaik dari alternatif yang ada. Alternatif yang dimaksud yaitu dosen yang memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja dosen terbaik akan dikeluarkan dalam bentuk nilai angka dan diurutkan berdasarkan nilai terbesar hingga nilai terkecil  Dari hasil akurasi didapatkanlah nilai untuk profile matching 19,6%, Weighted product 75 % dan TOPSIS 85 %.

Abstract

This study presents the analysis of downtime factors in the chain of a bag packaging machine. Through the use of a fishbone diagram, crucial factors were identified, including unstable gears, the absence of stoppers in the chain sprocket and outer chain, errors in chain setting by operators, lack of understanding and training regarding chain troubleshooting, suboptimal chain maintenance, and the absence of scheduled gear and chain replacements. To address these issues, improvement measures were implemented. The installation of stoppers in the sprocket and outer chain significantly reduced the risk of chain detachment and ensured stable rotation. Operator training and enhanced understanding improved chain troubleshooting and setting procedures. Optimal chain maintenance and scheduled gear and chain replacements contributed to the reduction of chain stiffness and gear damage. Over a three-month period following the implementation of the improvements, no downtime incidents related to the chain in the bag packaging machine were recorded, indicating the success of the implemented measures and an overall improvement in operational efficiency through the reduction of production disruptions caused by chain-related issues. Abstract

The abundance of agricultural waste in Indonesia, in which the utilization is less than optimal, has encouraged a lot of research to develop technology for utilizing agricultural waste. One of the utilizations of lignocellulosic agricultural waste is as a potential raw material source for producing bioactive compounds that can be applied in functional food or nutraceutical preparations products. Xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) are one of the oligosaccharide compounds that can be produced from the bioconversion process of lignocellulosic biomass. XOS is known to have potential as a promising prebiotic. Increasing global demand for XOS has driven various innovations in the search for efficient and environmentally friendly production methods. Therefore, developing a production strategy is very important to stimulate more sustainable XOS production. Until now, many researchers have developed different methods to obtain optimal XOS results, both in quantity and quality. This review will summarize some XOS production methodologies and strategies.

Abstract

PT Palapa Engineering which is located at Jl. Raya Peusar RT 09/RW 04 Kp. Kadu Kel. Sukamulya District. Cikupa District. Tangerang, the data collection process for raw materials and finished goods is still done manually using ledgers. The data collection process for warehouses for raw materials and finished goods at PT Palapa Engineering is still manual and the data processing process is still less effective. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the current system and design a web-based warehouse inventory information system for raw materials and finished goods. To achieve this goal the author approached the research method, namely field studies, interviews, literature studies and system design using Waterfall and UML (Unified Modeling Language). Application creation using PHP language and database with MySQL. The conclusion is that PT Palapa Engineering's data collection system for raw materials and finished goods is still done manually and there is frequent loss of raw material and finished goods report data, so a new computerized system design is needed, namely with web-based technology.

Abstract

Business travel is one of the most important activities at PT Shoetown Kasokandel Indonesia which aims to carry out a certain task or so that vehicle management will be needed when you want to go on a business trip. In carrying out the business process, the proposer, logistics, finance and superiors face problems in terms of managing vehicles for official travel, namely the process of proposing and granting permits is less practical, for example the vehicle proposer has to meet the logistics officer, and the logistics officer meets the superiors and finances of PT Shoetown Kasokandel Indonesia in managing vehicle demand. Therefore, the online-based vehicle management application for business trips has information management features for proposing vehicle request letters for business trips and vehicle maintenance management. This application was created using the waterfall method with the UML model using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database server. Users of this application are employees of PT Shoetown Kasokandel Indonesia, including staff, logistics, finance, superiors.

Abstract

In the context of modern business, information technology is the main key to operational success. This research highlights the important role of computerized systems in raw material inventory management at PT. Multi Mortar. Even though the stock card system is used, the manual data processing process using Microsoft Excel is often inefficient and less accurate. Lack of optimal inventory data can hinder management decision making. This study proposes designing a website-based raw material inventory system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to fix this problem. Qualitative methods, including observational analysis, interviews, and literature studies, were used to design a system that facilitates data input and produces efficient reports. The hope is that the implementation of this new website-based system will help PT. Multi Mortar increases its operational effectiveness and enables management to make better decisions based on accurate and timely information. Thus, this research shows the importance of the integration of advanced information technology in improving business efficiency and overcoming challenges in inventory management. Abstract

Processing population data in Gandasari Village is currently still limited to the use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data input purposes. However, there is no special system that can manage population data comprehensively. This research aims to overcome these shortcomings by designing and implementing an effective system for managing population data. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, literature study, and interviews with sub-district staff. The program developed uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system testing process uses Black Box Testing to ensure optimal performance. SWOT and Elicitation analysis are used to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in system development. This research focuses on developing a system for issuing documents, such as domicile certificates, birth certificates, death certificates and marriage certificates. It is hoped that the implementation of this new system will increase efficiency in managing population data, reduce document processing time, and increase community satisfaction in getting fast and accurate administrative services from Gandasari Village. Abstract

Usia merupakan factor yang berkaitan langsung dengan prudoktivitas kerja. Usia yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh usia terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Metode Analisis yang di gunakan adalah metode Analisis secara langsung di lapangan yaitu dengan cara menghitung waktu kerja karyawan yang sudah lansia yaitu usia 40 tahun ke atas dengan usia yang di bawah 40 tahun. Dimana karyawan yang uisa di atas 40 tahun hanya dapat menghasilkan guntingan waste produksi yaitu sebanyak 18 kg dalam sehari sedangkan karyawan yang usia 40 tahun kebawah dapat menghasilkan guntingan waste produksi sebanyak 42 kg perhari. Analisis ini menunjukan uisa sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Mayora Indah Tbk.
