Abstract

Abstrak. Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) adalah salah satu metode interpolasi untuk menaksir suatu nilai pada lokasi yang tidak tersampel berdasarkan data disekitarnya. Metode ini sering digunakan dalam kegiatan eksplorasi karena dalam proses perhitungannya lebih sederhana dan mudah difahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran bijih limonit secara lateral dan potensi sumberdaya nikel, dengan menggunakan metode IDW untuk menaksir kadar Ni dan ketebalan zona mineralisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan data hasil pengebeboran prospeksi sebanyak 60 titik bor. Parameter power yang digunakan dalam proses interpolasi adalah 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5. Untuk memilih nilai power yang terbaik digunakan parameter Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) yang diperoleh dari prosedur cross validation. Berdasarkan nilai RMSE terkecil diperoleh bahwa metode IDW dengan power 1 adalah yang terbaik. Dengan asumsi nilai cut-off grade adalah 1,2% Ni dan densitas limonit 1,6 ton/m³, hasil estimasi sumberdaya pada zona limonit adalah 151,7 juta ton bijih dengan kadar rata-rata 1,45% Ni atau setara dengan ± 2,2 juta ton logam nikel. Peta sebaran bijih menunjukkan bahwa potensi tambahan sumberdaya masih terbuka kearah selatan dan barat laut dari daerah penelitian.

Abstract

Leachate is the liquid waste as consequence of water which flow into the influx of external water into the embankment of waste / garbage and then rinsed and dissolved the material in the embankment, so it has a variety of organic and inorganic pollutants.Leachate sewage treatment instalation is a the installation that processed waste leachate in order not to contaminate the environment of the river. The negative impact of leachate is to killed an existing biota in of the river, groundwater contamination, especially in the areas where rainfall and high soil water level. This study was conducted at the landfill Supit Urang in the Village Mulyorejo with 19.6 hectares. Waste disposed to Supit Urang landfill approximately ± 400 tons / day, and area of 75% of the total area has been filled with garbage. It has the potential to generate leachate wastewater. Therefore, it is required the leachate treatment waste installation that is storage ponds, consisting of stabilization ponds, aeration ponds and pools maturisasi waste leachate. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of waste leachate treatment facility.The capacity of the reservoir pondswas determined by the discharge of leachate and leachate production. Effectiveness of the sewage treatment plant was determined by reduction in the quality of leachate as decreased content of COD and BOD from the waste dumped in landfill Supit Urang.Result showed that there wasthe leachate discharge obtained 9.43 m3/day and leachate production was 0.8 m3/day. Before entering the waste leachate, the content of COD = 8960 mg / l and BOD 5 = 3968.293 mg / l of leachate treatment plant. Before sewage treatment plants, the content of COD = 298.67 mg / l and BOD = 88.18 mg / l. Thus the effectiveness of the leachate treatment plant, COD and BOD can reduce 97%..From the processing of waste leachate treatment plant already appropriate with the water quality standards according to Keputusan Menteri No. 03 /1991 which includes group III.Keywords: Leachate, leachate treatment sewage instalation, COD and BOD 5

Abstract

Usia merupakan factor yang berkaitan langsung dengan prudoktivitas kerja. Usia yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh usia terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Metode Analisis yang di gunakan adalah metode Analisis secara langsung di lapangan yaitu dengan cara menghitung waktu kerja karyawan yang sudah lansia yaitu usia 40 tahun ke atas dengan usia yang di bawah 40 tahun. Dimana karyawan yang uisa di atas 40 tahun hanya dapat menghasilkan guntingan waste produksi yaitu sebanyak 18 kg dalam sehari sedangkan karyawan yang usia 40 tahun kebawah dapat menghasilkan guntingan waste produksi sebanyak 42 kg perhari. Analisis ini menunjukan uisa sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Mayora Indah Tbk.

Abstract

The selection of an interpolation method that complies with the availability of data, to map the grade distribution of mineral commodities, is an important issue in every stage of exploration in the mining industry. A reliable method can produce accurate predictions of the grade distribution of deposits so that it can be used to properly evaluate the economic potential of a mineral deposit. The objective of this research was to compare the performance of four deterministic interpolation methods, including Global Polynomial Interpolation (GPI), Radial Basis Function (RBF), Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW), and Local Polynomial Interpolation (LPI), to map the distribution of Ni, Fe, and MgO. The evaluation of the interpolation results was carried out using the cross-validation technique through the statistical parameters Mean Error (ME), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Mean Relative Error (MRE). The results of the comparison show that the performance of the RBF method is the most accurate as indicated by the lowest RMSE and MRE values, or the ME value that is closest to zero. It can be concluded that the RBF interpolation technique is the best method for predicting the spatial distribution of Ni, Fe, and MgO grades in this study area.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Chemotherapy is a treatment for head and neck malignancies. Hearing impairment is a side effect of chemotherapy, especially caused by platinum-based chemotherapy. Hearing impairment generally occurs at high frequencies after the administration of chemotherapy. AIMS: To prove assosciation between cumulative doses of platinum-based chemotherapy and ototoxic events in head and neck malignancies. METHOD: This is a cross-sectional study. The sample is patients with head and neck malignancy receiving platinum-based chemotherapy at Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang from March to June 2023. Hearing assessment using pure tone audiometry was performed randomly at all chemotherapy cycles. Data was analyzed with a chi-square test. RESULT:  Eighty-one subjects (52 male, 29 female), consisting of 71 subjects received cisplatin, and 10 subjects received carboplatin. Ototoxicity occurs in 91.7% of subjects receiving cumulative doses of cisplatin >300mg/m2 and carboplatin >1500mg/m2 compared to cumulative doses of cisplatin <300mg/m2 and carboplatin <1500mg/m2, which was 46.7% (p = 0.001, CI 1.416-2.725). CONCLUSION: There was a significant association between cumulative doses of platinum-based chemotherapy and ototoxicity incidence of head and neck malignancy patients.

Abstract

PT. Antareja Mahada Makmur merupakan salah satu kontraktor pada sektor pertambangan yang melakukan kegiatan penambangan pada wilayah PKP2B milik PT. Multi Harapan Utama. Pada proses pemuatan overburden PT. Antareja Mahada Makmur menggunakan excavator jenis Komatsu PC 2000-8 dengan target produktivitas per unit yang direncanakan sebesar 850 BCM/jam dan target produksi per unit dalam satu minggu pada Pit Sentuk Utara seam 100 sebesar 88.500 BCM. Dari data historikal pada bulan Maret didapatkan produksi rata-rata mingguan belum mencapai target. Produksi pada unit Excavator PC 2000-8 dengan nomor unit 2008-5 sebesar 82.013 BCM dan pada nomor unit PC 2008-6 sebesar 84.674 BCM. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produktivitas alat muat yang diperoleh menggunakan perhitungan secara aktual dan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas alat muat Komatsu PC 2000-8 pada kegiatan pengupasan overburden. Metode OEE digunakan untuk menganalisa peluang peningkatan performa alat operasi penambangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, rata-rata produksi pengupasan overburden mingguan pada bulan April unit PC 2000-8 dengan nomor unit 2008-5 sebesar 49.531 BCM dan nomor unit 2008-6 sebesar 79.722 BCM. Sedangkan, setelah melakukan perhitungan OEE rata-rata produksi pengupasan overburden mingguan pada bulan April unit PC 2000-8 dengan nomor unit 2008-5 sebesar 78.433 BCM dan nomor unit 2008-6 sebesar 111.593 BCM. Faktor-faktor penyebab belum tercapainya target produktivitas adalah rendahnya waktu kerja efektif dan efisiensi kerja serta belum tercapainya waktu edar yang telah direncanakan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai target produksi, yaitu meningkatkan waktu kerja efektif dengan menekan waktu hambatan yang dapat dihindari, mengoptimalkan efisiensi kerja alat dan melatih keterampilan operator untuk menunjang waktu edar alat muat.

Abstract

PT. Kutai Energi merupakan perusahaan tambang batubara yang diekspor ke pasar negara seperti China, India, Thailand dan negara lainnya. PT. Kutai Energi memiliki 2 kualitas batubara yang berbeda yaitu Low Calorific Value (LCV) dan High Calorific Value (HCV). Kualitas batubara LCV PT. Kutai Energi antara lain; Total Moisture 32,99%; Inherent Moisture 16,62%; Ash Content 5,42%; Volatite Matter 39,86%; Fixed Carbon 38,08%; Total Sulfur 0,80%; Calorific Value (arb) 4159,09 Kal/g. Sedangkan batubara HCV mempunyai Total Moisture 16,22%; Inherent Moisture 12,63%; Ash Content 5,41%; Volatite Matter 40,12%; Fixed Carbon 41,82%; Total Sulfur 1,77%; Calorific Value (arb) 5834,69 Kal/g. Dengan spesifikasi standar kualitas batubara di PT. Kutai Energi yang belum sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen, maka perlu dilakukan pencampuran batubara beda kualitas. Untuk menghitung komposisi pencampuran batubara, digunakan metode Trial and Error dan metode Solver pada Microsoft Excel dan metode Simpleks Program Linier menggunakan Sofware POM-QM for Windows v5. Untuk metode Simpleks didapatkan sebanyak 964 MT dan sebanyak 9436 MT dengan Total Moisture 17,7836%; Inherent Moisture 13,002%; Volatite Matter 40,1021%; Calorific Value 5679,31 Kal/g, dan untuk Metode Trial and Error dan metode solver mendapatkan LCV sebanyak 959 MT dan sebanyak 9441 MT dengan masing-masing parameter Total Moisture 17,775%; Inherent Moisture 13%; Volatite Matter 40,1023%; Calorific Value 5680,2 Kal/g. Abstract

PT. Koninis Fajar Mineral is a company engaged in nickel mining operating in Banggai Regency. In the nickel mining process, nickel is not sent directly to the smelter, but nickel is stored first in the stockpile. The nickel produced must comply with the demand and conditions desired by the smelter, the specifications for the request for smelter nickel content are Ni 1.8%, Fe 15-40%, moisture content (MC) <35%, and SiO2 <2.5%. This study focuses on moisture content levels. This study aims to analyze the potential for increased moisture contentlevels from various factors in stockpile management activities. The method used is to observe the stockpilemanagement process from the beginning of nickel being stacked until it is transported. Based on the results of research and observations made, there are several factors that have the potential to increase the moisture content of nickel piles. Factors causing an increase in the moisture content in the piles include the condition of the stockpile floors being unfavorable, not closing the piles when it rains, not optimally stacking the piles, and unfavorable ditch conditions. Efforts that can be made to maintain nickel quality so that moisture contentdoes not increase include repairing stockpile floors, covering piles using tarpaulin when it rains, maximizingstockpile maintenance and supervision, and repairing stockpile area ditches.

Abstract

PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya is one of the companies with IUP 543.32/3666 of 2020 which is engaged in mining and crushing andesite stones. Community Development and Empowerment Program at PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya must focus on vulnerable or underpowered community groups by carrying out community development activities aimed at forming an independent society. The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the community development and empowerment programs that have been carried out by PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya in Pesanggrahan village, (2) knowing the benefits felt by residents in Pesanggrahan village to community development and empowerment programs, (3) knowing the community development and empowerment programs that have not been carried out by PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya to the community in Pesanggrahan village. The method of determining the sample was simple random sampling with a sample of 10 respondents. The results of the study show that the program implemented has referred to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources 1824 K/30/MEM of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Community Development and Empowerment, where in the regulation there are 8 (eight) program areas, namely, education, health, increasing real income, economic independence, socio-culture, environmental management between the community and companies, the formation and strengthening of institutional organizations, and the development of supporting infrastructure for the program community development and empowerment. Furthermore, the public's perception of the community development and empowerment program carried out by PT. Batu Mulyo Jaya, from the results of the research, it can be seen from the community's satisfaction with the PPM program, and public knowledge about the PPM program implemented by the company.

Abstract

In this study, an analysis of environmental conditions in andesite mining areas was conducted as a form of monitoring in the prevention of environmental conditions. The methods used in this research are survey, mapping, and analysis methods using scoring that refers to the Decree of Gub. DIY Prop. No. 63 Year 2003. Field observations were conducted to find out information on environmental conditions and determine the areas to be mapped. While mapping is carried out using GPS (Global Position System) tools with medium accuracy of 3-5 meters that are stable. Based on the measurement results seen from the image map, it shows that it has a distance of less than 359.62 meters. The relief of the excavation base with a height tolerance of less than 1 meter, the slope of the excavation cliff with a tolerance reaching an angle of less than 18 degrees, the height of the excavation cliff with a height tolerance of less than 3 meters. The results of data processing and analysis of environmental damage that occurs in andesite stone mining show that the physical environment at the mining site is at a severe level of damage with a total score of 42. The physical environment at the river location is at a moderate level of damage with a total score of 8.
