Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kestandaran produk biskut Choki Stick yang diproduksi oleh prusahaan PT. MAYORA INDAH, Tbk. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan alat bantu statistik yang telah dilakukan, perusahaan dapat melakukan perbaikan kualitas dengan memfokuskan perbaikan pada reject biskuit yang disebabkan oleh faktor antara lain; manusia, metode, mesin, dan material. Setelah mengetahui penyebab kerusakan atau reject, maka tindakan selanjutnya yaitu melakukan pencegahan untuk memininalisir terjadinya reject. Data ini dikumpukan dengan cara pengukuran dan penyesuaian standar produk yang telah ditentukan oleh QC sehingga dapat menyesuaikan khualitas produk biskut Choki Stick untuk meminimalisir reject yang tinggi. Data dianalisis menggunakan, Data redution, Data display, Check sheet,Histogram, dan Diagram fishbone. Penerapan pengendalian kualitas produksi Choki Stik harus dipertahankan agar produksi yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi standar Nasional maupun Internasional, dan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal, sebaiknya penerapan kualitas harus diperhatikan segala faktor yang mempengaruhi pada kualitas produksi. Saran yang dibuat untuk perusahaan dalam upaya menurunkan reject biskuit dibagian packing sehingga dapat meningkatkan achievement dan produktifitas perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan secara continue, lebih memperhatikan lingkungan kerja, kondisi karyawan/operator dan kinerja karyawan/operator. Perbaikan yang telah dibuat dapat diterapkan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai target yang di tuju. Akan tetapi semua itu bisa benar-benar membantu jika ada action yang dilakukan perusahaan yang secara continue. Karena semua akan menjadi tidak berguna ketika tidak adanya aksi nyata yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan mengenai reject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang transportasi ramah lingkungan sebagai solusi pengganti kendaraan yang menggunakan bahan bakar minyak bumi. Data yang kami peroleh adalah data yang didapat dari penyebaran kuisioner melalui link kepda 54 orang korespondens. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa banyak dari koreponden tahu tentang mobil listrik, tahu tentang contoh contoh kendaraan ramah lingkungan, perlu pengadaan kendaraan ramah lingkungan terkait dengan polusi udara dan ada dari responden yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait manfaat dari kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Sehingga dari hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengadaan kendaraan ramah lingkungan perlu untuk diadakan sebagai salah satu alternative pengganti kendaran berbahan bakar minyak bumi yang hasil gas emisinya menjadi salah satu penyebab polusi udara. Namun demikian diperlukan perhatian dari pemerintah agar kendaraan ramah lingkungan ini dapat diwujudkan untuk mengurangi permasalahan polusi udara.

Abstract

The distribution process of coffee raw materials at PT CFT Lampung requires large transportation costs. The problem is the limited warehouse capacity and different shipping destinations. The research aims to minimize transportation costs in distributing coffee raw materials from PT CFT in Lampung to various factories in the Greater Jakarta area. VAM is an algorithm used to find the minimum cost in transportation problems. The transportation problem finds that total demand and total supply do not match, requiring a dummy column to help with optimal allocation. This research successfully minimized the transportation cost of coffee raw materials from PT CFT in Lampung to various factories in Jabodetabek using Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) and QM for Windows software, with a total cost of IDR 66,560,000.

Abstract

Soft soil problems are common in Indonesia. This study is based on a case study of soft soil problems in Cibitung, Bekasi. The determination of treatment to improve the soil needs to be done based on field data results. Determination of repair options includes the type of construction, soil type conditions, time, cost and feasibility of a method. Based on soil conditions with a soft soil thickness more than 2m, need such as PVD or slab on pile treatment. If it is less than 2m, soil mixing or replacement can be option.

Abstract

The roof construction is the highest part of the building. Various problems with roof construction depend on the area to be protected, the shape and construction chosen, and the covering layer. This study aims to study and analyze the structure of wooden roof trusses and light steel roof trusses, study construction failures, find a comparison of construction failures between wooden roof trusses and light steel roof trusses. The method used is the meta-analysis method. The causes of failure that occur due to the use of wood are cracks or breaks, setbacks or corrosion and accidental cracks while the causes of failure in light steel are due to bending and due to curling. The results of the calculation of the 7 x 9 m building obtained the most economical truss trunk dimensions for wood materials are 6 / 8 cm for upper, lower, diagonal and vertical trunks. For the left and right vertical rods use 2 4/10 cm timbers. As for steel materials, it uses a 2L 35x35x4 mm isosceles elbow steel profile for all bars. In a 10 x 15 m building, wooden easels use a size of 8/10 cm for the upper, lower, diagonal and vertical trunks in the middle. For the left and right vertical rods, use 2 4/10 cm sticks. Meanwhile, the steel trusses use 2L 40x40x4 mm isosceles elbow steel profiles for the top rod, 2L 35x35x4 mm for the bottom and vertical rods and 2L 45x45x5 mm for the diagonal rod. From the results of the calculation of the weight of wooden and steel easels, a weight difference of 19% was obtained in the 7 m span and 12.5% in the 10 m span, with wooden easels lighter than steel materials.

Abstract

The advancement of computer network technology has rapidly progressed in line with the growing demand for network-based services. A computer network is defined as the connection between two or more computing devices that are linked through transmission media, either wired or wireless. This study aims to analyze and design the computer network infrastructure at SMKN 3 Pandeglang using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach. The NDLC methodology comprises six stages: analysis, design, simulation prototype, implementation, monitoring, and management. However, this research focuses on the first three stages, namely analysis, design, and simulation prototype. The results indicate that through the application of network analysis and design using Cisco Packet Tracer, two network design models have been developed for SMKN 3 Pandeglang. These models are ready for implementation, accompanied by an estimation of the required materials and the time needed for the construction of an efficient computer network tailored to the educational institution's needs.

Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase, making the need for houses as a place to live also increasing. The current large number of housing complexes with various criteria and their respective advantages makes prospective buyers quite confused about choosing the right and suitable housing for their residence. This research aims to provide recommendations for suitable housing for prospective buyers through a decision support system using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) Method based on calculations from Criteria Data, Sub-Criteria Data and Alternative Assessment Data. The recommendations given are in the form of a ranking where the housing alternative with the highest degree of utility value is the most recommended alternative. In this research, there are 5 (five) Data Criteria required by prospective buyers, namely Price, Location, Accessibility, Facilities and Environmental Safety. Then there are 5 (five) housing alternatives, namely Batara Parkview, Batara Village, Kota Batara, Triraksa Village 2 and Kota Cakra. The results of the decision support system calculations using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method produce (1) Kota Cakra as the most recommended housing, then (2) Triraksa Village 2, (3) Batara Parkview, (4) Batara Village and (5) Kota Batara.Keywords: Housing Selection, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) Method, Decision Support Systems

Abstract

Pengelolaan cuti pegawai di CV. Pratama Anugerah Jaya Abadi yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan sejumlah kendala, seperti proses pengajuan yang lambat, pencatatan data yang kurang akurat, serta minimnya transparansi antara karyawan dan pihak manajemen. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi administrasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi e-cuti berbasis web guna mendigitalisasi proses pengajuan cuti agar lebih terstruktur, cepat, dan tepat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Waterfall, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta dimodelkan melalui Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang mencakup diagram use case, activity, sequence, dan class. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini meliputi login multi-role, pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti secara daring, pemantauan status cuti, serta pembuatan laporan dalam format PDF. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan memberikan manfaat nyata dalam hal kecepatan, akurasi data, serta kemudahan akses informasi. Dengan adanya implementasi sistem ini, perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sekaligus menjadi langkah awal menuju transformasi digital di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Tangerang City plays a strategic role as an administrative and economic hub in Banten Province. This position has contributed to increasing traffic volumes, particularly along Daan Mogot Road, which functions as a primary urban corridor with high mobility intensity. This study aims to evaluate and compare traffic performance and road service levels under two scenarios: the existing two-way traffic system and the implementation of a one-way system on Daan Mogot Road and its alternative route, Bouraq Road. Traffic data collected include traffic volume, roadway geometry, and vehicle speed, which were used to calculate the degree of saturation (DJ), free-flow speed, travel speed, and level of service. The traffic performance analysis was conducted based on the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (PKJI, 2023), while service level classification refers to the Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. PM 96 of 2015. The results indicate that the implementation of the one-way system significantly improved traffic performance. On Daan Mogot Road, the DS decreased from 0.75 (eastbound) and 0.60 (westbound) to 0.43 (westbound). Similarly, on Bouraq Road, the (DJ) reduced from 0.60 (westbound) and 0.56 (eastbound) to 0.25 (eastbound). Vehicle speeds also showed a marked increase, rising from 35–55 km/h under the two-way configuration to 51–65 km/h after the one-way system was applied. In conclusion, the implementation of one-way traffic management on the study corridor proved effective in enhancing traffic performance, decrease (Dj) as evidenced by 47.92%.

Abstract

Drainage is a crucial aspect of road construction, as without drainage, runoff from the road surface will remain stagnant for a long time, leading to rapid damage to the surface. Knowledge of road drainage systems will significantly increase the road's lifespan. Considering the importance of road drainage, a calculation of the road drainage system for the North Ring Road in Subang Regency is required. The flood discharge used for the road drainage system design is calculated using the rational equation. The two main components of this method are the time of concentration and the intensity of rainfall. Therefore, in this calculation, the planned flood discharge for the drainage channel is calculated using the rational equation. The channel is designed to have sufficient dimensions to accommodate the planned discharge from the hydrological calculations, with a certain base slope to ensure smooth water flow without causing sedimentation or erosion. This results in a typical road drainage image that illustrates the shape and main components of the planned channel system to efficiently drain surface water from the road to the final drainage channel.
