Abstract

Industrial development and the increasing population in Indonesia, automatically reduce agricultural land that produces rice. The consumption pattern of Indonesian people in general cannot be separated from rice as a daily staple food. This study aimed to determine whether using SWOT analysis could develop the business sago in Pangkaroang Bulawang SME. For the data collection, the researchers used interview, observation, and documentation methods, and then the researchers analyzed by using SWOT analysis. The results of this research have indicated that the SWOT analysis could develop the business sago sales in Pangkaroang Bulawang SME. The results of the research from the courtesies of SME Dusun Pangkaroang Bulawang hamlet are in the grown square, where the position is profitable for the company because it has opportunities and strengths, the next step taken is maintaining the quality of the company and retaining customers

Abstract

An era where more and more changes occur in the order of life. The number of changes that occur makes everyone have to be able to adapt to all the changes that exist as well as in organizations. In implementing human resource planning and development, it also changes in accordance with the times. For this reason, the organization must also always be ready and future-oriented so that the organization is able to face all the changes that will occur in the era of society 5.0 so that the organization is able to implement human resources effectively and efficiently so that it can be utilized and can be implemented in the era of society 5.0. This research uses a literature study method where the data is collected from various sources from articles and books and other literature which will later be analyzed and concluded. From the results of the literature study that has been analyzed, it shows that increasing digital skills, adapting to changing industry needs, talent retention, partnerships with educational institutions, flexible work policies, reducing the digital divide, and increasing innovation and competitiveness are some of the positive results achieved. the right strategy, organizations can create a skilled, adaptive, and innovative workforce, ready to contribute to a smarter and more sustainable society

Abstract

This research aims to show how effective performance management strategies are in facing the VUCA era. The data of this research was collected through literature study and data analysis from various materials related to performance management in the VUCA era, such as books, journals, and websites, and then examined descriptively. The findings of this study indicate that performance management strategies are adaptive, data-driven, and innovation-oriented. With a focus on agility, use of data, simplification of processes, clarity of communication, development of a culture of innovation, and continuous evaluation, organizations can manage performance more effectively and remain competitive amidst uncertainty and rapid change.

Abstract

Leadership in cross-cultural management has become increasingly important in the era of globalization. This article analyzes how cultural differences influence leadership styles and management effectiveness in international organizations. By reviewing existing literature and conducting empirical research, this study explores the challenges faced by cross-cultural leaders and the solutions that can be applied to address these issues. The research findings indicate that a deep understanding of cultural differences and the adaptation of leadership styles are key to success in cross-cultural management. Additionally, this article presents various practical strategies that leaders can implement to enhance the effectiveness of cross-cultural management, including intercultural training and the development of communication skills

Abstract

MSMEs are able to support our country's economy, because most business actors are MSMEs and are able to absorb labor. This study aims to determine the role of MSME HR competencies in improving the performance of MSMEs Zulpah Batik Madura. This research uses a type of qualitative research, which is research that is used to research the condition of natural objects where the researcher is a key instrument. Human resource competence (HR) turns out to be one of the most important factors in the MSME industry. With the increase in human resource competence through increasing knowledge and skills, this is the key to improving the performance of MSMEs. Human resource management in MSMEs also includes recruitment, selection, placement, development, compensation (wages), retention, evaluation, promotion to termination of employment relationships. Managing human resources for MSMEs is a skill that must be possessed by MSME actors

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, performance management has become an essential element in efforts to improve the quality of organizational services. Performance management is a systematic process designed to increase organizational effectiveness through improving individual and team performance. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study or literature review methods. The goal is to compare the hypothesis with existing theories in the scientific literature. The material used is literature from community service research that has been published in scientific journals at both national and international levels that are relevant to the research topic. This research reveals that performance management has a crucial role in improving service quality in various sectors. Through the implementation of an effective performance management system, significant improvements in employee productivity were found. In particular, this strategy has proven successful in optimizing individual and team performance, as well as improving the quality of services provided to consumers or the public.

This study explores the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance and student achievement in secondary schools. By examining the relationship between transformational leadership practices and educational outcomes, the research aims to provide insights into effective leadership strategies that enhance both teacher efficacy and student success. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study integrates quantitative and qualitative data to offer a comprehensive understanding of the impact of transformational leadership in educational settings. The findings reveal significant positive correlations between transformational leadership, teacher performance, and student achievement, underscoring the importance of fostering leadership qualities that inspire, motivate, and support teachers and students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance at Karya Bangsa. Work discipline is an important factor that can affect the level of employee performance in an organization. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 employees of Karya Bangsa. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis to determine the extent of the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The correlation coefficient indicates a strong relationship between the two variables, with an R Square value of 65%, meaning that 65% of the variability in employee performance can be explained by work discipline. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Karya Bangsa continue to improve employee work discipline through various effective training and supervision programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Hibaindo Armada. Employee competence, as an individual's ability to effectively carry out tasks, is seen as a key factor affecting performance. Additionally, a strong organizational culture can positively impact employee morale and behavior, thereby increasing productivity. Work motivation also plays a crucial role in driving employees to achieve the company's targets. Using a quantitative method, this research is expected to provide an overview of the relationships between these factors and offer recommendations that the company can implement to improve overall employee performance.
