Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Aceh Tenggara telah secara signifikan meningkatkan penggunaan sepeda motor, sehingga menciptakan kebutuhan mendesak akan model pembangkitan perjalanan. Studi ini mengembangkan model regresi logistik biner untuk rumah tangga yang bergantung pada sepeda motor dalam konteks pedesaan Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel acak berstratifikasi mensurvei 400 rumah tangga di empat kecamatan (Babussalam, Bambel, Lawe Bulan, Badar), menganalisis 17 variabel sosial ekonomi dan perilaku. Dua model dikembangkan: Model L0 (perjalanan diskresioner) dan Model L1 (perjalanan wajib). Hasil menunjukkan ukuran keluarga dan jumlah siswa secara signifikan memengaruhi perjalanan wajib (probabilitas 81% ≤5 perjalanan/hari), sedangkan status pekerjaan dan pendidikan menentukan perjalanan diskresioner (probabilitas 77% ≤3 perjalanan/hari). Kedua model mencapai kesesuaian statistik yang dapat diterima (Nagelkerke R²=0,256 untuk L1, 0,115 untuk L0) dengan validasi melalui uji Wald dan uji Rasio Kemungkinan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menegaskan bahwa pendapat yang menyatakan Pancasila bertolak belakang dengan Ajaran agama Islam  adalah pendapat yang keliru, sehingga pemahaman konsep dasar yang bersifat fundamental dari nilai Pancasila dalam kitab suci Al-Qur'an, perlu dituangkan dalam tulisan yang bersifat ilmiah. metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana hasil berupa temuan konsep rumusan Pancasila dalam kitab suci Al-Qur'an secara terperinci dalam ayat-ayat tertentu. penelitian ini sampai pada kesimpulan yang menyatakan bahwa Pancasila secara konsep dan konteks merupakan nilai kehidupan yang sejalan dengan ajaran Islam dan bersumber dari nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Since the MUI fatwa regarding cash waqf was issued on May 11 2002 and the Law on waqf number 41 of 2004 and PP Number 42 of 2006 was issued, nazir is considered a pillar of waqf waqf. Nadzir is considered an important element in waqf management in developing waqf assets significantly. This research discusses how to update cash waqf regulations in the management and development of waqf assets in Indonesia? How is the implementation of cash waqf regulations at the Insan Qur'an Foundation?  What is the impact of the implementation of cash waqf regulations on Insan Qurani Indonesia Pamekasan Madura? This research uses qualitative research methods, with field research. With a normative-sociological approach. The findings from this research show that changes to waqf regulations regarding the management and development of waqf assets in Indonesia, the implementation of cash waqf regulations at the Indonesian Insan Qurani Foundation opened up opportunities and awareness for the Pamekasan community regarding the urgency of empowering productive waqf for the sake of realizing welfare and social justice. Waqf regulations can make it easier for Nazirs to develop productive waqf in Indonesia. Cash waqf has made a positive contribution to the development of Quran houses, trade, agriculture and livestock under the Insan Qur'an Foundation, expanding access to education and creating new jobs. This research offers an in-depth view of the practice of cash waqf as an effective strategy in developing waqf land assets in Indonesia, with the Insan Qur'an Foundation as the locus of this research study.

Abstract

Green customers are not typical consumers in general, but they have specific characteristics and motivations related to their decisions to use environmentally friendly products. Green customers are also known as a loyal and fanatical market group. One example is the decision regarding the use of eco-friendly accommodation or green hotels. Some eco-friendly products, including green hotels, are often claimed to be uncomfortable but have premium rates. However, the fact is that green hotels are still highly appreciated by their users. This research is an examination of the green customer loyalty model in a green hotel accommodation in Yogyakarta. The proposed propositions are whether green customers are truly loyal and whether customer satisfaction plays a role in increasing the loyalty of green customers. This model was tested on 153 guests randomly. The testing was conducted using construct validity and reliability tests with SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that green customers will become loyal customers through the mediation of green hotel services that can meet their expectations, such as eco-friendly attributes, the atmosphere, the unique design of the hotel, energy efficiency, the hotel's initiative to encourage customer involvement in green actions, employee attitude and awareness, healthy food, and special rewards for bio menu.
