Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in mental health assessments has emerged as a promising approach to improve early detection and intervention against psychological disorders. This study evaluates the effectiveness of machine learning (ML) models in detecting depression and anxiety through digital behavioral data, such as social media activity, speech patterns, and biometric signals. Using both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, we analyzed large-scale datasets to identify behavioral markers associated with mental health conditions. The findings show that ML-based models achieve high levels of accuracy in predicting depression and anxiety, surpassing traditional self-report methods in terms of sensitivity and specificity. Additionally, the study highlights ethical considerations in the application of AI in the field of mental health, including privacy issues, algorithmic bias, and clinical validation. The study contributes to the increasing scientific evidence regarding AI-based mental health assessments and confirms the importance of responsible implementation in clinical settings and digital health. Future research needs to focus on improving model interpretability, improving generalizations in diverse populations, as well as integrating AI-based assessments into real-world mental health care systems.

Abstract

Microplastics are plastic waste that is smaller than 5 mm in size Microplastics have persistent properties and contain toxic or carcinogenic chemicals that can seep into the soil through osmosis and enter the food chain, thus impacting health and the environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the types of microplastics in the Three Final Processing Sites in Lampung Province and to determine the abundance of microplastics in the Three Final Processing Sites in Lampung Province. Soil samples were taken using purposive sampling at three different points at the landfill on December 4, 2024. visual identification and abundance of microplastics using microscope and FTIR (Fourier transform infrared) test. The highest abundance of microplastics was found at the Bumi Ayu landfill point (580 particles. Kg-1). The diversity of microplastic characteristics in the form of fragments, fibers, and films, the most fragment particles in soil samples. The color of microplastic particles is predominantly black and brown. The size range of microplastic particles found is between 2,12m-110,25m. Microplastic pollutants are Nylon, PVA, PMMA. The results of this study reveal that plastics that have undergone physical or chemical degradation can more easily become small fragments, thus increasing the number of microplastics produced.

Abstract

The rise of digital technology has altered how consumers purchase online, as seen by the growing popularity of live streaming on e-commerce sites like Shopee. This research uses mindfulness as a moderating variable to examine how customer trust and perceived value affect repurchase intention for secondhand goods sold via Shopee Live Streaming. Purposive sampling approaches were used to pick 170 respondents for this research, which combines a quantitative approach with a survey method. Partial Least Squares (PLS) were used to evaluate the data. The study's findings show that Repurchase Intention is positively and significantly impacted by Customer Trust and Perceived Value. Additionally, Repurchase Intention is significantly impacted directly by mindfulness. However, it was not shown that mindfulness had a substantial moderating impact in the link between perceived value and repurchase intention or between customer trust and repurchase intention. This finding suggests that although consumers with high levels of trust and perceived value tend to make repeat purchases, the level of Mindfulness does not strengthen the relationship in the context of shopping via Live Streaming. This research contributes to marketers and business actors to put more emphasis on strategies that build trust and create product value in increasing consumer repurchase intentions.

Abstract

The increasing environmental crisis requires comprehensive solutions, including faith-based approaches. By integrating Islamic values regarding nature conservation into PAI learning through the Merdeka Curriculum, it is hoped that it can build students' ecological awareness. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that ecoliteracy-based PAI learning has succeeded in increasing students' ecological awareness in three aspects: (1) increasing knowledge about the relationship between Islamic values and the environment, (2) changing attitudes that view environmental preservation as a form of worship, and (3) forming concrete environmental care behavior through programs such as "Clean Friday" and "Plant and Care" through the independent curriculum project (p5). In conclusion, the integration of ecoliteracy in PAI learning is effective in building students' ecological awareness based on Islamic values, in accordance with the objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes contextual learning and character formation.

Abstract

One of the culinary arts related to culture and creativity is bread. Bread making in Indonesia generally refers to the open-top bread from England which began to be popular in the 1800s. This type of bread is also commonly called white bread in Indonesia. This type of open-top bread is also known as sandwich bread in America after World War II. This type of bread has also become a cultural product that has become the cultural identity of England and America. This study focuses on how Jiwa Toast as an Indonesian brand builds a bread menu that is in accordance with Indonesian culture and commodifies culture through posters. This study uses a constructivist paradigm approach, with qualitative methods and theories of signification and habitus as analytical tools. The results of the study show that the collaborative advertising poster for the "Beef Rendang" and "Tuna Lando Mundo" menus combines local and global elements. Denotatively, the poster features close-up images of both dishes to showcase the deliciousness of the products, while the text and visual symbols emphasize the unique collaboration between local Indonesian food and global inspiration. Connotatively, rendang symbolizes traditional values, authentic cooking processes, and Indonesian cultural heritage. In contrast, "Tuna Lando Mundo" implies a modern and global feel, creating a refreshing blend of flavors. This commodification shows how original cultural meanings can be replaced by commercial values, following the trend of consumerism.

Abstract

This research examines the concept of "new men" in the context of feminism and their involvement in supporting gender equality. Although the feminist movement has shown significant progress, men's involvement is still limited due to toxic masculinity and deep-rooted patriarchal norms. This research aims to investigate the new role of men in deconstructing traditional gender roles, especially in domestic and childcare tasks that women often bear. Gender equality theory and international regulations such as CEDAW, the Beijing Declaration, and related national regulations form the basis of analysis. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research analyzes global survey data which shows increasing awareness of the role of men, but is faced with cultural challenges that maintain traditional views. The research results show that men are starting to advocate for gender equality. However, they still face various challenges, ranging from social stigma, and loss of social status, to a deep-rooted patriarchal culture. This research argues that there is a need for new men, namely men who dare to go against the current and social stigma to break patriarchal culture. These new men do things that previously patriarchal men rarely did, namely, become stay-at-home dads, cooking, or caring for children. Men's involvement in gender equality campaigns is important because it can improve the quality of life, change social norms, and create constructive dialogue. In conclusion, men's involvement is justification that there is something wrong with the patriarchal norms that society has adhered to

Abstract

This study explores the role of social media, specifically Facebook, in spreading propaganda related to the Papuan independence movement in Bandung. The research focuses on the Imasepa'bjb Facebook account, a significant platform used by Papuan students to promote Papua's independence. The study investigates how digital propaganda affects public opinion, mobilizes support for separatist movements, and poses a potential threat to national security and social order in Indonesia. Social media platforms like Facebook have become key tools for disseminating separatist ideologies, with emotional storytelling and strategic use of historical narratives aimed at galvanizing support for Papua Merdeka. The research utilizes a qualitative approach, including interviews with key informants and a review of online activities, to understand the implications of online activism on local security dynamics. By comparing digital propaganda techniques with earlier studies on media and propaganda, the study aims to fill a gap in understanding how these online movements influence the Papuan student movement in Bandung. The findings reveal that the Imasepa'bjb Facebook account has successfully shaped discourse among Papuan students, fostering a sense of solidarity and reinforcing the call for independence. These activities are not only a challenge to the governments policies but also a growing threat to Indonesia's national security. Recommendations include enhancing intelligence capabilities, strengthening counter-propaganda measures, and fostering positive narratives to engage Papuan students and reduce separatist sentiment. The study underscores the need for comprehensive monitoring and early intervention in the face of evolving digital threats. Keywords: Papua Merdeka, Imasepa'bjb, Facebook, social media propaganda, Papuan student movement, national security, separatist movements.
