Abstract

The accuracy of codification of patient diseases is one of the fundamental things in medical record governance. Discrepancies in the provision of disease codes and actions could have an impact on the health service financing claim process. The goals of this study are to find out about the effect of the accuracy of inpatient disease codification on BPJS Health claims at Hermina Arcamanic Hospital. A descriptive approach in quantitative methods was used in this study with 98 samples of pending RM files. The problem found was data discrepancies in the claim process. Problems related to codification include the occurrence of repeated codification inputs, actions that do not need to be coded, other supporting files that do not meet the claim criteria, the occurrence of action 88.78 recording, and inaccuracies in the selection of Main Condition. The results showed that the difference in tariffs obtained by Hermina Arcamanik Hospital was 55.87 with a negative difference. The efforts to overcome these problems include conducting a thorough check on the disease to be coded and the necessary supporting files, evaluating the performance of the case mix section, and evaluating the number of hospital rates so that there is no too significant cost gap with INA-CBGs rates.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a brief overview of the history of philology and writing activities in Egypt, Egypt's position in the development of scholarship, as well as the claim that the first philological activities were undertaken by Islamic scholars. Egypt was chosen due to its significant role in the field of philology, especially during the 3rd century BC when the Greek civilization was present in Alexandria. This research is a qualitative research employing the method of literature review. Literature review involves the analytical examination of a collection of written sources, such as books, journals, and articles, relevant to the research topic. This research reveals that Egypt is a pioneer in the field of manuscript studies in the Middle East. To this day, Egypt continues to play a central role, as evidenced by the return of the headquarters of the Arab Manuscripts Institute to Cairo in 1991 and to the present day. The claims of several Arab researchers that Arab-Islamic scholars were the first to establish the foundations of philological theory hold strong rationale, considering that the theory and methods of tahqiq had already been developed thoroughly by hadith experts long before the literary revitalization projects in the West.

Abstract

The quality of education in the Northern Minahasa District is a challenge that needs to be overcome to achieve the educational development goals that have been set. According to the findings of the Central Statistical Authority (BPS), there are several factors that cause the low academic performance of students in the district. To address this problem, the study aims to examine the influence of leadership styles, educational supervision, and self-regulation on the teaching abilities of teachers in elementary schools. The research method used was regression analysis using a sample of 112 teachers in 6th grade from the Basic School in the Northern Minahasa district, which came from a population of 155 teachers. The results of the regression analysis show that there is a very strong and significant influence of leadership style variables on teacher teaching abilities. Each increase of one unit in leadership style results in an increase in teacher teaching skills of 1,145 units. Education supervision also has a significant influence but is not as strong as leadership style, with a coefficient of -0.028. Furthermore, self-regulation also has a significant influence, with a coefficient of -0.493. The analysis also shows that leadership styles, educational supervision, and self-regulation together have a significant impact on teachers' teaching abilities. These findings show that it is important for school leaders to pay attention to effective leadership styles in order to motivate and improve the quality of teacher teaching abilities. In addition, it is necessary to enhance the implementation of scheduled and thorough educational supervision to support the professional development of teachers. Self-regulation is also an important factor in improving the quality of teaching, so attention needs to be given to the self-development of teachers .

Abstract

The research was conducted at Al Ghani Convection, a company engaged in the convection sector. The research focused on the application of production planning and scheduling methods using the Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) framework and the Shortest Processing Time (SPT) method. The study begins by introducing Al Ghani Convection, a company engaged in the convection of raw materials into finished products, especially manual t-shirts, and press prints. The production approach follows a make-to-order model, resulting in delays due to scheduling problems and raw material availability. To overcome these challenges, this study uses the PDCA framework and the SPT method. The PDCA approach involves planning, executing, inspecting, and acting phases. This focus is on setting a well-structured production schedule based on customer demand and optimizing the use of available resources. The SPT method prioritizes production based on the fastest time so as to increase efficiency in production scheduling. Through data analysis, the study concluded that the PDCA method, together with the SPT technique, effectively improves production planning, scheduling, and material procurement. The SPT approach helps reduce the average production delay to around 0.5 days. Recommendations include procuring starting materials, routine inventory checks, and providing customers with estimated production times.
