Abstract

This article discusses challenges and opportunities faced in Indonesian language education in the digital era. The digital era has changed the landscape of education and encourages the use of technology in learning Indonesian. Challenge main encounter is integration appropriate technology in the curriculum and methods appropriate teaching. In addition, adequate access to infrastructure technology and training for teachers to use technology effectively is required. Besides challenges, the digital era also brings significant opportunities.  Use of digital media and tools learning interactive can improve involvement of students, facilitating personalized learning, and expanding access to sources of Power education. In addition, digital platforms can also facilitate collaboration between students, teachers and community, producing more connected and based learning projects. In the face of challenges and exploiting this opportunity, it is necessary to collaborate from all stakeholders, including teachers, students, schools, and government, to ensure relevant, empowered Indonesian language education competitively, and in accordance with the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the approach, as well as to understand its impact on the understanding of Arabic language and the appreciation of Arabic cultural values in pilgrims. The research method used in this article is qualitative descriptive method. This method was chosen to describe in detail and in depth the application of the andragogy approach to Arabic language learning for Hajj pilgrims at KBIHU Al-Ittihaad, Magelang Regency in 2023. The results of this study conclude that the andragogy approach has proven to be the right learning model in the context of learning Arabic for Hajj pilgrims at KBIHU Al-Ittihaad, Magelang Regency in 2023. By continuing to optimize its application and providing appropriate support for teachers, it is hoped that learning Arabic for pilgrims will further improve the quality of their experience in performing Hajj and develop a deep understanding of Arabic language and Arabic cultural values.

Abstract

This research is an effort to strengthen local Indonesian skincare brands even stronger in competing with imported skincare brands. By prioritizing brand activation, brand trust, and customer satisfaction and assisted by e-WOM to create brand loyalty. Overall, this research demonstrates the importance of e-WOM and brand trust in the beauty industry, and the benefits that companies can derive from investing in these factors. A quantitative approach was applied in analyzing statistical data obtained from 140 responses. The selection of respondents was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with the provisions of the sample, namely women based on the age group with an age range of 16-35 years who have used skincare in Jabodetabek. Proving the hypothesis of this study using data collection through a questionnaire that has questions with a Likert scale measuring instrument totaling four points. Hypothesis 1 explains the effect of brand activation on e-WOM. Brand activation has a significant effect on increasing e-WOM in providing brand experiences to others. Hypothesis 1 has a t-value of 8.121 and a p-value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that it is accepted. Hypothesis 2 regarding brand trust has an effect on e-WOM. Brand trust has a positive effect on e-WOM with a t value of 2.818 and a p value of 0.005, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is accepted. In hypothesis 3 predicts an influence on customer satisfaction on e-WOM. The result obtained is that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on e-WOM with a t value of 4,387 and a p value of 0,000 so that hypothesis 3 is accepted. In hypothesis 4 there is a positive effect between e-WOM on brand loyalty. supported by a t-value of 11,657 and a p-value of 0,000. This research focuses on the effect of brand activation, brand trust and customer satisfaction on brand loyalty through e-WOM mediation. The results of this study found that each independent variable has a positive or significant value on the mediating variable and the mediating variable also has a positive or significant value on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Cheating is an act that reflects dishonest behavior, this is contrary to the goals of education in Indonesia which want every student to have the noble values of Pancasila which are reflected in his behavior. Related to this, one of the efforts made by the counseling teacher/counselor in reducing cheating behavior is by using group guidance services. This study aims to reduce students' cheating behavior by using quantitative research in the form of Pre-Experimental Design with The One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population of this study were 264 students of class VIII MTs Al Ittihadiyah Pangkalan Masyhur Medan and the subjects of this study were 12 students based on the results of AUM PTSDL. In addition to reducing students' cheating behavior, the results of this study also aim to find solutions related to students' cheating behavior so as to help students master learning at school.

Abstract

The natural beauty of Riam Tinggi Village, Delang District, made the village receive an award from the Indonesian Tourism Village Award Program in 2021. Reported in the Central Kalimantan Statistics Agency (BPS) that the length of stay of tourists in the Province, including in Riam Tinggi Village is quite low, which is not more than two nights. This can be overcome one of them by applying the elements of Sapta Pesona and the commitment of the community to participate in its implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of Sapta Pesona in Riam Tinggi Village and to determine the participation of the Riam Tinggi Village community in the implementation of Sapta Pesona. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Questionnaires were distributed to tourists who had visited Riam Tinggi Village for tourism in the past month, as well as the people of Riam Tinggi Village .

Abstract

The program for giving iron tablets to young women at school is one of the government's programs as an effort to overcome anemia in young women. The UPTD of the Kunto Darussalam Health Center has carried out a program for giving iron tablets to young women at school, but the coverage for iron supplements is still low, namely 45.7%. The aim of the study was to evaluatethe program for giving iron supplementary tablets to young girls in schools at the Work Area of the Kunto Darussalam Public Health Center 2022 using the CIPP method with input, process and product (output) context indicators. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological research approach. There were 12 informants consisting of nutrition program holders from the Rokan Hulu District Health Office, the person in charge of the UPTD Nutrition Program at the Kunto Darussalam Health Center, midwives, nurses, school principals, UKS teachers, young women and parents. The triangulation used is the triangulation of sources, methods and data. The results of the study show that the context (needs, problems, assets and opportunities) has been identified, inputs (human resources, funding, Posbindu PTM facilities and infrastructure) and processes ((preparation, distribution and delivery, recording and reporting,Ironsupplement tables. Community Health Centers can facilitate the formation of Rematri ambassadors and digital-based educational innovations through the peer-group “Ayo CERIA” establishing partnerships in every village through Corporate Social Responsibility and involving the private sector in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

International Conventions which are attended by various countries aim to establish relations, and create world peace, and can be a source of international law. The ILO Convention is one of the Conventions which is the reason why several Conventions have been ratified into Legislation. One of the products of ratification issued by the Government of Indonesia is Law Number 18 of 2017. This law contains the rights of workers or laborers, so it is hoped that the ratification will create gaps and guarantee security, as well as comfort for workers who are in the area. Indonesian country. The obligations of the state, the implications for the state and its citizens, the form and process of ratification are also important aspects in carrying out and ratifying the ratification. The explanation regarding this matter will certainly expand and widen in relation to the provisions that have been stipulated in Indonesian positive law and involve several parties to assist in the adjustment process and existing provisions on the basis of the state.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issues faced by employees in receiving incentives that are not proportionate to their workload, the lack of balance between employee rights and obligations, including weak work ethics among employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the provision of incentives at the Regional General Hospital of Bogor City. This research utilizes a descriptive analysis method with a population of 800 employees, from which a sample of 89 respondents is obtained using the Yamane formula. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using the Likert scale and Weighted Mean Score. The research results show that the average value of all dimensions in the focus of incentive provision is 2.98 with a fairly good category. This is due to the existing mismatch between incentives and employee workloads, leading to implications for employee performance and service to the community accessing healthcare facilities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in D’Sruput, where are drinks that have low popularity and low profitability so that the income generated is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the income increasing strategi at D’Sruput by looking atthe level ofpopularityand profitability of each drink. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method , in which the data obtained will be processed using menu engineering with the help of Microsoft excel with beverage sales history data obtained from October 2022 - Desember2022. Based on the results of research conducted by theautor using the menu engineering method. strategies for increasing income can be determined in the from of : maintaining quality for the star category, reducting beverage costs for the plowhors category, adding or reducting recipes or making changes to products for the puzzle category and changing the menu for the dog category.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the company's performance and see the opportunities and challenges that exist outside the company in order to obtain alternative strategies to achieve company goals. Researchers measure the performance of PT. Fajar Surya by looking at the actual achievements of the company's important indicators. The indicators used are the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes, growth, and learning combined with the external side of the company through the TOWS analysis method. This is an update (novelty) from previous studies that only used the BSC concept. The results of the research show that there are several strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and challenges that can be formulated to become alternative strategies. This research is expected to provide input regarding a comprehensive performance appraisal system for companies and additional empirical evidence regarding the concept of performance measurement with a combination of BSC and TOWS.
